We have always had the truck serviced by Oxendale. We requested that they change the lights in the dash as some were out. They said they couldn't do it. When we picked up the truck from service, we were charged $916.00 with no explanation as to why it was so much more. We keep our truck immaculate and the service technicians got grease on both front seat covers. I wrote a letter to the owner and the general manager and explained what happened. I did not ask for a refund or for them to clean the seat covers. I never received a response. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Notified the salesman immediately and he said don't worry we'll take care of you, you're within the warranty period. I was advised to bring it by to have the mechanic take a look. Definitely oil leak. Then I was told it had something to do with the turbo intake and it may be clogged. I was then given a number to call a mechanic that works with them. I called. I left a voicemail. I sent an email and never got a response three days later I let the dealership know I hadn't heard from anybody and got another number for a different mechanic. Called him left a voicemail. Spoke with him about two days later and he said he would take a look at it if I bring it to the dealership shop. He did take a look at it. He said it's something to do with valve gasket and I said OK. Please give me an estimate so I can get it fixed? I also asked him if he could do it at the dealership garage or does he have a garage to do the repair. About another week went by and I hadn't gotten estimate on fixing the car. Called the mechanic and sent texts. Also asked if he had ordered the parts yet. No, he had not. Asked him to please order the parts because I drive all over the county for work and need a reliable car. They kept telling me oh it's safe to drive. Another week went by. I reached out to the mechanic. He finally got the parts in set it up to be fixed at the end of the week. The bill was about $120 more than what he quoted me. I asked the owner if was going to cover the cost he told me no, it's not covered under the warranty. I asked why not it's an oil leak he said (with a smirk on his face) that most of the cars on his lot leak. Really? Then why didn't you disclose that during the sale transaction? When I got the car home and in the garage, I noticed another oil stain fresh on the garage floor. Thankfully the car is fixed and that person did a good job albeit the unexpected additional cost of original quote. Be wary!! Not what you expect. And here I was trying to support a local business! Ha! If I could they would get zero stars.

The car was first taken to a local competitor several times and they could not fix the problem. So the car was taken to Larry Green. Steve, the shop manager was very helpful and the mechanic did an amazing job replacing numerous gaskets and seals making sure the leaking had stopped. We have not had one leak ever since. I wish we had gone to Larry Green first! They know their stuff!

Told Dave I was looking for a larger vehicle for my PREGNANT wife. Drove up from the valley, just to find out this car has been smoked in!! They didn't even try to detail the ash and dust off the dash and in the cracks of the interior. Even though the smell was obviously there the salesman Dave and the sales manager continued to try gaslighting me into thinking there was no smell cause they couldn't smell it and the sales manager drove the vehicle for two weeks and couldn't ever smell it....Beyond furious there are no laws on having to disclose this BUT MOST OF ALL shame on the dealer for being okay trying to offload a car onto someone that informed you it's for their pregnant wife and future child. After cancelling the deal and walking away I have still yet to hear from them and cannot even get ahold of them to see what they did with the check my credit union sent them. This is borderline bat and switch tactics from a dealer. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this dealership and all of their shady tactics. I do not understand how someone's morals can be so misaligned.

We were towing our travel trailer from Phoenix to Flagstaff when our Ranger started acting up. We…read morewere just a few miles from the exit to Camp Verde so we called and were told that maybe the techs could take a look. We arrived, unhooked the trailer and were happy to sit inside with our pups as it was 115+ outside. After about 30-45 minutes we were told that there had been a bulletin and they were able to clear the codes and update the system to get us back on the road. Thanks to all at Jones Ford who got us in and out and on our way to camping in the cooler climate.

The vehicle sat for 7 months waiting on a transmission, and the replacement was defective. It has been back in the shop almost every month since, and Ford still cannot fix the issue. I've contacted the dealership management, including the GM, reached out to Ford Corporate multiple times. No one has taken the responsibility or provided a real solution. Instead of standing behind their certified vehicle, they told me to trade it in and take a loss. A "Certified" vehicle should not have ongoing, unresolved issues like this, and customers should not be ignored after repeated repair attempts. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
