I think I just found my new favorite spot for Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. I was impressed with the…read morequality of ingredients and the overall balance of the dish. The meat was the correct type of meat for the dish, beef shank, and every piece was wonderfully tender. The noodles tasted like homemade noodles and had a really nice bite to it. It wasn't too firm or soggy. The broth was flavorful and complex with chili oil for added kick and the added fresh scallions and cilantro really brightened up the dish. The dish by itself was 5/5 stars. I'm surprised I hadn't tried Let's Noodle sooner since it's across the street from one my favorite ramen spots in the area, Ju Ichi. Let's Noodle optimizes a "Hole in the Wall" restaurant, very unassuming but it delivers authentic Asian flavors and delicious noodles. Although I didn't try it, Let's Noodle lets you craft your own noodles with choices of sauce and protein. The interior had very limited seating but a cute bar style table looking out toward the street. The windows where I sat had a nice large ledge which was super convenient to put my bag so it's out of the way and off the ground. The food came out pretty fast despite there only being 3 staff members that I saw - a front desk cashier who doubled as a server to deliver food when ready and 2 kitchen staff. The price was a little above average for what you'd expect for a non-full service restaurant, but it wasn't horrible either considering how close it is to the Green in Morristown. The pork buns I had were tasty but the pork mince inside was minced a bit too finely for my taste. It almost resembled a paste when it should have had a more structured and juicy bite. It was still enjoyable but it wasn't the star of the show. After I finished dinner, I decided to also try the Dan Dan Noodles to go. The takeout container nicely separated the noodles from the sauce so the noodles wouldn't get soggy when I got home. The sauce was flavorful and the noodles had great texture but once again, the pork was so finely minced, like the pork buns, that it really detracted from the quality of what was otherwise a fantastic dish. Overall, my experience was great. I love authentic hole in the wall spots and I am excited to go back to try the other dishes I missed!

The bamboo shoots tasted a bit weird but other than that the noodles and meat were cooked perfectly. You can tell the time and care put into this broth because it's fantastic, super layered but not too heavy. Beef tataki wasn't my favorite but I added some of their chili oil and that elevated it a TON. the chili oil here has an amazing flavor and a fantastic addition to any dish. If they sold that id buy it for home. Service was fast, order taken the moment we decided and our app came out about 3 minutes later. The ramen took another 5 minutes and then came out steaming. We were able to walk up to the front and get our check immediately as well. Overall friendly and speedy. The inside is cute with a minimalist japanese aesthetic. The kitchen is pretty on view so you can see you're sushi or ramen being prepped. Overall great find and if i'm in the area again i'll be back!

The ramen had great depth of flavor, the tempura was crisp and light, and the roll was fresh and satisfying. Even on a rainy Thursday night the place was packed, which says a lot, but we were seated immediately. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient the whole time. I also loved the ambiance of the place. There's something about it that feels very communal, and it was cool being able to watch the sushi chefs and the rest of the team at work. This will definitely become one of my staples in Morristown!

We were very excited to discover Malay nearby in Morristown, and we had to check it out. We ordered the Malay Prawn Mee, Chicken Sambal, and the Roti Canai. Roti Canai is one of my favorite Malaysian dishes, but this didn't quite hit the spot. The roti wasn't soft and dip-able. It was kind of flaky and kept falling apart every time I tried to use it to scoop up some curry. The curry was a little watery and not all that flavorful, and I defintiely would've appreciated more than just one or two chunks of potato and chicken. The chicken sambal and soup were additionally a bit disappointing. The chicken sambal was just okay for me, and the flavor didn't really blow me out of the water. It almost felt like something I could make at home. The soup similarly did not have a particularly rich or flavorful broth, and left me a little dissapointed. Another thing that really influences my review is how cold it was inside. It got even colder when people opened and closed the door. It was so cold that our food didn't seem hot. I think the cold air cooled it off instantly and we were left eating room temperature chicken and soup.

We also tried the tomato beef noodles and braised pork belly rice -- both tasty and very filling. Nothing fancy for dining in, but the food is solid and portions are generous. Couple of weeks ago I was pleasantly surprised to see that this long forgotten corner of the Kam…read moreMan Asian supermarket had a new tenant, and offering dishes previously unseen in well, most of Jersey really. Didn't get a chance to try it out until yesterday and man, we were missing out. The yunnan rice noodle soups are so good, and different, from the more commonly found Asian noodles; ramen, udon, pho, etc. Not going to say that it's better than the others but it's absolutely fantastic that there's another option now when you just want a warm, comforting noodle soup. Especially since winter is coming. The setup is more akin to a food court than a restaurant so the small seating area is shared with Kam Man and all the tableware/utensils are plastic and disposable. There's a door to the outside basically right there though so unless you're seated to either side of it you get blasted w/cold air every time someone enters or exits. For my first visit I went with their "pickled pepper soup rice noodle w/beef stew" (A8) and it was very good. The soup was flavorful and the noodles were perfect; fresh & not mushy at all. And digging through the bowl was like going on a treasure hunt for lil' yummy morsels: a quail egg here, some wood ear there, a random piece of thinly sliced ham, good stuff. However, for those of you w/nut allergies, they do add roasted peanuts to some of their dishes so you'll probably want to tell them to not add them to your food. The only minor neg with the dish was that the beef brisket was a tad tougher than I'd like. But if brisket isn't your thing, they also have the same dish but with "beef roll" (A7) which I found to be an odd translation for basically thinly sliced beef. I was so enamored w/this noodle soup that I brought my wife the very next day. I went with the same soup base but w/fish fillet (A9) this time and it was just as good as the first time. I will definitely have to come more often to try out their other offerings. I also noticed that they have rice based dishes as well in case you get tired of noodles. So anyway, I'll definitely be visiting a lot more and I really hope they stick around longer than the previous eateries at this location. And while it would be nice (if not really feasible) to get your food in 10 seconds as their name implies, so far their food has definitely been worth the wait.

The big snow storm happened weeks ago, and yet the parking lot had less spots because the snow was piled up on top of them, so we had to maneuver our way into a "made up" spot instead. Also, lately we have noticed that they have no chili oil on house for us to make our ramen spicier, which was a bit disappointing too. Again, the broth is really good and the service is nice too, we were just disappointed with these two inconveniences.

I had the Korean Kimchi soup ($17), a fabulous concoction of ramen noodles in a slightly spicy miso broth served with spam, kimchi, a soft-boiled egg, bamboo, wood-ear mushrooms, and corn. My dining companion had the Tokyo Chicken soup ($16) with udon noodles in a slightly spicy miso broth served with sliced teriyaki chicken, a soft-boiled egg, bamboo, wood-ear mushrooms, and corn. My carb-conscious dining companion seemed mildly surprised the chicken filet in her soup was breaded, rather than grilled.. but adjusted expectations accordingly. Both soups were served quickly and were fantastic. The portion sizes of our soups were very filling and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. We will definitely be back! PRO TIP #1: Parking is available in the front AND back of the building. The parking lot in front of the building facing NJ Route 10 can fill up quickly, but there is plenty of space in the parking lot behind the building and there are entrances in the front and back of the building.

It's around $13 per banh mi which is a little higher than some places, but the quality and portion make it worth it 100%. I got the S1 and S8. The S1 was really good and something I would definitely order again. It's my husband's favorite. The S8 was the chicken and it came out warm with steam! A lot of other places make it but it's still cold. I also liked how fresh the ingredients taste. Service takes about 15 to 20 minutes for the order to come out just as a heads up. One Only small critique is the bread. While I like a crispy baguette, this one is a bit too crunchy and can cut the roof of your mouth a little. So don't gobble it down fast like I did. If they made it just slightly less aggressive it would be perfect. Overall I would definitely go back for more.

Parking can be a bit tricky given its location near a major road, but there is metered parking right out front. One thing I really appreciated was the thoughtful packaging. Instead of wrapping everything in paper/foil (which traps steam and softens the bread), they use takeaway containers that keep the banh mi bread crispy and intact. The portions are generous! I don't think I've ever had a bahn mi with so much protein! I personally asked for extra cilantro on some of the sandwiches which is why the cilantro looks so obnoxious in the pictures. Everything was solid and satisfying! The lemongrass chicken bahn mi stood out with its aromatic flavor. The Saigon special bahn mi though, could've used a bit more presence from the mayo and pate to enhance the flavors. Sounds weird, but surprisingly, the sardines in tomato sauce bahn mi was better than it sounds. It was savory and definitely worth trying if you're feeling adventurous. The summer rolls were fresh, clean, and a great complement to the sandwiches. My only note: I wish the pickled carrots and radish had a bit more tang. They leaned mild rather than punchy. Overall, a reliable spot with thoughtful touches and flavorful options. I'd come back again.
