I actually discovered this coffee shop by accident since I usually go to the pet shop next door, and it turned out to be one of the best finds ever. I have never experienced coffee like this before. It is 100% worth the stop. The banana latte is my go-to and honestly I have never wanted to try anything else. It is that good. But one time I told the owner I wanted something different, and he made me a chai latte that was just as amazing. You can tell they really care about what they're making. The espresso itself is perfection. It is smooth, no bitterness at all, and the quality is always consistent. Every time I go, it tastes just as good, if not better than the last. Coming from someone who used to drink Starbucks all the time, I can confidently say I will not be going back. I will always stop here instead. I LOVE this place and recommend it to everyone. Such a unique coffee spot right next to the freeway! I wanted a drink for my little road trip, and I'm glad to have Pop Clutch Coffee. It was one of the most unique drink options for an early morning. I had waltzed right in a few minutes after opening. The owner had barely put out the parking lot sign, when I had stepped out of my car. It's hidden inside the lot and if not the signs, I wouldn't have spotted it. Upon walking in, I noticed the catching art and design of the portafilter. I stared at the design and menu before ordering. I was the first customer of the day! The owner made small talk with me, but it was definitely pretty early. He was friendly and kind, as he was making my order. Watching him brew the coffee in front of me, while holding a casual conversation was a nice experience in the shop. He also gave me a coffee sleeve with my iced drink, just because I asked (I keep sleeves as part of a collection). The banana latte is strong. After drinking half of it, I can feel the caffeine hit, which is rare for sweet drinks. You can taste the coffee, banana, and milk. Definitely a bang for my buck. The overall aesthetic, taste, conversation, and price makes me want to visit again when needed! read more

First time! They've been open for about 7 months now. The place is super cute. They even have boats games and nice couches and tables. The place is spacious and the service was warm and helpful. We got the banana drink and the Chai tea. They were both really good and they even have option for dairy free milk. They are on social media and the team mentioned having events and collabs. We stopped in yesterday morning for the first time and I'm so happy with our experience! It was a little hard to find, the map directions were a little unclear but there's a sign out front pointing where to go. It's right next to the motorcycle shop. Inside is very open concept with plenty of seating and places to work or study. There's also a stage in the back for live music which I'm excited to see in action! The owner is super friendly and made our drinks excellently. He even brought them out to us when they were ready! Sorry forgot to take pics of our coffees, but trust me they were really good. We ordered the Orange Grove Cold Brew and Honey Brew. The orange grove tasted just like oranges, but in a good way, not too strong and I think that is because he makes his own syrups. The honey brew tasted like honey but wasn't thick. When we asked for lite ice, he added a little more cold brew which is much appreciated because most places don't do that. The person who made our drinks was super helpful and friendly and welcoming. Stopped here for the first time, but won't be the last. Great ambiance, attentive service, and excellent coffee! Anytime I try out a new coffee place I get an iced vanilla latte w/oat milk because my thinking is, if you mess up a basic drink like that, there's probably not a lot of hope for the other drinks. They make their syrups in-house which already sold me, and the vanilla wasn't overly sweet and didn't overwhelm the flavor of the coffee - it was the perfect balance! My husband had a hot latte w/oat milk, and that was good as well, he tasted subtle notes of chocolate and really enjoyed it. They also had some nice merch with cool designs so I got a T-shirt which was reasonably priced (some places really go overboard with the merch pricing) The place is large with lots of seating and ample parking. There was a stage for occasional entertainment, and the bathrooms were clean. Whenever we make our way out to Redlands we'll definitely stop by again! read more

I was driving up to big Bear but needed some coffee and this place popped up on my navigation. It's not what you think but it's a great hidden gem. Lovely new coffee shop located just next door to Good Trouble Supply Co. (you can go between the shop and the coffee place; there's an open door between them while they're both open). Ample seating, free Wi-Fi, and outlets available -- making this a great spot to work, study, read and/or just chill. They even have board games you can play! The gentleman at the register (I think he might be the owner?) was very nice and patiently walked me through the menu when I had questions. Great service! The drink was solid. A must try in Redlands that has been open for a little over a month now! The Orange Grove Cold Brew uses homemade syrup with a spray of orange blossom on top that made it a delightful drink for me to enjoy after a workout. The owner was super friendly and welcoming and recommended their signature drink, which was an orange grove cold foam cold brew which I thought was unique and have never heard of before. It was smooth, well-balanced, and not overly sweet which I appreciated, with a subtle citrus note that surprisingly works and gave it a nice local Redlands twist. They also have ceremonial grade matcha for those who prefer matcha over coffee. The shop itself has a spacious, open layout with plenty of seating for studying or getting some work done. It's a little hidden--tucked behind Paws more further in the parking lot--but there's plenty of parking once you find it. Definitely planning to come back soon. read more

Got the banana latte, this is genuinely one of the best lattes I've ever had, ever. Flavor was so good, and it was so creamy and not too sweet, you could still taste the coffee flavor despite it having whole milk and the flavoring didn't taste artificial and it was not watered down at all. I visited this coffee pop up shop a couple of weeks ago after I came across their page on social media. It's conveniently located in front of the Toyota car dealership, next to the bowling alley. It's more of a pop up coffee stand located inside a motorcycle store rather than a coffee shop thus why I'm giving it 4 stars. Upon walking in I was greeted by the cashier and there's only two people working, I'm assuming it's the owner. I was suggested the banana latte as it's one of their most popular drinks.
