I regularly get massages, and it's been so hard to find a place that actually finds your pain points and truly focuses on those specific areas -- but this place does exactly that. The place itself is also very clean, professional, and welcoming. Plus, they even have the cutest dog that greets you when you walk in, which instantly makes the whole experience feel warm and relaxing. I used to always get a deep therapeutic massage, but the owner, Kat, recommended I try the deep tissue with pressure point treatment. Ever since then, I can't go back to a regular massage. Lilly, the masseuse, is absolutely incredible. She is not only highly skilled but also extremely intuitive and attentive. You can tell she has years of experience and truly understands the body on a deeper level. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable and informative she was throughout the entire session. She checked in, explained what she was doing, and made sure the pressure was exactly right. I told her where I felt sore, and she immediately knew where the pain was really coming from. It honestly felt like she could read my muscles. I KID YOU NOT -- I walked out painless and completely satisfied. I felt like a whole new person. She also suggested adding cupping, which was a total game changer. I've tried cupping before at other places, but Lilly placed the cups exactly on the areas with restricted blood flow. You could actually see which areas turned purple afterward -- those were exactly where my pain was coming from. Her technique was precise, thoughtful, and clearly done with expertise. What stood out the most is how caring and passionate she is about helping people who are in pain. She made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and genuinely wanted me to feel better -- not just during the massage, but afterward too. This place has absolutely awful service and lack of professionalism. My husband booked me a massage appointment here for Mother's Day. I showed up there giving my name and they didn't know how to handle me and asked if I could speak Chinese and explain myself. I told them I didn't speak Chinese and they told me to wait cause they couldn't figure out my appointment which was for 11 o'clock which I was there on time for. They told me to wait. Another lady also with a 11am appoinment came after me and she waited shortly and then got helped and started her massage. I waited 10 minutes and then one lady came over and said to wait another 10 minutes because their staff was late. At 25 minutes of waiting past my appointment time, I go up to the receptionist and asked for a refund after no one has checked in on me and so they start to issue a refund and couldn't provide me proof of this. I wasn't about to leave without a receipt and insisted they verify the refund and after a while to figure out how to print the refund. This experience was so bad! read more

When I went the first time with my daughter, I had Yoyo and she had Cat. Yoyo is the fourth generation of an oriental medicine family. She really knows human body. My neck, shoulder, and knee pains had bothered me for half a year. She cured my neck and shoulder in one session, and my knee pain in another. She also taught me so herbal remedies that benefit my overall health. I am so thankful for her and haven't seem my acupuncture since meeting her. *Parking: There's a little single lane lot, but finding parking here is impossible since there's so many restaurants nearby. It took me 10mins of circling around to find parking on the next street over. So plan accordingly and allow ample time to find parking! I also came on a Saturday around 12:30 and there was a farmers market so it may be busier than usual. *Experience: I booked an appointment on their website, selected a preferred masseuse, and paid in advance online during checkout. Upon arriving, they give you a pair of slippers to change into, which is standard practice in Asia, so loved that they retained the culture here. Then I checked in at the front desk and used the restroom prior to being led to the massage room. They also give you a short form to fill out so they know where to focus on and the preferred pressure. My masseuse was Cat, and she was amazing! She really focused on my neck and shoulders, which was exactly what I wanted. She got deep into the knots and had a good amount of pressure. She was also super friendly and easy to talk to. She even poured me a cup of hot tea after the massage, which I enjoyed on the couch. Due to the negative reviews on Yelp, I came prepared with the tips in cash, so I didn't experience any issues. The 1hr deep tissue massage was $80/hr and I tipped $20. The whole process was pretty seamless. Overall, I thought the place was very clean and service was great! This place isn't like your fancy spa, serving you glass of champagne and give you a nice fluffy set of robes, all that jazz. But you know what this place offers? BOMB ASS MASSAGES. I first found this place through Groupon, hour long deep tissue massage with hot stones. Groupon price of under $50 was super cheap for what you get. This isn't some place with gentle Swedish massage, the ladies here got strength and can loosen up your knots for real. After my Groupon massage, I was offered to get their massage packages. Usually, that's a real turn off, but for the price tag and the quality, it's a good treat to myself, considering how I sit like a shrimp M-F. If you don't want to splurge all at once, or you don't foresee getting 10 massages within a year, this place will turn you off. I foresee myself getting massages from this place in the future, so why not buy a package? With the pandemic, there are a few more rules: mask on during massage, hair net, changing shoes by the main door. I'm just glad they remained opened. For the first few massages after they reopened, my body was in so much pain, showing how crappy my WFH set up was and how bad my form was with these at home workouts. First take off shoes and wear slipper they have cleaned and wiped down after each use!! Listening to the music which is basically instrumental sounds that is calming and soothing to my ears. And it's very quiet; seems like I have been transported to paradise. I walk into the room and they give me time to change and lie myself down on the table not rushing me at all which I like; than the masseuse that gave me such a great massage helped me get the knots on my lower back and upper shoulders (I work in the kitchen and at the bar) using every part of my body. The best part of the massage was the hot stones! I highly recommend adding this on if possible. This is the most horrible customer service I ever had. First thing, they want you to pay for the service BEFORE receiving a service. Second, when I checked out, the owner immediately ask me to pay tips in CASH ONLY. ( I would rather tip the technician directly not through the owner) Third, just in case no cash, there is no other options. No Venmo , Zelle, PayPal whatsoever. Who brings cash after Covid??? This place doesn't make convenient for their customers AT ALL. They can charge credit card for tips but they charged extra. ( be aware of that) When I came out that place , didn't feel like I had a good package done. I have to say the technician was nice, she did a good job. I would rate her 5 .
