They are known for using modern technology and offering services for all ages ~ children, teens, and adults, such as Invisalign or your traditional braces. Dr. Lee, Dr. Nguyen and their whole staff are so pleasant to interact and work with. They truly care about each and every one of their patients, young to old. They are super friendly and very efficient. The ortho office has a modern, ultra cute & chic aesthetic. Very inviting & sterile clean. Both my kids get their orthodontic needs (braces) here. My teenage son choosing the traditional braces option and my teenage daughter opt'ing for the newer Invisalign technology. Such a vast difference from the days when I had braces. I had a jaw expander and braces as a kid and Invisalign once before as an adult and my teeth still didn't touch. She was confident she could close it and make it better and I'm so glad I trusted her! My husband actually had a different reason for seeing her. Dr.P did Invisalign to get his teeth prepped for a double jaw surgery to correct his underbite. He just had the surgery last week, so he'll still be working with Dr.P to get everything perfect once he's healed, but she definitely made the surgeons work a lot easier. Also, she genuinely cares about you as a person. She always asks about our son and I made an offhand comment about his snoring and she asked a couple of follow up questions and asked me to bring him in for a scan so she could check his airway. Sure enough, he had almost a completely restricted airway during to enlarged adenoids and tonsils. She suggested we see an ENT to get him evaluated since that's not her specialty and they confirmed her suspicions based on the scans. Moreover, she texted me the day before my husband's surgery to wish him luck and to offer a home cooked meal or door dash to make sure my son and I didn't forget to eat while taking care of my husband post surgery. I cannot thank her enough for caring for my entire family!

I came in specifically because I was feeling unwell and suspected a blood sugar issue--especially since lab work from a different clinic the prior week showed a fasting glucose level high enough to indicate diabetes. Despite explaining this, the Physician Assistant (PA) dismissed my concerns, told me I "didn't fit the profile" for diabetes, and ordered a thyroid panel instead. Three days later, the support staff called to tell me they lost my blood sample and needed me to come back in. When I expressed frustration that they lost my sample for a test I didn't even ask for--while still refusing to run the metabolic panel I actually needed--the staff member literally hung up on me. I only returned the next day because it is within walking distance of my house and I was having the same feeling again, wanting to get to the bottom of what was happening. While the PA on duty that day was attentive, she ended up sending me to the ER for my blood pressure. After waiting four hours at the hospital, the ER doctor confirmed it wasn't an emergency at all. To top it all off, I received another call from the urgent care informing me that they did eventually run a metabolic panel, and my A1C and fasting glucose levels are, in fact, indicative of diabetes. Between the PA completely dismissing a patient's concerns, the staff losing blood samples, and being hung up on, the lack of professionalism and competence here is alarming. Go somewhere else.

I discovered HOAG by chance and LOVE IT! Every HOAG offices I went to had been very positive and felt heard. CIGNA HMO Select is limited to being within network but it is so affordable compare to all the other HMO and PPO insurances that I had gone through. I don't plan to leave anytime soon and will continue with HOAG for as long as I am able to. This is the newest urgent care location. Parking is open and plenty. Easy Entrance and easy Exit.

I got my braces done in Dr. Hong's office and I am happy with the results. Since I was young I had four teeth that looked like vampire fangs, and it seemed impossible to have them straight. When I visited his office first time, I realized Dr. Hong was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to the treatments; he made an overall plan of the treatment and explained to me how it was going to be like from the start. While I had the braces on I was well informed of the treatment, and it was not scary at all, because I knew what was going on. More than that, when you have a question or concern about your teeth, he is very helpful and is kind to listen and take care of the patient's needs. So after around 2 years later, my teeth were as straight as ever. He works until the patients are satisfied- until the teeth are perfectly aligned and beautiful. I went to Dr. Hong for six years (two phases, complete with braces, rubber bands, head gear and all). The staff is exceptional. At every appointment, I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. They were also great about clearly explaining each step of the process and answering all my questions. It's clear that they care about their patients. I'm also extremely satisfied with the way my teeth turned out. Dr. Hong took the utmost care to make sure my teeth were perfect. I love Dr. Hong and all staff members here. Hong Orthodontics is probably the best orthodontics in Orange County. First of all, the staffs here are both very professional and friendly so I always felt comfortable here. I do not getting my braces here because I feel like they gave me the best teeth I can possibly have. If I had gone to another orthodontics, I do not think that my teeth would be this straight and remain straight forever. Also, I am happy that Dr. Hong gave me clear retainers instead of the wiry ones. I see some of my friends who went to other orthodontics and all of them got wired retainers, so they are all jealous of me. Not only are the staffs great, but the office looks very neat. Best Ortho office I've been to. After I got my braces taken off at another office, the retainer I was given actually shifted my bottom teeth! So I've been procrastinating going back in. I was referred to Dr.Hong by my dentist and I'm so glad he did. I love how clean and updated the office looks. The girls upfront are super nice and accommodating. I got my braces off at Hong Orthodontics about a year ago. I'm really happy with my results, and my teeth still look good. My parents feel like they made the right decision in choosing Dr. Hong. We found Dr Hong as he is one of the few orthodontists who offers the Damen braces. Dr Hong is patient, friendly and accommodating. Making appointments are easy and even when we need to come in on short notices, the office staffs always try their best to fit you in. My two kids got braces from here. One of them is on retainer and the other still on braces. My experience with Dr. Hong and staff are amazing. They are courteous, kind and professional. I simply couldn't believe the attitude and level of professionalism they displayed. Afterward, I checked the clinic's website and social media pages and noticed that most of the staff members who used to work there are no longer with the clinic. Perhaps that's one of the reasons for the decline in the overall patient experience. My experience during treatment was also extremely disappointing. 1. Constant overbooking. Appointments were frequently triple-booked, resulting in very long wait times. 2. Poor communication and coordination. The assistants, front desk staff, and doctor often gave completely inconsistent information. For example, one assistant told me to come back for attachments at my next appointment. When I arrived, the doctor said they weren't needed at all. That trip turned out to be a complete waste of time. 3. Rushed and sloppy care. Because the clinic sees such a high volume of patients, everything felt rushed. Some assistants lacked attention to detail, and the front desk staff provided poor customer service. After six months of treatment, I was told that my treatment was complete. However, I don't see that my primary concern has been addressed, and I have not received any explanation. As a patient, what I care about is: Whether the doctor genuinely listened to my concerns. Whether there was a clear and measurable treatment plan. Whether each stage of treatment was actually carried out according to that plan. Whether the treatment plan was adjusted appropriately based on my progress. Whether the final result achieved the agreed-upon goals; and, if not, why. I haven't seen those qualities demonstrated.

I was not satisfied with his work so I decided to switch, and I am so glad that I did. i was referred to Dr. E by my friend and his price is the most reasonable. Dr. E is warm, friendly, approachable, professional and competent. My son had some issues with the brackets and Dr E came in on a Sunday to fix them, not just one time but couple of times. My daughter had to return to treatment a year after she completed because one tooth moved. Dr E fixed it without even charging us. His staff is phenomenal, they are kind, always eager to help. I sincerely thank you Dr E and team for your dedication, honesty and hard work.

If our appt is for 10am (opening of their office) we are waiting in the parking lot until 10:05 or longer until someone shows up to let us in. Google also says different office times than their website. Wednesdays they open at 10 and not 830, got here at 945 for my 10am appt and was calling over and over again to see why i couldnt get in (I had thought they were open at 830) but then i went to their website and saw they weren't open until 10. it is now 10:05 and again waiting outside still.
