I think Honey Grow is okay, a little pricey for what you pay for but not bad. I like how you can pay at kiosks yourself and customize your stir-fry/salad. I do however think the to go portions have gotten way smaller than before and I think it's overall a very long wait. I LOVE Honeygrow! Great healthy and customizable food options for lunch and dinner. I usually get a create-your-own stir fry but the menu items are all good. I am never bored because honeygrow updates their menu with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients so there is always something new to try. The stir-fry portions are very generous and unless I'm very hungry I can save some for leftovers. Honeygrow has been one of my go-to restaurants for take-out during quarantine because they have an easy contactless pickup system and the stir-fry is easily re-heatable when I get home. read more

Stopped in today almost by chance, after finding them on Google Maps - it was near my destination. I was just after the lunch rush, so busy but not a problem. Still the tables were clean, and seating available. Went for the Sweet Soy Five Spice, pretty much nailed it, and I know Five Spice is not meant to be hot, but this dish was relatively spicy, fine for me but possibly too spice for others. It was prepared far faster then I expected for a hot dish. I forgot this is with Turkey, and I was thinking I was eating beef. Very good, also the Veg is a green bean, which were perfectly cooked, just tender enough to get with a fork, but otherwise still had come crunch, like a raw GB. The set up is simple, and functional. -- - So now reading the reviews on Yelp, it does seem to be some hit and miss experiences, all I can figure is this is due to management and or staffing issues, as the reports are NOTHING like what I experienced, but do occur with newer restaurants. We've been to the King of Prussia location and it's great. Assumed this would be too but ugh. Put in order and it wasn't made correctly. How do you mess up an order when the receipt clearly states the ingredients? Ordered zucchini noodles but got regular noodles. Didn't receive the bottle of water we ordered and accused us of getting it when we asked about it. Um look at the tray... nada agua! Going to KofP next time. In the popular vein of build-it-yourself restaurants, Honeygrow focus on the fresh, local element for stir fry and salad options. Using locally sourced food and a wide range of dishes, you can either go with the selected options or essentially add or remove and items from your order as you see fit at the touch-screen ordering window. I find the ordering method particularly helpful as it prevents verbal mistakes/misorder and you can keep an eye on how quickly all those extra ingredients run up your costs. I prefer to stick with the salad and add the cold noodles, as the noodle dishes I tried were a bit bland for my preferences. Orders of any type are a large portion, so no worries about going hungry afterwards. I particularly like the baked tempura chicken, it has a neat, unique taste and keeps from getting dry and overcooked. You leave at least feeling like you ate healthy (though the portion size and number of items you added might need to be taken into consideration if you're aiming for calorie counting) and a has fun vibe. One addendum, I did try their honeybar and was not particularly impressed by the item. The fruit is fresh and honey has a nice flavor sure, but there's nothing really holding it together even with a dolop of the greek yogurt. I would prefer it over an larger yogurt serving or something to better absorb the flavor, but maybe it all just melted by the time I got to it. read more

A coworker introduced me to honey grow and I am so glad he did. Although it gets crowded around lunchtime it's worth the wait. The portions are big (I eat half for lunch half for dinner), it's fairly heathy, all local ingredients, reasonably priced and delicious! Eating healthy can be a bummer sometimes when you are left feeling like you just ate a bowl of grass but honey grow does not have that problem. The lemon miso noodles are a favorite. read more

Honeygrow is convenient and delicious! The staff is friendly as well. I am typically not a huge stir fry person but the stir fry at Honeygrow is amazing! I have tried the egg white noodles with different combinations of veggies and it tastes great every time. I have also tried the salads and honey bar and enjoyed those as well. The portion sizes are big. We often eat here when we are too lazy to cook but do not want to eat junk. It is a nice option to have in the area. My only complaints are that they need more seating and the seating area is not very inviting. Can't go wrong with a visit to Honeygrow! read more

Stopped in today for a late lunch with my sister and was pretty excited to eat healthy. We put in our order together and while my sister got her stir fry and fountain soda cup, I stood there waiting for 20 minutes until I finally asked the cashier where my salad and kale shake was. Turns out their receipt paper jammed and missed my order so they apologized and quickly made it for me. They were very kind and apologetic but when I sat down to eat my salad, there was no chicken like how I ordered. I then approached the same cashier to let him know and he, again, quickly gave me a small side for me to add to my salad. Although it could have gone much better, I can't express any hate because of how kind the staff was. I'm hoping to go again and have a smoother experience. Went to Honeygrow this weekend and ordered two stir fry bowls to eat-in. Neither was hot and we had to ask them to reheat them. The cook and counter staff didn't really seemed concerned that our food was cold - no apologies, just a blank look when I asked for them to be reheated. We've always liked the food at Honeygrow because we have the option of choosing our own items for stir fry and salads but this is the second time this has happened. It seems like they are more concerned with their take-out business than with the customers eating in. We won't be back. read more

I really love honeygrow! I love the concept, the execution here is just always a little lacking. I work down the street and about once every other week will treat myself to honeygrow. Now I know better than to place an online order anything less than 40 minutes before my break , because they are always popping at lunch hour. I don't begrudge them this one bit! However, every time I order something 85% of the time one or more of the ingredients I've paid for is missing and I have to bring it to someone's attention during a very busy lunch rush. I always feel bad but then remind myself that these orders should be double checked for an $11 salad. Occasionally a co worker of mine will pick both our orders up for me, and stuff is missing like the extra dressing at $.50 or the cheese I paid $1.30 for or even the juice drink I spent $6 on, and I have to drive myself over there just for this! Have eaten here twice for lunch. Food is tasty though it can be difficult to figure out just the right combination from all of the choices. Nice selection of options for creating your own noodle stir fry or salad - especially for vegetarians. The self order with the touchscreen is helpful for visualizing your order and the iPads at some of the dining seating are amusing (lots of random pics of previous diners) and nice if you're dining alone. The decor is a little austere for my tastes and sound echoes so it gets a bit noisy when the restaurant is full. Otherwise - fast food, ok service, with fresh and local and some organic fare. Food is awesome and service is just excellent. My co-worker and I dined at the Honey grow in Radnor, near the TD bank yesterday for lunch. Her first time, I am a regular. My co-worker was impressed by the great salad she had and we both were blown away by the customer service. Especially one associate, her name was Rasheeda. Rasheeda was very helpful and polite in seeing what we needed. She brought a container for me since she saw I was not going to be able to complete my meal, so she brought me a container to put my food in without me even asking her. She kept a smile on her face the whole time while interacting with other customers I saw, I mean just steallar service. I usually enjoy their food. I treat myself once a month. Today it was awful. The noodles were undercooked. Usually there are so many vegetables and today none. I had 2 pieces of mushroom, I paid extra for organic spinach and had 4 pieces. Barely any carrots and only 3 pieces of broccoli. They had a lot of the chicken but I enjoy the vegetables too. They were not really busy today so what happened? Very disappointing. I would go more often but I am on a budget so disappointing that I spent my money on it today.
