I have never experienced coffee like this before. It is 100% worth the stop. The banana latte is my go-to and honestly I have never wanted to try anything else. It is that good. But one time I told the owner I wanted something different, and he made me a chai latte that was just as amazing. You can tell they really care about what they're making. The espresso itself is perfection. It is smooth, no bitterness at all, and the quality is always consistent. Every time I go, it tastes just as good, if not better than the last. Inside is all reclaimed wood and cozy tables, people working on laptops, the coolest Redlands City Limits sign, kids flipping through board games and books in the corner, soft chatter, good energy. Pro tip: get in line as soon as you get there because it fills up fast and the line can absolutely go out the door. I had the chai latte (so good), a cheese danish (dangerous), and an Everlasting Ferments kombucha...the Habanero Ginger is a sleeper hit.
