The cost of any repair or maintenance work will be higher than other garages in Prescott. The worst we have experienced, and just recently our children, is lack of followup customer service. When will the vehicle be ready after having the Subaru for a number of days was only available after repeated phone calls. Service calls now start with a Chat AI. We were waiting for parts for almost two months and even after mailing a letter to the General Manager, who didn't reply, we had to go in-person to the dealership to discover what was happening to our vehicle being kept at the dealership. read more

Upon our arrival, we were cheerfully greeted by Gave who, working along side Troy, showed us a few vehicles which she test drove multiple times before deciding. Both men were pleasant, understanding (it was her first experience at a dealership), and patient. Both Gabe and Troy made us feel at ease and there was no pressure to purchase (BTW, they don't work on commission!!!)​. Car needed to spend an entire day at the detailing shop, interior very dirty, headlights need polish. Wood on dash scratched and carpet on driver's door coming off. Car low on fuel, oil change indicator illuminated, turn signal not working properly. Air suspension leaking. Car way overpriced for the condition . read more
