They check up on you and really do care about recovery and making sure things happen the way they're supposed to. Obviously the procedure is rough regardless of who does it, so I was sore for a bit, but nothing out of the ordinary for any OMS. The staff are very kind and helpful, and they were a very well oiled machine for what I saw in the whole 45 seconds I was awake before they swiftly put me to sleep. Dr Braasch explained everything from the consult up until I was asleep, and was very reassuring. This is probably glaze but I generally hate the dentist and anything to do with my mouth, however dr Braasch was extremely professional and reassuring. I visited the office as a guest and was stared at the entire time while I waited for my friend, as if I was going to take extra free coffee or something from the Keurig machine. My friend ended up going elsewhere and she is better off for it, sadly she received an overly priced bill from Amherst Dental/Dr Ang, two months later. She's a local dental hygienist and doesn't want retaliation on a review by Dr Ang., which you can see by other responses this office is very retaliatory. Go elsewhere. So many better offices nearby.

Sue is the first person I spoke with and also the first face I saw when entering Dr. H.'s office. She's always pleasant and keeps me informed about my upcoming appointments and costs. Mandy is very friendly, always smiling and laughing and makes me feel very comfortable whenever I'm in her chair! Dr. H is extremely friendly and genuine. Starts out as a very nice office seems super Nice and accommodating. However, once we get to…read morebilling things, take a completely different turn. Every single visit I paid hundreds of dollars upfront no problem because it is an estimate of what the patient responsibility is. As soon as I started getting in the EOB's from my insurance company, I could see that I was overpaying by a lot at every visit. Once this was brought up to them they told me that they had a contract dispute with CIGNA.. I tried to have several conversations with them, letting them know that their contract dispute with CIGNA should not be passed along to their patients, and I was thrown out of the office, literally in the middle of my pediatric son having treatment. I have spoken to CIGNA about this supposed disputed contract and CIGNA tells me that they are paying exactly the rates they are required to. So be very careful when you're paying upfront hundreds of dollars and make sure to check with your insurance company and make sure you're closely monitoring those EOB's when they come in. Super nice dentist turned into a complete jerk when she threw me out of the office and my pediatric son. Again, keep in mind that I have no problem paying for my fair share and every time I went into the office I paid the hundreds of dollars upfront with absolutely no questions asked! As she was berating me in the office she also stated that we were customers so that tells you everything you need to know customers equal $$ patients are only patients when they agree to blindly pay whatever they say you should. Balance billing for a dispute you have with your contacted insurance is not a patient problem.

All of his equipment is state of the art; for example, all the radiographs he takes are digital (better images with much less X-ray radiation). The chairs in his new office are better than any other I've sat in - big, comfortable chairs that massage you, making the experience more calming and pleasant. Dr. Ray and his staff are very friendly and kind - they are always helpful in scheduling appointments around school. I am a dental student myself, so I can say from experience that Dr. Ray is a fantastic dentist. All his equipment, materials, and procedures are current, and he is great at explaining what procedures need to be done and why. I could get all of my dental care provided by my school free of charge, but I still choose to drive back from Boston to NH to see Dr. Orzechowski because he does such excellent work. Highly, highly recommended.

After spending $60,000 and traveling over 2,000 miles for multiple, multiple visits, almost starving to death because I couldn't eat due to horrid pain, here's an update: the upper and lower implants and hybrids appear to be breaking apart and I expect them to collapse any day. Discomfort and pain is escalating and I suspect some areas are infected. Do not go to these people. Their primary interest lies in covering up their mistakes, NOT patient care and welfare. They walked my son through what to expect and definitely calmed his nerves. My only complaint is with the paperwork end of it. They said they don't accept our insurance even though NHOMS was listed by our insurance. They said that this particular office doesn't accept it and we would have to file the claims ourself. No big deal. Then 2 weeks later I start getting letters from my insurance company that NHOMS submitted a claim, and they were sending them a check after I paid for everything out of my own pocket. Again, the procedural part was fantastic however the headache caused by them telling me to submit a claim and them doing it anyway has left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.
