Long story short the first towing company sucked: Hooked on towing will definitely be my go to from now forward. AAA sent this company to my residence to pick up my car and I was happy they did. I was told that they would be at my house at 9:50 and the towing company called me and said they would be at my place at 9:35. I was upset from all the trouble I was having with AAA, and Adrian was very patient, kind, and understanding with me. I highly recommend this towing company to anyone who needs any type of roadside assistance. I was having car issues this last weekend where my car wouldn't start at all and died on me while I was driving... I called a towing company Saturday & had them tow my car to my apartment so that I can tow it again on Monday when the mechanic opened. The first towing company attempted to jump my car (for like less than a minute & from what it seems, incorrectly) and it didn't work. I was told there was a deeper issue with my car and that I needed to get it towed. Today, my insurance company called Hooked On Towing to transport my car to the mechanic & Alfredo, an employee, came by to do the job. He inspected the car, attempted to turn it on, then jumped my car (CORRECTLY) and to my surprise, it was working BEAUTIFULLY! As if nothing was wrong with it before. I was sure it was an alternator issue, however, Alfredo was the only one to notice that my battery was pretty old and suggested that I save my money and taught me how to change the battery myself.
