This is such a cute spot! Decor is amazing, it's super clean and staff is extremely friendly. We split the green goddess sandwich with salad and it definitely hit the spot. It was the perfect amount of food for 2! On the way out we grabbed a large jar of local honey (which is delicious by the way) cheesecake, white cake and a brownie. This is the best breakfast, brunch and coffee shop. They have a new biscuit sandwich called The Country Home. It is country ham, egg, cheese and apple butter spread on a homemade giant biscuit. Get it with a side of home fries and a lemon blueberry square. Their cappuccinos are amazing. Ask for Chase to make it. They take pride in their work and are very kind to my autistic son's many dinosaur comments and questions. Lots of seating and they have outdoor patio space. A friendly greeting as I entered and it wasn't too busy on the cold Friday in mid March of my visit. I ordered the Mountain biscuit with home fries and side of gravy. All were served in a timely manner and were good ingredients and perfectly cooked. The name is appropriate for the massive portion and the biscuit was soft despite its size. My father in law arrived shortly before the morning rush in a Saturday on our way to Costco. First thing we noticed was that the restaurant was impeccably clean and the staff were smiling and greeted us promptly. He ordered the country home biscuit and I opted for the Sunrise Pesto Melt. We get our coffee and take a seat and our food arrives shortly thereafter. The coffee was nice and hot and tasted fresh but we both agree that we like the coffee at another establishment just a bit better. Still very good coffee so don't hesitate to order some based on my opinion! The sunrise pesto melt on English muffin was fresh, cheesy, and delicious. The pesto was an amazing burst of flavor and I think next time I'll order a bit extra on the side. I couldn't stop raving about the food and I am positive we will be back often. Tight parking in these small strip shops but don't let that stop you from giving them a try. So when I go , I go big. I ordered "THE MOUNTAIN". Two eggs, American cheese, sausage, bacon, & Cheddar cheese. The light delicate fluffy biscuit could hardly hold it all. Just delicious. A little slow on the food coming out and they forgot the sausage but all turned out ok. And you just have to try their Honeysuckle Chi tea latte. So so good. The service was top notch. I ordered the food at the counter, I brought the condiments to the table and I cleaned off the table. Sorry for the levity. I'm just not an "order at the counter" kinda guy. They have been open in Holly Springs just over a month. What a great place. I just stopped in to check them out on the recommendation of a friend. I had their biscuits and gravy and s coffee. As you stand at the counter you have a beautiful display of goodness in the case on your left. I was almost immediately greeted when I walked in by a couple of the staff. Placed my order and went over to sit by the windows, they have plenty of seating in the well lit area. Well we are back at it again, now that we are aware of the biscuit service time, like I mentioned during the last visit, before noon, biscuits are all the rage. After noon, they stopped selling... So we ventured to see exactly what the deal is. I will admit it is a very good biscuit. Flaky, buttery, nice proofing and a golden toasting on top. I ordered a biscuit sandwich with sausage egg and cheese, with a side of home fries. My SO ordered the full breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, grits and biscuit. I am a seasoned veteran of the food industry and I understand why restaurants do what they do. My recommendation is to pare down the menu and do 10 things great as opposed to 20 things "OK". You will get more customer respect. I still give it a solid 3 stars and encourage them to continue on their success stories! Keep going! Thanks! read more

Delicious and fresh biscuits. It would be nice if they were served with local jam or the honey that is on display. I visited two weeks ago and was really pleased with my egg and bacon on a biscuit. I also shared a surprisingly good chocolate covered donut - super light texture and not greasy. This spot does have some kinks to work out - this morning's crowd was awesome in the number of guests, but sadly that affected the food presentation and flavor, and an unbelievable wait time. I've been wanting to stop in for a breakfast sandwich since they opened and today was the day! This location is spacious with indoor / outdoor seating, high top seating as well as 4/6 tops. Decor is perfect for a bakery, sweet and colorful! It was lively with lots of people this morning and the wait to place my order was less than 5 mins. As I approached the area to place our order, I was met with a beautiful case of fresh baked goods (cheesecake, brownies, cookies, donuts, muffins and more) - YUM! I went with a sausage biscuit and a cookie (for later of course). They have a coffee bar with all the flavors and also have Coke products.. We placed our order to go, so I expected that we would be in and out within 10-15 mins, however, despite the full staff, we joined the rest of the "to go" folks that waited....and waited...and waited some more. From the time I paid and my receipt was texted to me until the time I walked out with my to go order was 27 mins. A 1/2 hour for a sausage biscuits is way too long - heck I could have made it within that time. The discussion amongst the "to go" crowd was that it was good but not 30 mins wait good. I promptly took my biscuit and headed to my next appt - eating on the way. The sandwich was good, the size was good and it was as ordered. Maybe it was a fluke day and the crowd wasn't anticipated and that was the cause of the delay....hopefully that was all, because the food was good and we need good restaurants in this area to thrive. Unlike the other reviewers I like to try a place more than once before I leave a review. I've probably been 4-5 times since they've opened. Overall 4.4 out of 5. The Charleston 8/10 - much bigger than I anticipated. Toasty Club 7/10 BLT - 9/10 - you can't mess this up Sugar Almond Cookie 14/10 - best sugar almond cookie I've ever had. The Buffalo - 8/10 The biscuits - 5/5 I'm not going to rate the drinks because I don't like coffee and I don't like tea and I've tried several and guess what ... I still don't like either lol. This has nothing to do with the restaurant and everything to do with my taste buds. Could they move a little faster .. sure but so can some of you driving down Holly Springs Pkwy like you have no where to go. We tried a half order of biscuits and gravy (which was huge!), and two different breakfast sandwiches, and both ordered unsweetened tea. If you're gonna say you serve homemade biscuits, they better be from scratch homemade biscuits because let's be real. You're in Canton Georgia. On the positive side, the inside is beautiful, the vibe is great, and the gentleman running the cash register in the wheelchair was someone would come back to interact with over and over because he was just great at customer service. The negatives were unfortunately, the food. The biscuit while maybe made in house, was made from a biscuit mix in-house. Same for the gravy, definitely came from a mix. Eggs were drier than a paper towel. Nothing has seasoning, I'm talking like basic salt seasoning. We wanted to love this place so bad, we really wanted to love it. But as far as breakfast, we won't be coming back because it just wasn't good. Chicken patty was just frozen chicken patty fried, everything was just your standard food service grade quick stuff. If you're gonna serve a chicken biscuit, it's gotta be at least as good as Chick-fil-a's or people will just go through their drive-through. If you're gonna serve fast food breakfast biscuits, it's gotta be better than Maple Street biscuit Company or people will just go there because the flavors are better there for fast food breakfast. This may work in Kennesaw, Georgia, but this won't work in Canton, Georgia because we know what homemade biscuits and gravy should taste like. All in all, wish you guys luck, but know the community you serve because we know our biscuits and we know our gravy. read more

I was surprised when I arrived at noon and wanted to order the chicken cordon bleu biscuit for lunch and she said she had to ask the kitchen if they were still serving biscuits ??? Is this business not called "Honeysuckle Biscuits & Bakery"? Service was quick and the woman taking my order was nice. But, the coffee was fairly cold and I was disappointed with the biscuit that was also not really warm when served and was terribly dry and crumbly. Could not pick it up had because it just fell apart. The tiny chicken breast that was on the sandwich was dry and definitely not "fresh" but just a frozen patty they microwaved, Overall I'd give the food two stars. They also needed to clean up the trash can that had food stuck all on the front of it. I was hoping for a better lunch. read more

visited today for the second time. Figured we would give it another try. First visit ordered coffee and pastry. Coffee was terrible. Apparently they use pineapple juice in a latte. The cream curdled and it had to be thrown away. Pastry was ok. Today ordered Avocado Toast and basic breakfast. I mean that's kind of hard to mess up. The eggs were way over scrambled, the sausage gravy taste like bleached flower, the bacon was over done, and the biscuit was dry. The avocado toast was bland and had no flavor at all. Drip coffee has a weird flavor. Just not good at all. It is such a cute place. Someone needs to taste the food before serving it. read more
