What made the situation more frustrating was noticing that tables seated after us had already received drinks, soups, and were being actively attended to. At one point, I also observed our server frantically searching for another table's lost credit card, which made it seem like things were very disorganized overall. After waiting such a long time with little communication, I finally got up and spoke to the bartender and someone who appeared to be the manager. They said they would look into it, but by then the table next to us already had their chef cooking in front of them while we still hadn't progressed beyond salads.
