The vehicle sat for 7 months waiting on a transmission, and the replacement was defective. It has been back in the shop almost every month since, and Ford still cannot fix the issue. I've contacted the dealership management, including the GM, reached out to Ford Corporate multiple times. No one has taken the responsibility or provided a real solution. Instead of standing behind their certified vehicle, they told me to trade it in and take a loss. A "Certified" vehicle should not have ongoing, unresolved issues like this, and customers should not be ignored after repeated repair attempts.
