I popped into Anna's one woman shop a few months ago and fell in love with the chillness and professionalism. Her Brazilian rates are better than other salons I've been to in Berkeley and in SF (roughly $10-15) but the overall experience is worth it for me to pay... whatever. Anna does wonderful work, takes her time and makes sure you're satisfied with your beautiful bodies! (Also, she makes a damn good cocktail) whether you're on a quick lunch break or heading to the gym after work, you have time to pamper yourself at honey pot as Anna is punctual and truly skilled. Anna is a godsend. I have very sensitive skin and in the past other waxes have caused me irritation and many in-growns, but not with Anna! The sugaring treatment I do with her is less painful than waxing, longer lasting and causes zero irritation. I have went here multiple times by now, and every time Anna made the whole experience extremely comfortable. I love her sugaring method! I went to a couple of other private waxing salons that do sugaring, and I can easily say that Anna is the best that I have had so far. I could not say better things about Anna! I have been coming to Anna for YEARS and consider her not only amazing at her craft, but also a friend. Brazilian waxes aren't necessarily the most enjoyable, but she makes it that almost pain-free! I found Anna after searching Yelp. I loved that her hours are so flexible and the location is so convenient and easy. Honeypot is immaculately clean, which I love. Anna also has sangria and wine if you need it before you head in. Her technique is FLAWLESS. I had sugaring done and it was as pleasant as I could have ever hoped it to be. Just check the service and calendar on the website and see my dates/times are best for you. Anna is great! She's genuinely nice and is not talking to you because she has to. First off, Anna is one of the best ppl I've had the pleasure of meeting in this city. She is so considerate and easy to get to know, with a wicked sense of humor. Just had the most amazing experience with Anna at Honeypot. I have been in SF for a year and have been looking for a regular waxing spot. I tried another in the Mission a few months ago and had a not great experience, so I took to Yelp today to try and find a spot downtown. I have so many good things to say about my experience.
