Great spot! I stopped by for lunch with a friend, and we both really enjoyed our dishes. It was a hot day, so I opted for a banh mi rather than any kind of pho, and it was really good - shrimp banh mi, holding the mayo. The bread was just the right level of crispy, and all the ingredients were right on point. Definitely would come back to try another banh mi, or another dish! They were good about service as well - the server came by many times to refill our water, and when I had a complaint about what didn't look right in my sandwich the first time, he went and made another one. Inside, it's not a huge space, but it looks nice inside and is pretty clean. Probably not great for a big group, but good for smaller groups. I'd be down to return! read more

The food was not good. Dumbed down. Missing almost everything I expect in Vietnamese/Thai food... mint, Thai basil, cilantro, fish sauce, chiles, maybe perilla, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, shallots, etc.. Biting into the small summer roll ("Garden Roll") was the opposite of the refreshing crisp, pop-of-herbs & vegetable bite, I expect. Peanut sauce was OK. Banh mi didn't seem to be dressed and had no jalapenos, but did have a sprig (1) of cilantro. Dominant flavor came from the sesame seeds on the roll. Sauce for the salad was a one dimensional - a thin sugar syrup. Another bad meal in a trend of bad meals in this area. So who do I blame - the restaurant or the customers who ensure that bland food like this continues to be output ? Because, after all, a restaurant needs to please its customers to stay in business. Maybe the restaurant should post a warning or offer an option for authentic food. Oh, also... When I was trying to place the order through the website, it tells me orders are not being accepted. This place is amazing. It's located in downtown Conshohocken. The parking situation is tough and you more than likely have to pay for parking. The restaurant is definitely ran by a Vietnamese family. There isn't a lot of seating here. Ended up getting a Vietnamese coffee, Bún Bò Huế, and a rice platter. I was bummed they didn't do a warm Vietnamese coffee but the ice coffee was delicious nonetheless. The rice platter was good too. I really liked the grilled meat. A small unassuming hole in the wall that had some great pho. Broth is flavorful without tasting greasy or heavy. I've been there 3x now in the last couple of months and they have delivered every time! The rolls were crispy and delicious. I ordered the grilled boneless pork on rice, which had great flavor and a lovely charred taste/ flavor that I really enjoyed. I appreciated the generous portion of carrot mix and cucumbers, as they added a nice crunch when mixed in. However, I did wish there was a bit more pork, as the portion size was on the smaller side. The service was excellent. Our server was friendly and attentive. Although the restaurant is small, the tables were well-spaced, offering a comfortable dining experience. A small quaint pho place! I went on a weeknight with 3 of my friends. Upon arrival, we were greeted and given the menu. We were able to pick our own seats. Once we were seated, the server came over immediately with waters. I'm a pho girly so that's what I ordered. I got the #10 with rare steak and lean brisket. The broth had a balanced flavor which I enjoyed. I tried the matcha bubble tea which wasn't sweet, in a good way. My coworker and I came here for lunch one day. It was super cold out and we wanted a nice steaming bowl of pho :) This is a very small place with a few tables. I got the steak and brisket pho while my coworker got the chicken pho. We also each ordered the pork fried spring rolls. The fried spring rolls came out first and we're crispy and very tasty. They were alittle pricey for how small they were but we were both glad we got our own order. Now to the pho! When both came out the broth smelled so good. My pho has plenty of meat and noodles. I took my wife and son there yesterday and it was phonomenal. When we stepped in the smell was on point! They were cooking two huge pots of pho in the back, i could see the bones sticking out from the top. The amount of options weren't overwhelming and our bowls of soup came right out in a few minutes. As Conshohocken seems to continue to be expanding its cultural food scene, SaiGon Noodle Kitchen has already made their presence know with their soft opening last week. With the cold winter months coming, a pho/Vietnamese restaurant is EXACTLY what Conshy needed. As I walked in to the restaurant to order place a takeout order, I was immediately greeted by the (presumed) owner, John; a happy and and smiling man, so wonderfully passionate and excited about his restaurant wearing a John Deere hat (making his name easy to remember). We order chicken and beef pho, pork spring rolls, and a bbq beef and rice dish. All of the food was perfectly authentic in comparison to the days I was lucky enough to walk around the streets of Saigon and Hanoi. The beef was tender and the aromatics in the broth offered a perfect balance of warmth, comfort, and delicious flavor. The spring rolls were fresh, tasty, and held together with every bite. Unfortunately for us, they sold out of Bánh Mì before we got there (so awesome for them). I guess I will have to find myself here again to try it - as if I needed a reason. Needless to say, Saigon Noodle Kitchen is a welcomed new edition to Fayette St that follows through with excellence, quality, and authentic Vietnamese food. My family is pretty picky about their Vietnamese food, so when my dad tried the vermicelli bowl and the pho with meatballs and said, "Not bad," what he really meant was, "This is delicious." And it was! Prices are very reasonable and each bowl is a good size. The interior is pretty small with just a few tables, which is a shame because I'm sure this place is going to become more popular! Especially because the folks who work there are very friendly. The vermicelli bowls come with a protein and a spring roll, which is crispy and delicious.
