I took my Pathfinder into the service department in 2022 because of a recall on the hood latch. I immediately took it in because I couldn't drive my car without feeling I was putting my life in jeopardy. The recall states the hood could fly open unintentionally and crash into the windshield. Watching my hood lift up at least 1/2" or more has created unbearable stress. The recall covered parts and labor to replace both hood latches but Lamb Nissan refused to replace either latch. They said it wasn't one under recall. I took it back to Lamb Nissan in 2024 for the same issue when I received another recall notice. Lamb Nissan refused to replace either latch for a second time and again told me my car was fine. Finally, in April of 2025 Lamb Nissan supposedly replaced a latch due to a 3rd recall notice. The latches should have been replaced 2 1/2 years before under the first recall. I feel Lamb Nissan put the value of a dollar above the value of my life. Unfortunately, my windshield now has a crack, almost halfway across, that wasn't there when I dropped it off for the recall. Lamb Nissan says it's not their problem. The service for my disabled veteran friend was horrible .. he paid cash for a used older model car he got to drive for a few days then the engine light came on and they told him the (only) mechanic that could work on it was off and he would have to come back on Monday . Then when he did ...they said they didn't know what was wrong with it .. it would take MORE days to figure it out we all know they (dealers/service depts) have a diagnostic piece you connect to the car that diagnoses the problem right there and then .. come on now .. well my veteran friend is disabled suffers from ptsd and anyone can look at him and tell he's disabled he has a Parkinson's shake .. I told him next time... please bring an advocate with him that can pull the covers on shady dealers/salespeople , especially an excise making finance manager in a situation like this one that were not upfront and transparent from the beginning .. apparently they were still "working" on the initial paperwork from the sale even though they had his cash in they're hands BEFORE (deciding) whether to honor the so called warranty and actually FIX the USED Lemon they sold him .. The lemon still wants to Shut off as it idles at a stop .. Inquired about a vehicle for sale that had a listed accident. Salesman assured me no airbags were deployed and it was driven from the scene. The day before we drove up to see it we purchased the carfax that confirmed the vehicle did have airbags deploy. Took my truck in for oil change. I forgot my wallet at home. I ask for a shuttle to go home while they work on my truck. Michael my service manager told me to drive my truck home and come back. Which was no problem but as I'm leaving the service department the shuttle van was parked. When I got home I called the service manger Gary. He informed me the driver was making a parts delivery. If would have been nice to have someone take me home. It turned out to be the biggest pain in my rear have ever experience with Lamb Nissan. Gary did call me back an offer a free oil change. Having to deal with a horrible, horrible insurance company (American Family Ins) Jared persisted, call after call responding to the ins company for information and photos, not once, not twice, but three times. Once the ins company 'got its act together', accepting liability, nine weeks after the accident, Lamb Nissan (on Prescott Lakes Parkway) got our vehicle fixed within a week. Because of the service we have received from Lamb Nissan, both with this vehicle and the last vehicle we bought from them, we cannot recommend them more highly. I'll vouch for Mark Woods also! We communicated by phone and email, Mark would give me options to meet my needs. When I was ready to possibly buy, Mark was happy for me to stop in on my time. Other dealers in town wanted me to wait 4 hours to work into their appointment book to look at a vehicle. I told Mark which color I wanted to test drive a Altima so I could take it to my wife to check out. Even this particular one cost a little more, Mark and the rest of management made it work for me. Mark and everyone made the process easy including the gentleman who helps detail! I hadn't moved items from my trade in and he helped me get settled in my new ride. While working another deal, he blew us off and no other saleman was available to help. Just bought a beautiful pre-owned Hyundai Sonata from Adam at Lamb Nisson. Leon, the finance manager, and Adam were both really great, helped us get into the car we wanted, and listened to any concerns we had. So why the 4 stars? It would have been nice if the tank was a little more full, It was only 1/4 full... I went to Peoria Nissan a couple months ago for service and they overcharged me, and tried to say I needed a bunch of work done. They said my front breaks were at 1MM. These guys at Lamb Nissan said my breaks were fine as well as some of the other things Peoria Nissan tried to get from me. They said my breaks were still in the 4MM rang. Jim Hughes is usually who helps me, and is always great and works with me. I will continue to go to Lamb Nissan for future service, it's cheaper anf they don't try to scam me. I have been a finance manager in the car business earlier in my life. So, I believe that I can judge how dealerships operate. Some are good and some not so good from a customer's perspective. As a customer looking for a used vehicle to purchase, after my vehicle was totaled, I went to several dealerships to find the car and the deal I was looking for. I was most impressed with Lamb Nissan from start to finish. The salesman by the name of Reed Francis and the sales manager, Guy Grahm, were very helpful and in my search. They worked hard over several days to find me the right vehicle at a cost and payment I could afford. Finance manager Mike Bennet was able to get me financed at a great rate which is always key to payments over time. Then I was given a courtesy detail where the service manager, Jeremiah Chartier, was so helpful. Shortly after I had purchased my beautiful white vehicle, I drove through one of the many road construction sites going on in Prescott and the sides of my car were covered with black tar. Jeremiah even took the time and effort to clean the tar off and bring it back to the same beautiful condition it was in, when I bought it a couple of days before, without charging me. Everyone even including their shuttle drivers were friendly and courteous when I had to be shuttled back and forth from my home while I was waiting on the car. From my perspective, as a prior manager in the car business and as a customer in need, Lamb Nissan needs to be commended and I would recommend them to friends, family members and my community to go there to purchase a vehicle or get one serviced in order to have the great experience that I had. Called 6 times about the service being done on my car. The switchboard picked up every time, but every time after transferring to service the phone just rang and rang. I don't know if they are too understaffed, have a cheap phone system, or just need training in customer service/how to use their phone system. Either way, I would argue that it's difficult to service your vehicle without communication. read more

Be careful! $17K for a a Jeep that wouldn't go for $12.5 on nada.com and AZ is a nada state, which they lied about. The jeep has a leak which will require 3 hrs of labor, and the canvas is shot. When I moved to Arizona, I was looking for a small family-owned dealership to deal with. Even though I live about 95 miles south of Prescott, I have bought almost all my new cars there. Since 2005 I have purchased and serviced approximately 17 or so new Nissans at Lamb and have no regrets. Leon Frechette, the salesman and Ed Walsh have treated me like family. No hassles on buying or trading in, no hassles on delivery and in the event a problem occurs (not often) they are more than helpful to resolve it promptly. I have even done comparison shopping with the (mostly crooked) Nissan dealers in Phoenix/Scottsdale and Lamb ALWAYS gives me the best deal and best service. Service is tremendous, too. We are from California and were visiting family in Prescott when our check engine light started blinking. It was the night before Thanksgiving and we needed to drive home to California on Friday night. We anxiously called numerous mechanics Friday morning who were closed and after worrying we weren't going to get home as planned due to the engine trouble, we got through to the service department at Nissan. They were wonderful, honest, accommodating and helpful through the entire process. Although they were booked with other appointments, they looked at our car as soon as we towed it in, diagnosed the problems and made repairs so we could leave Friday night as planned. We really appreciate the honesty, kindness and follow-through shown to us by those in the Nissan Service Department, especially from Jim. We received frequent telephone updates, including estimated costs for the repairs and the total cost was fair for the repairs which were necessary (spark plugs and coil replacement). We really appreciate that they fit us in, accommodated our timeline and made the repairs needed quickly in order to help get us home on time. We highly recommend them and are very thankful they made an otherwise stressful situation (car troubles while traveling) so positive. There aren't many businesses these days that go above and beyond for the customer but this Nissan dealership did and we appreciate it. read more

I purchased a 2008 Nissan XTerra from Lamb Nissan, sight unseen, since I live in Tucson and had been involved in a major head on collision. My boyfriend and I had asked to drive to Prescott and see the vehicle, but were told it was locked up in an area for detailing. We did everything via email and phone, which did go rather smoothly, but when we got the vehicle delivered to us in Tucson, it was far from the advertised "excellent condition". There was a delay for the dealership to "detail" the vehicle, yet instantly upon driving off in the truck, we started noticing problems. The seats were still extremely wet and the truck smelled of wet dog. The center console was FILTHY, dog hair and scratches covered the entire interior and doors of the exterior. Options listed in the section of INCLUDED options were not on the vehicle. When we contacted the salesman to return the vehicle, he was less than accommodating, and to a point rude. At this time, we requested the GM. He too was trying to push that we hold off a few days (to get past the 3 day return period, therefore forcing us to keep a vehicle we were completely dissatisfied with). We made the 4 hour drive to Prescott late on Friday night in order to return the vehicle within the legal time limits. When we arrived at the dealership, we were treated rudely, and they continued to try to make deals with the vehicle. They did allow us to drive the vehicle back to Tucson, to save us from renting a car, but Monday I was still receiving emails and calls trying to convince me to purchase the vehicle at a lower price. I told them I was absolutely not interested and to send drivers for the truck immediately. When the drivers arrived on Monday to pick up the vehicle, it was mentioned that they were not even taking the truck back to Prescott, but instead dropping the piece of junk off at auction in Phoenix. Piss poor business, trying to coarse a "single" woman, who was mentally and physically beat up and exhausted, into staying in a vehicle that was absolutely not even remotely suitable for sale, especially for $18,000 or even the $12,000 they offered. Clearly they realized the vehicle was trashed, or they wouldn't have taken it to auction. I will NEVER do business with this dealership and will make sure my friends and family in all of Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington spread the word.
