He gave me a fees sheet showing exactly what would be charged. The only thing that was included as a tint package already installed but he was upfront about that. There were other options, but they were obviously optional and were not included and I made sure to tell them it was not something I was interested in. Every other dealer I talked to added LoJack or something else I found no value in, immediately in to the sale, and stated that it was "mandatory". 2) When I asked for a video walkaround, he gave me one right away. Other dealers in California just never got back to me. 3) We came to an agreement on the trade-in price with very minimal back and forth, and the value was fair. 4) Gave my information by text so 90% of the paperwork was finished by the time we got there. Made the 4 hour trip from Las Vegas, test drove, and waited a minimal amount of time to go to finance. 5) Leon in finance was friendly and very upfront with everything such as rates, extended warranty options, etc. 6) Chris took the time to sign me up with the Chevy app, and made sure On-Star was working. 7) Rob (Internet Sales Manager) was obviously busy but kept checking in on us every so often. The experience was clean and as good as a car deal could be. I would recommend any one in the Prescott area (or Las Vegas for that matter) to come here for a purchase. My opinion - as long as you're pretty direct with them, just state that's all you want in return, and it should be smooth sailing. Thanks again Casa!

This time it had a loud noise that emitted from the exhaust manifold area and that's the best I can describe it, it sounded like I had glass packs for my exhaust. I'm told that our youth intentionally cause those loud noises. Hopefully you can tell I'm not a mechanic. Service writers name was Jake. Very nice and seemed to listen to me trying to describe my trucks issue, he pretty much already knew what was wrong. Guessing the Rams Hemi 5.7 is known to have the issue of one or both of the exhaust manifolds crack, break, or whatever happens to them. Cast iron parts. And as luck has it, he had to order the parts. Jake put my one manifold on order since they are a hot commodity. No bun intended. To no fault of Jake the part was back ordered. He said that the truck was safe to drive but just louder than it should be. Going on about a month later, not hearing anything from Jake I placed a call to him. He explained that due to the manufacture's being on strike, parts were even that much more delayed. Hate it when that happens. Dam unions. Haha Finally, almost 3 months go by I got the call from Jake that the part finally arrived. It was kind of like receiving the late night call your heart in need of a transplant, had been found and a perfect match. Well ok it wasn't quite like that. But any ways. So the appointment was made. Today Jake was out of the office, probably due to the holidays, and I was connected to a service writer named Tony. Guessing that perhaps York Ram has cloned their service advisors as Tony treated me like Jake did. I feel he went out of his way to get my truck in and out as fast as possible but completely repaired. It was found that not only did the right exhaust, the original issue, they found that the left manifold was leaking as well. Thinking to myself, oh crap here we go again, but this time Tony must have a magic wand and they had the part in stock. Now both manifolds are replaced and man what a huge difference. I can actually talk to my family without yelling. Well ok, it wasn't that bad noise wise. Still louder than normal. The repairs took about 5 hours, and I see the mechanic did a routine inspection of the major components and systems and thankfully he or she found no other problems that was lurking and about to need servicing. All in all I'm very pleased with the work done today and getting my baby blue, a dumb name I call her, back on the road yet again. Lol But I'm kind of saddened I didn't get a surprise or bonus as in the past. Hahaha No shop rags was left behind for me to add to the collection. Lol. Maybe next time. A huge shout out and a Thank you too Jake, Tony, and the behind the scenes mechanical team of York Ram. May you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy, but, safe New Years.

To their credit, they did mention early on that if it wasn't the track bar, it could potentially be the bearings, but they still moved forward confidently with repairs. On the first visit, I spent nearly $6,000 replacing the track bar, shocks, and other components. For a short time, I was hopeful the issue might be resolved, but within a few weeks, the death wobble came back. Fustrated, I brought it back in. This time, they told me the problem was surely the bearings. Another couple thousand dollars later, those were replaced as well. Again, I was hopeful... and again, within weeks, the death wobble returned. At this point, I brought the Jeep in yet again. They attempted to duplicate the issue and performed an a tire balance and rotation saying they inspected the jeep and e writhing looked good. Unfortunately, nothing has changed, the death wobble still persists. After more than $7,000 spent, I'm left with a Jeep that is in worse condition than when I first brought it in. It's gotten to the point where we can't even drive it straight down the road with confidence, forget about taking it on the highway. It isn't safe for anyone to drive. The staff is nice enough, but it's clear they are not equipped to properly diagnose or fix this type of issue. When you're charging customers thousands of dollars, there needs to be accountability for results, not just guesswork and parts replacement. At a minimum, I would have expected some level of ownership, whether that be a partial refund or some kind of resolution for the ongoing issue. Instead, we're out thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it except a worse-driving vehicle than we started. I certainly do not feel comfortable bringing my car here a fourth time and would strongly caution anyone dealing with complex suspension or steering issues to look elsewhere.

When I bought the vehicle, I was told the 120,000-mile service had already been completed. Yesterday, I took my Subaru to the Subaru dealership in Prescott for what I thought would be a simple oil change and tire rotation. That's when I had the pleasure of meeting Michael Collon, my service advisor. To my surprise, Michael discovered that the 120,000-mile service had never been performed. What I expected to be about a $100 visit suddenly became a nearly $1,000 service. I even called Kia, hoping it was just a paperwork error and that the service had actually been done, as they stated when I bought the car, but not entered into their system. Instead of trying to help, I was simply told there was nothing they could do and that "we never said that". I'm sure Michael could see the disappointment and stress on my face. Having to unexpectedly come up with that kind of money was overwhelming. That's when Michael truly went above and beyond. People often say they were "treated like family," but that phrase genuinely applies here. Michael treated me the way I imagine he would treat his own sister--with kindness, compassion, and a sincere desire to make sure I was taken care of. He never made me feel like just another customer. Not only did he arrange for all of the necessary service to be completed that day, but he also provided me with a loaner vehicle so I could keep the appointments and errands I already had planned. He made what could have been an incredibly stressful day feel seamless and manageable. When I returned, my Subaru was ready, the service had been completed perfectly, and then Michael surprised me again by giving me a 10% discount on the service. I was honestly blown away by his generosity and professionalism. Every single person I interacted with at Subaru was friendly, down-to-earth, professional, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Subaru, with their kindness helped ease what started out as a very stressful situation. My experience at Subaru is a stark comparison to my experience at Kia in which their sales people adorned with all their thick gold jewelry and their attitudes that dripped with greed aimed at misleading us to simply sell the car. However, because of my experience at Subaru, I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for service. And when it's time to purchase my next vehicle, I'll be buying it directly from this Subaru dealership. Thank you, Michael, and thank you to the entire Subaru team for your exceptional customer service, compassion, and integrity. You turned a difficult situation into one that reminded me that there are still businesses that truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Subaru to anyone looking for outstanding service.
