I think this place is the best hookah lounge in illinois right now and I say that knowing it is by far a classy, modern and fun place. I took my girlfriend there with a few of her friends and we had a blast. The guy there was so cool his name was Ish he played any and every song we wanted to hear and the best part was he played the videos to the songs on all the TVs while we smoked our hookahs and he even gave us all our own bubbles. The hookahs we had were the best flavors I've ever had in the illinois area and I've been to almost every lounge in illinois. The guys there made all of us feel at home they asked if everything was ok almost every time they walked past checking on all the customers. I usually don't write reviews or comment to much online but this place was so good that I had to take the time and write a review for them. The menu is very simple and to the point it has almost everything they offer on there and if not they were willing to mix flavors and make us anything we wanted and if we didn't like it they offered to make a new one but all 3 hookahs were awesome and they lasted the full 2 hours we were there. If you go there ask for Ish he makes everyone feel comfortable and accommodates your needs. He even let us order food in from a restaurant nearby that was also excellent. Another cool thing is he asked to take a picture of us so they can post it on their Facebook Fanpage which is www.facebook.com/HookahBuzz we took a few pictures and a week later it was posted. I must say this place is the best hookah lounge I've been to so far and I've been to more than a dozen places in Illinois. I walked in on a monday night and the place only had a few people there that were doing hookah while watching a movie, the guy there quickly sat us down gave us a menu and said I'll give you a few minutes. We all sat there looking at the Tv's and furniture saying this has got to be the nicest hookah lounge we've ever been to, Before we got a chance to really look at the menu this guy named Ish came to our table and asked us what kind of hookah we'd like to smoke we quickly said can you give us a few more minutes we're confused. The guy Ish started laughing and said I'll help you make this simple and trust me you'll love the hookah I make you so he asked us what kind of flavors we've had before and what kind of fruits we like. After talking to him for a few minutes the guy came back with the 3 flavors we picked he mixed them up perfectly and we couldn't believe the flavor we tasted. This place is truly a great hookah lounge we honestly can't wait till they get BYOB in September. I rated this place 5 stars because I strongly believe it's as good as it gets when it comes to smoking a hookah and the environment is unbelievable. Time and time again the service and environment from Hookah Hana continues to be top quality! This is and continues to be my favorite hookah bar to go to for plenty of reasons. From customer service to music selection, Hookah Hana has it all! To be specific Brandon consistently takes care of me and makes sure my party and I are well attended and taken care of. I personally have also seen the rest of the staff attend their customers with incredible service. Everyone who walks in Hookah Hana is genuinely greeted in a timely manner at the door and are guided to their seats while enjoying nice music and great visuals throughout the establishment. From TV screens playing the best music videos to lights being in sync with the music, you will definitely not be disappointed in this urban and up-beat hookah bar! I absolutely love Hookah Hana I've been to a couple hookah lounges in illinois and this has to be by far the best lounge in illinois. The staff is amazing from the owner ISH to the hookah master Jr., Brandon the manager and the mixologist Tolmas the hookah is awesome and the atmosphere is best described by their slogan "It's Not Just A Hookah, It's An Experience" This lounge only uses natural coals, KM hookahs and Amy hookahs they are not cheap with the products they use and they actually teach you all kinds of stuff about hookah while you're there. the best hookah to get if you're going to spend 2 hours there is the fruit hookah they make everything right in front of you as if you're at a restaurant and it's absolutely amazing. Hands down best hookah lounge I have had the pleasure of visiting. Great vibes with good music, accompanied by their music videos on four big TVs hanging on the walls. They have a light and sound system that is like no other hookah lounge in the area. Their hookahs are clean and the flavors always taste fresh, in other words they know how to do it right. They have a variety of drinks, chips, and candy to choose from to tame any cravings you may get while you are smoking. It is a large venue that can take on big groups which is a rare find. The staff is welcoming and very nice. If you're looking for a chill spot to go with an upbeat atmosphere, Hookah Hana is your destination. Don't take my word for it check it out for yourself. This hookah lounge is actually the best hookah lounge I've ever been to in all of Illinois, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing during the week it's so chill/laid back and on the weekend they actually turn up the music always playing the best songs out even taking requests from the customers. I really wish they had more food options but I guess the law doesn't allow that. I come here religiously and the owner is always improving the place more and more every time. The lounge is extremely clean it's impeccable. The staff here is always checking on you and making sure your happy which never happens at a lot of other lounges we've been to. This place freakin rocks by far the best hookah lounge I've ever been to. From the minute we sat down we automatically felt at home. The guy named Ish was so inviting and a great host, he played music to accommodate everyone in the lounge from Rap, R&B, Techno to old school Chicago hip house he definitely knew his hookah flavors and how to vibe with all the different people. When you walk in you'll see the difference and after you start smoking your hookah you'll taste and feel the difference. So I've been to a lot of hookah bars and enjoyed most of them but Hookah Buzz in Berwyn topped all the rest. It has a very modern look, a very nice and fun staff, and also great Hookah. Best mix of flavors I've had and the longest lasting roast. This place blew me out of the water. Conner an employee is awesome, down to earth and since I was there when it was a bit slow early during the day took his time to talk to me which I enjoyed. This is definitely my favorite hookah spot in Chicago! Theres so many flavors and mixes to chose from, I always try something new everytime I go. This is the perfect place to come relax with friends on weekdays or go out for a night on the town on the weekends. This place was amazing, the setup was nice and they played good music you can vibe to. These were by far the best hookahs I've had!
