Went during lunch time with my husband no wait time and super quick service with their food. I had half dozen of oysters and they were super fresh! And their steamed shrimp would have preferred them without the old bay but super yummy too! My husband got their Monday burger deal and he said the burger was very good and not dry at all. Their onion rings though!!! They were huge and so tasty. They did not fall apart and had so much flavor. The sauce that comes with them was super good too! Definitely a great experience. We haven't been to hooters in 10+years so good to know that they still have great food and service! Let's talk about it. Stopped by for Father's Day after seeing a promo--buy bone-in wings, get boneless wings free. Sounded like a solid deal, so we went for it. We even asked upfront if they were participating, and they said yes. Fast-forward 30 minutes later, still no boneless wings... suddenly they're "not part of the promo." What? Service? Meh. Place wasn't busy, but somehow we still felt like a burden. We tried to keep the good vibes going and ordered the Caribbean jerk wings--because who doesn't love jerk anything? Well... apparently this place doesn't. These wings were dry, tossed in what seemed like last-minute seasoning, and brought out faster than a microwave beep. Not fresh, not flavorful, not jerk. I had to order hot sauce just to make the wings edible. On the bright side? The chili cheese fries slapped--because let's be honest, fries are hard to mess up. Dessert rolled around with a caramel cheesecake that looked good... until we spotted a hair. Yeah, no one ordered hair with dessert. After a long day with me and Hubby being out with the kids looking for furniture, we smelled the delicious wings and saw the restaurant near Ashley's Furniture and decided to stop and eat dinner here before going home. Our waitress was Mia and she was very nice and helpful while I determined drinks for the kids and myself. Also patient with me being undecided on getting the Buffalo shrimp appetizer versus the Buffalo shrimp wrap. I decided to try the wrap. My oldest got barbecue chicken windshield, my middle child got the sliders, my youngest who is a picky eater ate curly fries and onion rings because he didn't want any chicken. My Hubby got the jacked mild wings. As soon as I got my food, my middle child needed to go to the restroom, so I only got to take a pic. The bathroom had a small line so I came back out and then weren't back when I saw the line may increase. We waited since unfortunately there was only 2 stalls for a women's bathroom that is used for patrons and the waitresses. They should really look into getting more stalls for the level of people who frequent there. When I finally got back to the table and took my first bite into my wrap I then realized it was chicken and not shrimp. Mia was very apologetic as she realized she had put the order in incorrectly and worked to resolve it. While I waited, I had plenty to snack on, such as the curly fries and my husband's chicken wings since he got really full. Overall it was great to get out with the kids and we enjoyed having the TVs to watch the different basketball and football games playing. Seriously who turned off the touch tunes machine , wasn't it working perfectly until I played one song???? I love coming to this hooters location. I've been coming here since 2014. Today experience wasn't the best. The food came out good as always. We finished our meals and drinks . I asked for the bill several times. The systems were down so I could pay with phone or card. The girl attending our table said the total amount was $110 and that the systems were down so they couldn't print our tab. I placed $140 on the table before she walked off. We're leaving through the front door and our waitress ran us down saying we can't leave without paying the bill. I don't know if we're stereotyped for lord knows what but definitely it wasn't the best experience and service this time around. But Except with the food. It was good. And please, don't turn off the touch tunes when someone plays music he payed to listen. I payed for " RICK JAMES - give it to me baby and the STEVIE B- spring love that never played because the machine was turned off. Let me start by saying that this location is a hit or miss, so don't set the expectation high. Located in Hialeah surrounded by stores and LA Fitness. Ambiance is replica of the other locations, bar vibe, TVs, family outing spot, or just to get out the house vibe. I was in the area and stopped by to grab a drink and some wings with my friend after a long day at work. Service was fast, I was seated inside and waited for my friend to arrive. I love it wet, juicy and spicy..sadly this Hooters missed the mark for Valentines. Rolling solo after a busy week, I decided to stop by the Hialeah Hooters..to look at a pretty waitress (yeah I'm a guy) and enjoy some spicy food. The restaurant was pretty packed for dinner, and they were letting solo diners just sit at the bar. I took a spot and ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with baked beans , along with their curly fries in the Hooters Calendar Girl cup. Like I said, I know the restaurant was packed. However, there was a bit of a wait from the first order of fries to my chicken sandwich. I even had to remind / check in on the order. Well, although I asked for medium sauce this tasted just like a breaded chicken sandwich. I didn't taste ANY buffalo sauce. The fries were a little ok the salty side. I'm just going to stop coming to this location. It's always an issue and I don't think it being in Hialeah helps, you're just ignored if you don't speak Spanish. When we got there there was someone waiting in line to also sit outside but there were a few open tables and some people leaving. The hostess barely acknowledged the young girl in front of us and when she finally did she told her there was no outside seating even though they were cleaning up tables and there was clean open tables. She walks away ignoring us and the people behind us. Another server comes asking the hostess what is going on in Spanish and the hostess responds in a dismissive way like we are all invisible. The manager coincidentally was cleaning the tables and of course doesn't acknowledge any of us either. Another server greeted us and sat us. They messed up on my food, which already took awhile giving us wings that were completely not what we asked for. Our server was nowhere to be found. I was able to wave a server down to just ask if she could locate our server since the order was wrong and you would think it was the biggest bother. The server who seated us assisted us again (wish I remembered her name) and eventually our server appeared. No apologies or anything. The service is whatever, and there is something a bit awkward about being served by ladies who think they got their job because they are something special when it is usually not the case. Went here this afternoon and sat myself inside since there was a sign on the front door that said you could seat yourself. The place was probably half full and not very busy. There were many girls working as usual. I sat there for 10 minutes and not a single one of them stopped at my table. This is despite there being many girls working who were either chatting it up with other customers, playing with eachother's hair or having a group chat outside of the front door. Many of them walk past my table multiple times. I then see what I presume to be a guy that works in management (had an orange Hooters polo on) changing the channels on the TVs and didn't so much as glance in my direction as I am still just sitting there with no drinks and my menu in front of me. I can understand not being attended to if it's super busy, but it was not. I got up and went to leave and told the guy in the orange Hooters polo that I had been sitting there for 10 minutes and not one person stopped at my table and I just got a "sorry about that" with zero attempts to rectify anything. Came to Hooters Hialeah for a friends birthday who insisted. I didnt order food just drinks from the outside bar where we sat. All the female staff members looked so annoyed and not happy to be there that day. Unfortunately it effected our experience. To be honest I kind of anticipated this would happen, which is why I was suggesting another place for my friend to celebrate his bday but I digress. Great wings and curly fries. I was in town and decided to get lunch here. The lunch specials were great, under $10 with a lot of food offered. The service was decent. The only downfall was, there were four of us and the waitress only gave us three menus. I had the habanera BBQ boneless wings, which came with curly fries. The food came out quick, hot, and tasty. I pretty much ate all of my boneless chicken wings and I was content. There were plenty of food so you won't leave there hungry. I instantly regretted it because I had to go back to work full and tired lol. The restaurant was large, open, and with good lighting. The parking lot was big so you won't have a problem finding parking. There was a decent size bar with good happy hour specials. This location is fairly new, very clean and although staff is very young they are very friendly as you would expect in all hooters location. HAIR IN MY WINGS!!! So after Amelia park we decided to have lunch at Hooters. We were a larger group but we have our crap together. We walked in and got seated immediately. We told her our drinks order immediately and she got us the drinks, since our table was right next to the drink station. We gave her the order for all of us. First, we never got our appetizer. We got our fried pickles with our entrees. We waited for our food about 30 minutes. We got a third of our order...no silverware. It took another 10 minutes for the remainder of our order which arrived cold. We had to ask the waitress for refills on ALL empty cups, we never got our fries, and still no silverware. We waited 40 minutes for silverware to be able to eat our food. THEN, when we bit into two different of our meals, they had hair in it!!! We sent it back and waited another 15 minutes. No sign of the manager. The manager didn't even have the decency to check. If I were him I would touch base with my table after one incident but after two I would go check in and comp something. NOTHING WAS DONE!! Then we get the order and it was wrong. Poor customer service from both management and staff. read more

I've been coming to this same location for lunch for about three months and I always sit at the same spot outside. there's usually a really sweet waitress that takes care of me without an issue, but today I was rudely asked to get up from my seat and move to "a smaller table" unless I was waiting for a large party. a white man with a laptop was (I confirmed) also sitting at a table the same size as the one I was asked to get up from, and not waiting for anyone else either. No one had asked him to change his searing. This was my first time going to this hooters. I decided to sit at the bar. The bartenders were good that served me. I ordered the hooter hot wings which I felt didn't come out that good. The wings tasted and looked like it was cooked in old grease and didn't have a fresh tasting to it at all. I decided to just deal with the wings instead of taking it back. The restaurant was pretty empty when I went on a Monday night. There was a couple of people there for their birthday and I notice that the Hooters girls came out with spoons in a glass and shake it for guest birthday to make loud noises. I thought that was pretty funny. I also notice that the Hooters girls often grouped up together and laugh and play around. I had also went to the restaurant and mistakenly walked in an unlocked bathroom stall with one of the Hooter girls sitting on the bathroom floor. I felt that was kinda odd! After eating the food, hours later my stomach was upset and I believe it was from eating those bad wings. Overall this Hooters was decent but I doubt I will return there anytime soon. read more

Honestly I'm not a big hooters fan I usually prefer other sports bars and their bar food but this spot is pretty spot on with the service! From being offered to have a seat indoor or outdoor to many beer and drink selections! The team here is very engaging and they have great personality, and most importantly they take excellent care of their customers! I'm not a big fan of hooters wings, but I have to say I've tried their chicken and steak philly and they're solid options! I've also had the pretzel beer cheese dip and it is delicious! I believe they use corona for the beer cheese if I recall? Very interesting and awesome taste! My friend and I decided to have lunch here because we were hungry and there was a lot of traffic around in the area that we wanted to avoid. In a nut shell, the food was okay. We shared an order of nachos that was a good size to share. We then shared boneless wings and tater tots. The tater tots were delicious. We shared an ordered of twenty wings and were only able to pick two sauces. The major issue at this location is service. Service was terrible. Our server took a while to take our orders and to bring our food out too. The whole time we were there, it seemed like all their servers were gathered around by the entrance talking. When we wanted to order our tab, our server didn't even come to our table to bring our check; she sent one of her co workers to bring it-mind you, she remained huddled in her group conversing. We had our annual fantasy footfall draft at Hooters-Hialeah and for the fourth straight year they did not disappoint. Manager Mike took great care of us as far as the fantasy football setup, and every need was met without even having to ask. Our server Daniella Cruz was awesome and provided excellent service throughout the night and always with a smile. She was available when needed and made sure our food was fresh and our beer cold. We will definitely return next year for our league's fifth year anniversary and recommend anyone in the area to stop by and experience a wonderful night filled with delicious wings and professional service. I'm honestly not the type to leave reviews anywhere but I was really disappointed in the lack of service I received yesterday. I usually come to this location with my boyfriend to eat on weekdays, the only time we can go out to eat together and yesterday I walked in at 10:30 PM - I was seated in a table alone waiting for my bf and within 10 seconds of sitting a very rude manager came up to me and told me the store was closed. He had an indian accent, glasses and grey hair. I wish I would've asked his name because he made me feel so uncomfortable, he was borderline yelling, came up to me with no manners. Did not say hello, good night, good evening or nothing just came abruptly saying the store is closed and as I opened my mouth to ask if I could at least order a drink at the bar he immediately walked away not giving me a second to even ask. Extremely unprofessional and horrible look. Honestly if it says 11:00 PM closing time on the maps AND INTERNET there is no reason to not have given me service at 10:30. AT LEAST offer bar services at that time it's a little ridiculous. 30 MINUTES before closing and you cannot even order a beer. And this is not always the case bc I have definitely came and received service at this time before.
