Honeygrow in Radnor was great when it first opened. a little slow, because they were working out the kinks, but things were hot, tasty and accurate. things have changed, however. lately i feel like it's a crapshoot, for the employees trying to get my order correct. i don't order anything strange or unusual. typically one of the pre-built noodle bowls, with one or two modifications (such as substituting chicken for tofu). too often i find that there are extra ingredients or missing ingredients. the staff seems to have stopped cooking the onions at all, so i end up skipping the onion, only to find that they still gave me raw onion in my meal. i was really disappointed by my last meal there, when i found uncooked chicken in my noodle bowl. i ordered it with chicken, most of it was cooked. however there were pink mushy bits of uncooked meat in the box, causing me to throw it away. this is unacceptable and will be reported to the PA department of agriculture. you need to have better food handling procedures. i'm not sure if i will be back read more

I hate to do this as I have eaten in the Radnor store well more than a dozen times. I have seen and agree with all the above reviews. The place is noisy, often no seats, long waits, only casual relationship to what I order, ridiculous pricing for adding anything. I have also noticed the more you add ingredients, the smaller your food. The employees are very nice, but the place is disorganized, For the six months after opening the food the food was great. It has clearly dropped and the menu changed and the seasoning no longer tastes like anything. But at least the prices are up. Here's the reason for the low rating. Two hours after my meal on 9/13/16 I did not feel well. Up to this moment I have had cramps, & needed a lot of Immodium, if you get my drift. It's six days and still an issue. Great concept but the place lacks an on-site manager who gives a crap. The employees are ignorant and clearly don't care about what they are doing (at least half the time they get the order wrong at one level or another). The painfully loud rap music playing continuously is a total turn off. Perhaps if there was someone in charge who took a look at the mainline crowd patronizing this place the music, atmosphere and work ethic of the employees could be upgraded. BTW the bathrooms are gross. One last thought...last time I was there they were out of broccoli. Really!!! One of the numbskulls couldn't run over the the local Acme and buy some broccoli? Super friendly service. Atmosphere can be described as modern/health conscious. You make your order on computers in the back of the building and then wait for your order whether you are dining in or out. Kind of a Wawa style service for food. You can end up waiting a long time or a short period of time depending on whether you come at a busy hour. Highly recommend. read more

A fast food stir fry place. Over priced. The founder says it is on the high side because people will pay, I always look for a balance of value and price. I don't think this price represents the value a good value for stir fry fast food. Admittingly I have enjoyed there food but they even alacart for brussel sprout lol And As if regular people that don't have as much money don't deserve better food. So at first this review wasn't going to happen but I felt necessary to praise honeygrow for helping me the other day. I ordered from caviar and got the wrong item. This was due completely to caviar and not honey grow. Unfortunately I was at work and couldn't return the meal and was able to talk to one of the managers on the phone, Keishon. She went above and beyond for me by calling caviar and personally making my order for me and having them bring it to me at work for no charge. She even called when a confusion came up to make sure i got exactly what i ordered. She was amazingly helpful on the phone and ended up making a tough day just a little better. The food here has always been good I love the salads and noodles. Thank you again Keishon it might not have seemed like much but you truly made my day 10 times better. I would highly recommend them and can't wait to get another meal in the future. read more

I always get the salads. Their ingredients are delicious and the dressings are great! The staff is friendly and its always packed during lunch hour. Dude.... these guys (and gals) are killin it! I have only had the stir-fry but have had it a couple times, tried a few different combos and keep going back. The new Radnor location is hip and always poppin when I go in. This place has a lot of good things going for it like the touch screen ordering, organic and local ingredients, fairly priced ect.The only thing that is slightly annoying is that the wait can be too extensive and the staff was uninviting. Possible solution might be online ordering. This doesn't change my opinion of the place at all! read more

I have been to this location many times with my girlfriend because the options are healthy and it is convenient. I honestly like the concept, the touch screen is nice and the food, when it is actually made correctly, is quite good. However, the cooks behind the bar never get our orders right. We actually go in now expecting something to be wrong with our meal; it has happened so much that we can't get take out anymore because something is always wrong with our meals when we open it at home...sometimes the orders aren't even ours. I am not sure if it is an error with their systems or they are just busy sometimes and confuse orders...but for the price point they charge I find it unacceptable that this continues to happen. Dined at Honey Grow many times. Prices are hig, but worth the fresh and customizable taste! Particular shot out and compliments to Rasheeda in the café who was cleaning and bussing tables, wiping down counters, serving sodas and making very pleasant conversation with all patrons. She was delightful, smiling, polite and conversational. My experience was taken to the next level of positive with her positive and upbeat attitude, as well as insisting on cleaning up after me, after checking twice if I needed anything while eating. read more

We went to enjoy a nice lunch after my son was out of school early yesterday. I was almost finished with my salad when I found a black curly hair at the bottom of the salad bowl. I'm completely grossed out at the lack of cleanliness of the staff and restaurant. Eewwww!! The staff does not clean hands, wear gloves, wear coverage for their hair. It's gross. Definitely one of my favorite fast lunch stops on the main line and center city on 16th near Sansom Street. Great salads, stir fryer and fruits with honey. Touch tone screens for personal orders makes your selection open to all your likes being added in and dislikes being discarded. And all the produce is farm fresh and primarily local. I enjoy working close to the KOP Town Center and this is one of my go to places. I like the kiosk ordering system, and the ability to customize my meal easily without misinterpretation from ordering at a counter in the traditional way. I usually get the stir fry, to go and I add in the grass-fed Creekside Farms beef, egg white noodles which are gluten free, and a few veggies sprouts, and delicious shallots sautéed in the sour cherry bbq sauce. They pack it up in a Chinese food style takeout container, which is a nice touch. It's always consistent, flavorful and keeps me satisfied for the rest of the day. The wait can be long, although they are efficient here, but the place is really popular. My only suggestions are to get a fattier cut of meat for those on keto, paleo or bulletproof diets, the meat used here is grass fed, which I love, but it is very, very lean, and doesn't offer much healthy fat. Unfortunately, 2 of the workers (handling food for paying customers) chose to either not wear belts, or even worse, thought it fashionable to just have their entire underwear showing, as their pants sagged well below their butts. Love Honeygrow! My new favorite spot. I always order the Red Curry Stir Fry or Cobb Salad, DELICIOUS ! Just a tip for new Honeygrow lovers I found that instead of going for lunch, going for dinner can be a much more pleasant visit. Usually in the afternoon on a weekday it can be time consuming with the busy line and packed store, but I recently visited a couple evenings for dinner and it was such a pleasant surprise. Since there was only a few customers in the store my stir fry was out by the time I filled up my fountain soda. The cashier fulfilled all my request and they didn't miss any ingredients this time, unlike last time when I was amongst the lunch crowd. She, the gentlemen who made my stir fry and I even talked for a while after I received my food. It was a much more inviting then in the afternoon with all the crowds too. Even the young lady who was cleaning the tables checked on me to make sure everything was alright with my order. LOVED IT! Overall I love the concept and the food.
