A little pricey, but then again I don't go to hookah much so Idk what's reasonable or not. Its location is easy to get to, right in the heart of downtown Berwyn and there's plenty of parking. We did 2 rounds of hookah, and tried 6 flavors in all, chocolate mint was my favorite. Some flavors lasted longer than others, and some it seemed never really got going at all, even with extra coals brought over. They also sell candy and water in the place. The chairs are comfy, though I wish they played more relaxing music, that's just what I was used to. However, it was pretty well populated though, people seemed to like it, and I'm not a connoisseur of hookah by any means read more

First time customer, being met by an obnoxious host. I called beforehand to ask about byob status and was told that yes I would be able to bring beer and wine. Once I came into the establishment, I was advised that I could only bring two beers per person, it bothered me that he hadn't told me this over the phone. He started arguing with me telling me that he wasn't going to get in trouble because of me. I told him I was going to go to another Hookah place on Harlem and he egged me to go on my way. He said that even though the place was open to regular customers, he catered for "special events" and not individual patrons. By the way the place was empty, just a dog roaming around. Went to Hana Hookah on a Saturday night. I was looking for a spot with good music, decent hookah prices, and a sizable crowd of people. The music was popping. Hookah Hana was the only hookah lounge around Downtown Chicago that told me they played hip hop music. However, the hookah was expensive ($23 for one hookah) and the there were only 4-5 other people in the building aside from the staff. My experience there was cool, but I left feeling slighted about the price. Found this place off Yelp and it paid off. Walked in was greeted and helped right away. They have a large selection of hookah tobacco flavorers in the menu. The staff was very nice making sure the charcoal was good and if we needed anything. Music was good and the hookah was great I definitely will be back. The hookah is awful...cheap tobacco that tastes terrible, old hookahs with cheap plastic hoses and mismatched/rundown couches and chairs. They were playing loud hip hop music which didn't really bother me but a few other things did. First of all the prices. We paid over $60 for 2 hookahs which is pretty ridiculous. Second, the couches along the wall were way too low. I had to sit on the edge to feel slightly comfortable. To top that off one of our hookahs tasted burnt. Lighting is extremely bright and does not fit this type of establishment. The black couches along the wall are too low and very uncomfortable. I've been to nicer hookah places in Chicago and other cities that charged $15-25 for a hookah.There were three of us one of which was a smoker. My two friend did try the hookah which shouldn't matter since I pay for a hookah normally not per person! This establishment charges by the person! $39 for one regular hookah is unheard of! The disappointing part of of experience was the bill . We sat down and the gentleman threw us a deal of $40.00 for 2 hookah which I guess was too good to be true . At the end of the night recording our bill it came out to $90.00 . They never told us they charge byob $5.00 extra per person !! And I have no idea how our bill skyrocketed . An impressive addition to the Berwyn landscape, the leather seating and low lighting gave an inviting cozy and chic look and feel to the place. I appreciated the owner sitting with me and offering suggestions to mix and match. They serve Starbuzz exclusively, which I understand is some of the best shisha out there. The very first thing I noticed when walking in to this hookah bar is that it is probably the cleanest hookah bar I've ever seen. It's refreshing to see that they take care of their place and makes me feel good about the quality of the hookahs. Visited on a Sunday evening and the place was pretty empty, but my friend and I didn't mind since it was quiet enough to talk without shouting. They did a good job with the hookah and let us handle the coals once they knew we had done this before. I love this place. Came here few days ago on my trip to ch. and it was amazing. I'm so picky with my hookah but the hookah I ordered here was perfect. Also they had my fav flavor which is grape by AlFackher. Charcoals were decent , service was amazing, I ended up tipping a lot ;) I love to Típ over 20% when service deserves it :). This place is awesome! They have a huge selection of shisha everything from mainstream brands to some ones I've never even heard of before. The music was on point and the lighting was perfect nothing but great vibes all around. Our server Tolmas made a unique mix just for our table and it was amazing!
