I can confidently say that this is the most advanced practice in the area with the best tools, technology, and knowledge. First let me review the actual dental office: When I walked in, I immediately felt safe and at home. It's a professional office that looks like an adorable big house on a safe, well manicured street in an easy to find area. (With plenty of parking) and inside it looks like a home really rooted in family values. The reception desk is big and relaxed next to a homey waiting room lined with windows. The dental chairs are private, and they have instant x-rays, water picks to get your teeth extra clean, and the kindest warmest staff helping their patients feel comfortable. Anything you might need, they have thought of it already. I have sensitive teeth so I was offered numbing cream for my gums before I started my cleaning. - there were even kids having a fun time at their appointments, and they had toys to pick from at the end. Dr. Elizabeth Spindel is kind, warm and positive too. Like I have known her forever. She made me feel confident about my teeth and was just so positive and fun to work with. She is so attentive to detail that she can even work preventatively. Meaning, she can catch things that other dentists or doctors may not notice... even before it's a problem or a health concern. I'm just so impressed. Dr. Victoria Spindel, Elizabeth's daughter, feels like a friend I immediately clicked with. She is laid back and incredibly intelligent. Her explanations have such care and professional detail, and yet she's easy to understand without needing her to repeat. I love that they're a mother-daughter team too! It feels wholesome and trustworthy in there. And as lame as I'm making myself look, it's cute that it seems like love is their secret ingredient. That's only one of the many reasons both my wife and I continue to remain loyal to him after so many years, and even at great distance. We moved from the area years ago up to the Lakes Region of NH but continue to travel the hour-plus to make appointments with Dr. H. Must a be a commanding reason for that --- I suspect you would conclude the same loyalty is fully justified. She has advanced Alzheimer's. This initial visit was for a routine examination and x-rays. The examination showed she had broken a tooth. Rather than schedule another appointment to repair the tooth, Dr. Christian and staff felt it best for my wife because of her Alzheimer's to fix the tooth while she was in the chair. So much more convenient and accommodating for my wife and myself. I was close to tears with their being so intent on making her comfortable and their understanding and concern for her.
