If you are looking for a room on a budget this is the right spot! has a nice pool, plenty of parking, and walking distance from the beach and downtown area. The only thing is that one of the stairways outside is broken and has caution tape and ominous "stay off" spray painted there. Our room was upstairs right by that stairwell so we had to lug our stuff a much longer way. Other than that, I liked it! The room was clean and renovated with tile and a nice shower and kitchenette. I was sad it didn't have a toaster, and although there was a mssg to guest on the wall about how they only clean with household dishwashing soap (not food service stuff), those mugs dont even look like theyve been cleaned with soap, had brown stains in the bottom. The room had a Roku which was nice cuz we could watch whatever we wanted and the thermostat was high tec and easy to mess with. Overall, i think it's a bang for your buck. Enjoy your stay here

Sproutsly enjoying his new digs at the Honu Cove!

Our apartment building was being tented... so we searched and searched for the perfect getaway, and of course also on what we consider the island. (DBI = Deerfield Beach Island) Sam, Drew, Daniel, Shirley and Sonia were wonderful in attending to our every need. From the coordination of four (4) rooms, to little things like bringing extra towels, and even assuring our wi-fi was on a secure network.... these folks truly went above and beyond, in making our home away from home quite perfect. What's neat about this stay, is everything will be digital... for instance, if I want the blinds to go down... I simply say, "Alexa" "Please lower the blinds" OR even on the TV.. not only is there a boat load of things to watch... I am able to make reservations for services and requests with the establishment. There is a huge pool, soon to be grill, easy access to the beach, and pet friendly! My neighbor even was able to bring his 84lb puppy and I was able to bring my brand new kitten, to our respective rooms. We even had a full kitchen, living room, stove, microwave, and dining room... most other rooms have a full size refrigerator/ freezer and cabinets too. Seriously, I don't think you are able to stay in Deerfield Beach with these kinds of accommodations.

There are a few perks: free cookies, a coffee station all day, breakfast in the morning, but what really sets this place a part is the staff. We recently stayed here while planning a celebration of life nearby and had to sort through items that had recently been damaged by a fire. We tried to keep to ourselves or keep the mess to an absolute minimum, but we did sort through some old family albums and a suitcase full of heirlooms and jewelry, taking up some space in the dining areas and lobby for a place to sort and clean. I was fearful that the staff would be annoyed with us or ask us to leave, but they were so gracious, and helpful at every turn. Whenever we needed something, a trash bag, or a helping hand to the dumpster, they were quick to assist or tell us they would handle it so we could keep going. When you're planning a service of some kind after a tragedy, it's very easy to feel lost, but the staff at this Hampton Inn were some of the kindest people we'd ever met. Even some of the guests got involved offering to watch our belongings if we needed a bathroom break, or to find scissors or print something. I can't say a huge enough thank you to all the staff who helped us through all of the chaos and made us feel at home when we were grieving. A special shoutout to Rose who always seemed to be around and who always had a smile for us!

Bathroom tap kept dropping water and could be not closed properly. Woman at counter was nice to change room but however was surprised to know about hairs in bed. She got a bit impatient when the 2nd room and 3rd room had same issue. They smell bad. All three had same odour. Had to endure that all night. Finally asked for new bedsheet so that i can do the job. Bedsheet was old and i could see through the sheet at some places. I am aware that if i use blue light, it might be disgusting to sleep but i am not used to sleeping in strangers hairs in the bed. I know it is not her fault doing the bed, but still i had to listen to an explanation that the cleaning lady might lose hair in the bad. she mentioned afro American, which now makes me think that is a bit racist to point this out. Coffee is not hot and they do not really care to fill the coffee tank. Anyway, i do not recommend. Too much to deal with

Went again this year and it was even better with rooms and furnishings updated. Staff was super responsive and helpful. And the omelet chef was amazing (cooking 6 at a time). And the boardwalk to the town begins at the hotel with a beautiful 3/4 mile walk to restaurants, shops and the pier. We love this place!

No but definitely a good bang for the buck, it's easier for you to read then for me to write a whole review. Hi Stephanie, My name is Janine D. I stayed at your hotel for just two nights, I've been in Florida since last Tuesday the 3rd. I have stayed at your hotel before and wanted to let you know a few things that I ran into while I was there, if you could forward to the hotel manager I would truly appreciate it. When I got there from Fort Myers on Monday and went into ask if my room was ready there was a gentleman with dark hair that said it wasn't and housekeeping was aware of that and I would receive a call or text when it was ready, I never received either. I went back at 4:30, the same young dark haired gentleman was on the phone, he was trying to get in contact with a housekeeping supervisor because someone had been trying to get in touch with them for three weeks, the gentleman got really mad at housekeeping and said "fuck you" and hung up on her, all this was going on while I wasn't acknowledged. I was shocked! After he finally was done with his little temper tantrum he didn't say I'm sorry about that or anything like that, he said can I help you? So I said who I was he gave me my room keys, there was no explanation about anything regarding parking, pool, beach etc. just here are your two bottles of water and you'll get two a day (never happened) his behavior was gross if I'm being honest. Now I'd like to mention a few things about my room, I stayed in room 602, the shower has black mold in it, and there is a constant sound of what sounds like an electric drill being used in the ceiling in the bedroom, to say this was an underwhelming experience is being kind. I won't be back, I'm a woman on disability and it takes me awhile to save for vacations, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Myers and there were no issues. I didn't even bother with breakfast this morning because yesterday, the waffle batter ran out as did the orange juice. As a person who used to be in management I wouldn't even know where to start with your establishment, I can tell you I cannot wait to sleep as the banging of the "drill" noise was awful! You are lucky that you have the gorgeous beach, I think that's what must keep you afloat, I'm not in the habit of writing such nasty emails but truly my stay at your hotel was awful from the start to end, one more thing I will mention, the elevator fit the garage didn't work which was a real pain in the neck and it would really make sense to have something about the times that the beach, pool etc and menu actually on paper, also someone should take a look at the menu, the spelling on it is really bad, again I'm sorry for all the negative comments but I actually could go on. I'm also going to add, that when I was there a few years ago there were always issues with the elevators, that is still the same! I had opened the slider when I got there and a maintenance guy came because I thought the cord was missing from the phone (but they are now cordless) and the guy literally started yelling at me because the ac was on and the slider was open at the same time and it could cause a flood in the first bathroom. The only saving grace to your hotel is the beach because the pool had young guys playing beer ping, little kids running around and babies screaming, it would be great to have an adult pool and a family pool, and if your out in the pool area beware of the crows! But back to the beach, it's clean, relaxing and it was nice that the guy who takes care of the chairs and umbrellas explained that there isn't food and drink service to the beach, that's very misleading in the signage! Its been a week since I wrote an email to the manager and still not a peep, very disappointed with Hilton.

You could tell it was newly renovated. There was a nice area to eat and another area just to sit and watch tv. They had a fitness room and an outdoor pool. Unfortunately, our stay ended on a very disappointing note. A personal item with sentimental value was mistakenly discarded during housekeeping despite being left on the desk away from any trash bin. We were told that nothing was taken from the room, which does not align with the fact that our trash bins were emptied during housekeeping. The item was never recovered. Front desk staff were courteous, but the situation was not fully resolved in a way that reflected the value of what was lost. I hope management takes this seriously and improves housekeeping procedures so guests' personal belongings are handled with more care going forward to prevent this from happening to other guests.
