Their procedure is to make your appointment for the day and keep your dog in a little cage till they get to him/her. I told her that I lived right down the street and was happy to run over when they were ready because my dog has never been in a crate in his life and just wouldn't handle it well. I found that weird, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and said that's OK. I would like to have my dog groomed. I have a golden doodle puppy. He is not feisty nor aggressive. Never had any complaint from her for a few times I brought him in, but for some reason, she is not letting me know why she is ignoring my calls and not responding to my text messages. I referred my friend to her and she accepted her appointment right away within minutes. something is very wrong and weird here, she also told me she had to do multiple surgeries and she will be out of work for months. to which I said I hope you are well and you recover just let me know when you are up and running. so I figured she was going through her own situation, but now I'm thinking was she making up lies? just to not take the appointment ? that is very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you dont want to groom my dog anymore for some odd reason that would've been OK. just let me know what was wrong or give me a reason as to why do you not want to take my dog for grooming? I paid exactly what Tina would request plus tip. everytime is that how you treat your so-called clients? she works out of her basement in her home. Again, I don't know what went wrong but that's not how you treat people. I have attached two pictures with text messages which clearly shows she reads my messages as soon as I send it, but it's just not interested to respond. We never did anything wrong to Tina or her business so I'm not sure what happened here but I am very disappointed.

Before our first scheduled sit, we had a get to know you meeting with the sitter and my dog, and they were beyond helpful and eased all of my worries. They take detailed notes on the specific needs of my dog, and take the time to really understand how to best care for her. My dog has some separation anxiety, and I'm sure it doesn't help that I'm a helicopter mom, but the sitter did an amazing job looking after her and she is so happy to see them each time! At the end of each visit, they send a recap of how it went and send pictures! It's almost as detailed as a kiddo's daycare recap (I have compared haha). It makes me so happy to see my girl happy when I'm away!
