My party of five visited J. Christopher's for brunch on a Sunday. We were greeted and seated right away. The restaurant is pretty big and offers plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. I opted for the Spinach & Bacon skillet but asked for no bacon. It also comes with sun-dried tomato, bleu cheese, two eggs, and a side of biscuit. The skillet was tasty and came with a generous portion of veggies. However, I would have preferred the spinach to be cooked some more, but it didn't ruin the entree for me. The biscuit was soft and buttery. My party was pleased with their entrees. Our server was pleasant throughout the meal. Overall, we had a good experience!

The food and atmosphere were really good! It is much larger on the inside than it appears. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was polite and timely. He brought a small carafe of hot coffee which tasted fresh. You have to ask for half and half but they also have flavored creamer on the table. When we were received our order everything was just as we expected. I was really surprised by the flavor of the blueberry pancake. It had a great taste but I just had hoped for more blueberries. My vegetarian omelette was tasty and loaded with fillings. The side of potatoes, ordered extra crispy was exactly what I wanted. Overall I enjoyed the meal and the price was ok. I would certainly come back.

The service was fast and friendly. The coffee was strong and delicious. I tried the Blueberry Crunchcake meal with a side of Corned Beef Hash. The bacon was ok...one piece was crispy the other not, but both tasted great. The eggs were scrambled perfectly and the grits were fine. The Blueberry Crunchcake was fantastic and had a hearty portion of blueberries and granola within and topped with more granola for crunch. And finally the Corned Beef Hash was excellent prepared and was perfectly crisped! I loved it. I'm glad this location is so close to my house and hope they can continue this level of quality with both the food and service.

    Welcome to Canton GA!!

Always had a good experience at this chain. So when I seen they opened up a new one here in Canton on Riverstone Pkwy, I had to give it a try. They didn't disappoint as it was a very delightful Sunday morning experience. They have an awesome array of breakfast and lunch menu items but I just went with the traditional eggs, bacon, hash browns, juice, toast and coffee which was delicious. A very clean and open concept with very friendly and well trained staff. I love how they painted the ceiling sky blue instead of the traditional black. It gives the place a very fresh and friendly vibe. So nice to see another business making Canton one of their homes. Welcome J. Christopher's and wishing you all the best.

BELT with potatoes as the side.

This morning I was able to try J. Christopher in Canton , GA for the very first time. When we walked in we are immediately greeted by a host or hostess to seat you. Or you can walk to the back bar area and order at the counter. We did the latter because we had a 15 minute oil change on our car. I pleasantly placed our order and then began to look around at all the photographs and artwork on the walls. I was a bit impressed with what was selected for this particular location. You'll have to stop by and see for yourself. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I love the nostalgia of this dinner it feels like your back in the 50s with a few modern touches. The food- well it's a good menu with some exceptional choices. I dove into a BELT(bacon, egg, lettuce, and tomato) with cheese on wheat served with fried squared perfectly cooked potatoes. My husband had the Irish oatmeal, it's loaded with raisins, cinnamon and milk. They filled a large foam cup with this deliciousness. He also had a very buttery biscuit that melted in our mouths. They offer indoor and a small outdoor patio area. If your ever near the shopping plaza stop by, they were showcased on Atlanta Eats as a top spot to dine. Open 7 days a week 7am until 2 pm. Sorry no dinner service.

This J Christopher's location has improved in customer service as it was chaotic when newly opened. Food is good and location is clean.

However, once I realized you could waitlist online, it was a game changer. We got: Biscuit with fried chicken smothered in gravy: The seasoning on the fried chicken is great, and the chicken itself is juicy and perfect. Pair that with their exceptional gravy and a hearty mouthful of biscuit and it's a done deal. It's a HUGE portion, so come hungry or share. Classic breakfast (forgot what it's called but eggs, protein, biscuit, grits): I got my eggs scrambled and these were probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever had outside of my own home. It was just the way I liked them--definitely scrambled, but juicy, flavorful, and soft. The grits were a crowd favorite on our table--super rich and creamy. Smoked ham was salty (as most smoked ham are) but incredible soft and nice to eat. I thought my favorite would be the biscuit (I'm a HUGE biscuit girl) but it actually wasn't as buttery as I thought. It wasn't bad, but I think I'll take the grits over it any day. I can't believe how delicious this place was. All the plates coming out looked amazing (the sweet breakfast items, wow!) and we are definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu. I'd say this is a 4.5 due to the biscuit falling a little flat (not literally because that thing was fluffy!) BUT service was also great so it's bumping up to a 5. We're so happy to find a go-to brunch spot in this area--definitely give it a try!

I had the hash dish and some of the huge pancake the hubby ordered. The pancake was basically a cake round, I took a bite when the hubs was at the last quarter of it and it was actually still pretty hot! It was good. It looked 1.5-2" thick and 2 pieces. To me that is suitable to split amongst 8 people. The hash was delicious. Tiny roasted veg topped with your style of eggs. I chose sunny side and it was a perfect pour right into the dish. There were also 2 medium round Idaho potatoes, yum! Most definitely without a doubt will be returning.

With a heavy mound of onions and mushrooms on top, the grits ended up feeling dry and pulled all the moisture out of the bite. The flavor itself was fine, just lacking moisture and balance. We also ordered the scallops and risotto. The risotto was the standout. Bright, fresh finish, great texture, and not overpowering. The scallops, unfortunately, were the opposite. They had a noticeably strong smell right away, which usually means they're not as fresh as they should be, especially at a $40 price point. We took them home, but every time we opened the fridge the smell hit us, so they ultimately went in the trash. Despite this particular experience, we've always enjoyed this place. Service is consistently great, drinks are solid, and we usually leave happy. Hoping this was just an off evening, because we genuinely like coming here.
