I have no idea what I ordered... noodle bowl with shrimp and steak.
Tyrone T.

Ok we are humble enough to admit we had no idea what we were doing. We chose that spot because we wanted something healthy. You order either a noodle bowl or a salad. The thing is you order from a kiosk and I had zero I idea what I was doing...I was just pushing buttons. I ended up with a noodle bowl with some shrimp and steam and a red curry sauce. It was good...just good. I would have e come back and try it again before I can come to a real determination

This is a new go-to! I can't believe how good Honeygrow is! I made my own bowl with egg white noodles, tofu, mushrooms, broccoli and edamame with the garlic sauce. My husband ordered the shawarma bowl and he loved it too!

Tried it once before in Akron & liked it. It's a nice addition to Gahanna. Thought the to go portion looked small until I started eating. It's really packed in there! I got the Sriracha Tahini seasonal noodle dish & it was good. They went super light with the mushrooms to my disappointment but were generous in the chicken. I got a make your own dessert but was pretty upset to find out that they had forgotten the cheesecake filling once I got home. It was basically a bunch of fruit with toppings on it. The place is clean overall but the bathroom could use some loving. It wasn't super clean but not terrible. It definitely lacks any sense of warmth or decorations could go a long way. I like that you ordered the computers so you can play around with additions, etc while seeing the price change. I'm shocked a place like this that is geared towards healthier food conscious eating doesn't have any nutritional information online. Just the number of calories the dish has. Service was friendly upon pick up of food.

Decided to check out this new stir fry /salad place. Very clean. Order at a kiosk . Don't be intimidated if I can do it anyone can do it but still I think you can go down to the cashier and place your order. Also I wasn't going to pull around with trying to make my own so I got a ready-made spicy garlic chicken it was spicy, but it was very good. Lots of noodles not very much chicken at all very low on the protein for $13. I would've expected a little more I would definitely go back again and try something else ordering extra protein is an option but for the price point you should be able to get a decent amount. I'm a tiny person and it didn't really fill me up. It wasn't enough protein

Fun new fast casual bowl concept. The staff were very friendly and helpful since this new. You order from a screen but the staff is available to answer questions. I built my own bowl. Lots of fresh options to choose from but you choose salad, noodles or rice for the base. The miso sriracha sauce was perfectly sweet and spicy. I want to go back to try the chocolate or cheesecake mousse desserts with toppings.

Bowl where I ordered avocado but they forgot to add it in

The parking is super tight outside which matches the seating arrangements inside. They've literally got the seating arranged with picnic or park style tables kinda like at Hofbrahaus. So you're eating extremely CLOSE to people you don't necessarily want to eat near as they're looking deep into your eyes as you're eating noodles . To order you have kiosks to make bowls any way you want and one register if you want to pay in cash or something. Now to the food. They have premade arranged bowls with various flavors ranging from $13-$18. Here's the kicker tho...they have all these ADD INS that you can add to your bowl ranging from .59 Cents for some scallions or chestnuts or something on up to $5 for extra protein. I knew this going in and I wanted to be creative so I added like garlic, avocado, extra sauce, crispy onions etc so my base bowl SKYROCKETED to $20. Here's the problem, they put so LITTLE of the up charged items in your bowl that once it's completed they're pretty much INDISTINGUISHABLE. It was good and the portion size was fair. They give you about two small fist sized portions of noodles 2/3rd up from the bottom of the bowl. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you just get one of their base bowl creations, SKIP THE UP CHARGED ADD INS and just pay $4-$6 for MORE PROTEIN because they give you very LITTLE beef, pork, chicken, or shrimp in your bowls. The FOCACCIA BREAD for $1.59 is an absolute JOKE. Why? Because they give you two little pieces of bread that are the size of a CHILDs THUMB and if you put them together it's a long as a teenage index finger DAFUQ! Their dessert bowls are SILLY too. Yes the company photos for these things LOOK GREAT but once you buy a tiny cup for $8 it's kinda a rip off. We bought the brownie cup thingy with whip cream on top thinking it had some sort of pudding or custard at the bottom as a base but it didn't. When we dug into it, it was just a small MEASURING CUP sized portion of RED GRAPES with a whole bunch of chocolate chips, three little chunks of brownies, with whip cream on top! WHAT THE HELL WAS THIS? Even in these terrible economic times think about how many grapes you can get at the grocery store for $8 . Maybe we picked the wrong cup but the one we chose from them is ill-conceived, overpriced, irrational flavor combos, and a waste of time. They've got two flavored drinks that are UNREMARKABLE if you try them on their own but taste GREAT if you mix them both together. Overall it's okay. Customer service was fine and you don't have to deal too much with their staff as everything is ordered at kiosks and once you order they bring it out to you in their SNUGGLY SUPER COZY dining room. Unsure why they chose this geographical location but who TF am I. It's way out in the cut and boondocks of the Columbus but it's so many other places that kinda do this same type of stuff it make you wonder if it's worth the drive, especially if you live on the other side of town. Nevertheless, if you're in the area and you feel like driving several miles EAST of the Easton area then give em a go.

Decided to try out Honeygrow for dinner. Mega points for creativity and taste, service (self serve kiosks but someone brings your food out). I ordered the Sriracha Tahini stir fry and it was close to $12 for what seemed like a small handful of noodles in a small bowl (dined in). It was delicious, but I felt a bit cheated for the money spent. Also got the Cheesecake dessert, although it was still tasty, it didn't seem worth the $8 price tag. Overall, likely an easy fix if prices or portions are adjusted.

My husband got the Korean BBQ Scotch Egg (so different but very tasty), BBQ glazed meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes, lemon chilli green beans (he normally doesn't like his vegetables, but he said these were so fresh and tasty), and Espresso Martini Pot De Crème. I had the Italian Wedding Soup (very good but did not have the meatballs), Pasta Bolognese (pasta was cooked perfectly and drained properly, so it did not water down the sauce!), and Apple Pie Mousse. I also got one of their mocktails called Brambleberry Tea. I could have easily drunk a couple of those! I forgot mention that they pour some nicely chilled water from a bottle that they leave on the table when you sit down. That is a nice touch for us since that is our choice of beverage when we eat. We were treated so warmly by everyone from the time we walked in until we left. Our server, Tyler, asked if we had been before (and this was our first time), so he welcomed us and asked if we had any questions. He was attentive during our time and even asked my husband if he needed any more sauce for his meatloaf. Marvin, the manager, stopped by to see how our first experience went and wanted to invite us back by gifting us coupons for an appetizer on our next visit. Thank you! The atmosphere was rustic and casual. I loved the picture frames hanging (used like walls) and lots of exposed bricks. The bathrooms were clean, well-stocked, and warm. We are looking forward to coming back to try the regular menu!

Started with the tots, which were really good, but they weren't loaded, just cheesy and a little sauce on time. We asked for the pork on the side and didn't get it at all. My dad and I ordered brunch- avocado toast for me and the skillet pancake for my dad- and they were both cold. Not warm, mine didn't have any warmth at all. My mom's mac and cheese looked awesome, very warm, and her grilled cheese dip plate was too, and she loved them. I knew I didn't want to eat my meal as-is, and was going to ask them to at least warm it up, but my waitress never came back to check on us for so long that my parents were almost done eating (my dad ate his cold, but ice cold egg was a no-go for me). He had to wave her down to come back to us, and I just decided to not bother and they took it off the bill. She also forgot to refill my coffee, but the manager came over I asked for it from him. He explained that the toppings on the avocado toast make it cold, so I guess be warned. Disappointing visit for sure.

As someone who works long hours and is trying to prioritize health and fitness, CleanEatz has given me back HOURS of my life. The new menus come out every Tuesday morning. There are at least 5 meals to choose from, plus multiple extras. The more meals you buy, the less they cost per meal. Go online to their website, pick your location, and order your meals for pick up on Sunday or Monday. If you decide to order extra protein, the pick up day is Tuesday. The meals are portion controlled and the perfect amount of food. They are all done after 2 min in the microwave. Macros are detailed on the website for each option. I buy 15 meals each week. I have lunch and dinner for myself, and my husband works from home so only gets a meal for dinner. This. Is. A. Game. Changer!!! I'm usually more of a classic "two eggs and bacon" breakfast guy, but on this last visit my wife convinced me to try the avocado toast. I added a half order of their awesome bacon on the side, and honestly, I was impressed. The bread was perfectly toasted without being overdone, the avocado was fresh and generous, and the two basted eggs were cooked perfectly. I also like the little details -- real salt and pepper grinders at the table, plus hot sauce if that's your thing. The coffee was great too, and I appreciated getting an insulated carafe at the table - did I mention the juices are great, I got the morning meditation one, really nice. The servers were super chill, the atmosphere was relaxed, and overall it was just a really great breakfast experience.

This is my fairer place to order biscuits & gravy for a few reasons: -the sensible portion doesn't make you feel like crap (only 1 biscuit opened up on plate) -the turkey makes it lighter yet at same time this is a chunkier gravy than most...I'm not having to look for the meat -they put so much pepper in it normally that it has a nice kick of flavor, instead of the traditional bland one you get at many places. Switched out the potatoes for a side of cheesy grits which always hits the spot. The breakfast quinoa bowl is something I used to get all the time so I was really craving it, but it didn't hit the same way this time. Also ordered a mimosa, which I'm a fan of them bringing you a mini split bottle when you order it. Service is always good especially for how crowded this place gets. Overall, I'll be back at some point but this experience doesn't make me want to rush back to do so anytime soon.

When we walked in the hostess told us, it would be a two hour wait. Yes I expect delays on a Saturday evening, but when I asked if the bar was open seating, she told me yes. I walked around the bar and noticed that the bar was full, but there were the small tables around the bar. I asked the hostess are those tables part of the open bar seating and she said yes. There were a couple available and of course we sat down, but my wife and I were both surprised that the hostess would not have encouraged us and informed us right upfront that those tables were available rather than running the risk that we would leave due to a two hour wait. We then ordered a drink before dinner and I asked for a Corona. The waiter said we're out of corona and I said that is too bad on a Saturday evening at 6:30 PM -- how is an upscale restaurant out of one of the few bottled beers that they offer? We noticed also on the drinks menu that wine is served and poured at 5 and 8 ounces, but it is priced rather high and certainly as high as a 6 and 9 ounce pours, which is more customary at those price points The meal was ok, but the chicken breast was a little bit overcooked and the seasoned sauce was stronger than our pallets can handle. We also ordered dessert and decided to have coffee. My wife asked for a decaffeinated coffee. The waiter said to us "we don't carry decaf coffee only regular." I said you've got to be kidding, really? He said yes. I said well it's not your fault at all. You are just doing your job, but please have your manager come over, so I can speak with him. He never came by, so I asked another waitress walking by to have the manager come by. He finally came to our table and he opens by saying "It's a busy night." Clearly conveying that he was annoyed that he was called to our table. I explained to him that a restaurant like Firebirds that's on the higher end of the price scale in the area should definitely have Corona beer in stock and certainly decaffeinated coffee should be on the menu on a Saturday night, in frankly every night of the week. And all he could say to me is.. " I'm sorry we'll work on that." and then he walked away. Bottom line, Fire Bird's, you lost a good customer in us. Somebody needs to council the manager on how to communicate with customers and to express genuine concern for their interest, wishes, and any inconvenience that they might encounter. For this reason, two stars is probably a generous rating, and I will give credit to our waiter who did his best and behaved far more professionally than his manager.
