This was one of the worst Hooters! No greeting from waitress. Still don't even know her name. Walked up to table and said "What do you want to drink". My husband ordered no ice in his water so she brought his bar drink with no ice and then when asked to put ice they just filled glass with what would fit instead of making a new drink. Then we ordered wings and salads. Their version of salad was the shredded sandwich iceburg lettuce. The wings were dry and not hardly any breading, inedible. We did say something to manager and he talked to her and she STILL didn't come introduce herself or apologize, nothing. AWFUL!! read more

Menus have changed and so has the BBQ sauce. The once awesome Medium is now a buttery mess so we were not impressed with the new sauces on any of our 4 entrees. Waitress was ok, but they were out of a bunch of stuff...couldn't make an Old Fashioned...sad for a bar! I guess our overall impression was there was no adult supervision at the restaurant on a Friday afternoon... Sad to see a store go down. Luckily for us the Hooters by Bass Pro is still on point. Yes, I've had the food before. But at 57 I met my first "Hooter's girl" tonight. My wife and I had our date night there and the wings were amazing. Kynnedy was a wonderful ambassador for your establishment. I do want to go hotter on the wings next time... but that was on my decision. Not a good experience, probably won't be back. Buffalo shrimp and fries were undercooked and not seasoned at all. Added salt and pepper to fries myself. The wings were ok. Just took forever to come out. Not worth $50 read more

I rarely post critical reviews, normally if something outstanding hits me, then I feel compelled to post. I recently came to North Little Rock on business and I hadn't been to a Hooters in years. I've been there before, maybe in 2017 or 2018 and it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. But the past three nights was an absolute pleasure. Yes, I noticed the uniform changes. Didn't know why they needed to change.... but I like it . The bar wasn't overly crowded and I kinda wanted to just wind down a long day. I noticed waitresses talking and interacting with customers, not like they were pushing drinks or anything, just having conversations. Though I was not in the mood for conversation, the waitress interacting with people from time to time made me feel like I was sitting in an episode of Cheers, somewhere where everyone knows your name. I spent three nights there having some long cold ones and a salad ( because if I balance a salad with beer, health wise, everything balances out) and I just enjoyed the friendly ambiance, sports, and the uniform change. Next time I come, I'll go running before hand so I can enjoy what I really like about Hooters, the wings! read more

Despite a tired outdated atmosphere, leadership is lacking. Came for a late lunch. Apparently, there were only two servers were working, and the manager was cooking. I was taken care of by "little Caitlyn" she was super friendly, beautiful and knew how to answer all my silly questions. She came up to my table as soon as we were seated and immediately told us the deals they were offering! Food was delicious. I know this location is older but it was nice and clean. I was seated by a host as soon as I walked in. Manager Rachel came by and asked us how we were doing and chatted for a few minutes. Overall a great experience! Will be returning! read more

So..... I had Grubhub delivery for this. The food was amazing I had the smothered chicken sandwich awesome moist delicious chicken Yum. My husband had a mushroom and Swiss burger with a side salad he said that the salad was two thumbs up fresh ingredients great taste. My server is so cool and sweet. Other servers however ... One keeps stretching her hamstrings by placing her foot in her hand and pulling on it and the palm of her hand is on the bottom of her shoe. Then she walked over and grabbed the plate of food and walked it over to the customer. Part of her hand and finger are on the eating surface of the plate, the same hand that was just on the bottom of her foot! My server Jade continues to be awesome and constantly checks on me with a beautiful smile. Some beards on the cooks, servers and preparers are not covered but one guy has his covered. The chicken wings are soft and juicy so that is a plus. The sauces are delicious. The salad mix has some brown pieces. Again here comes jade with her awesome smile and great hospitality. Honestly horrible experience we will never go back, they took my salad off the bill but what came after later on in the night was horrible abdominal pains and i spend half the night nautious and regretting eating there. Couple of buddies and I went for lunch and to watch some Olympics while there. I had the Baja shrimp tacos... The adults received their food first, along with the appetizer (because the server forgot to put the order in). The adults food was cold. This place is terrible mismanaged. I went yesterday evening to eat dinner and had to stand there for awhile due to no one at the hostess stand. Not one single employee (including the manager who was at the bar) greeted me or anyone else upon their arrival at the restaurant or asked where I wanted to sit. I had to walked around for at least 5 minutes to flagged down a waiter who happens to say you have to seat yourself due to no hostess at the stand for the night. Now what type of full service restaurant expect you to seat yourself. I can go eat at Wendy's or any fast food joint if I want to seat myself. The bad part was they wasn't even that busy which I could understand why. Also, the ladies walking around acting like they a model needs to have a better attitude towards their customer because they would be jobless if people stop walking in their door. As for someone who is familiar with the restaurant industry, this is not the way a restaurant should be managed and not the way a customer should be treated. I just left and went to another full service restaurant where I was treated like a customer should be treated and had wonderful service as well as the food. Terrible! read more

Service is spotty, especially at the bar, where one has to wait on the bartender to stop flirting w patrons, in order to get another drink, napkins, etc. food is mediocre at best. Very disappointed... our server was great... But everyone else sucked... our appetizers took an hour to get to our table.... they were fine... THEN our main courses come out... one of ours everything was cold... then one had a grilled fly in in it... YES a fly... another had a hair in it.... my wings were okay but the fried shrimp were cold... makes no sense.... we asked for the manager and we explained everything to her and she argued with us saying there was no way any of our food was cold.... then she said the hair was chicken hair... it was very obvious it was human hair.... Worst service I've seen at any chain restaurant. Was seated in a section where the waitress (Brianna) had 4 tables inside, 1 table outside 2 where waiting on their checks to leave, and one was drinking looking content, she didn't acknowledge my table of 2 for 10 minutes where she took our drink order, it then took 20 minutes for the manager to walk by and ask how we where doing, which considering we didn't even get our food order in was not good, the manager went to talk to the waitress who came by took our order and continued to ignore the table, except to bring our food (35 minutes after we ordered) and to bring me another water after I had to eat with nothing to drink. the manager apologized to us said we would get a discount for the food in which we did not get. The table across from us that looked content at the time was waiting for their food order for over an hour, the waitress seemed to make it a point to apologize to them multiple times for the food, but failed to take responsibility for her poor service. I will recommended to everyone I know if they want to sit and not get service for over an hour that this is the place to be. read more

There is only one reason to go to Hooters. I will assume the only reason they have business is for the girls (and maybe sports or beer.) I have been to this Hooters on several occasions (none at my prompting) and the food has never been good. Chicken sandwich is bland and dry. I could barely choke it down. The hamburger was about the same. The last time I went we got a orders of several different things, If you want fried wings, then those are OK but I have had better elsewhere. They were over cooked but still edible. If you want good bar food, there are much better places to go. If you want to ogle girls in skimpy outfits and get something to eat, this is pretty much your destination. read more

I used to go here a lot when it first opened and I actually do go for the wings, although the distractions never hurt. They had one girl at the bar who was incredibly rude and you could hear the other waitresses talking about their dislike for her. She was there for a while but they finally got rid of her. That sounds very Mafioso, I'm sure they just asked her to leave. The last time I went, 2 months ago, I had my usual 10 medium wings and they were so over cooked I couldn't eat them. They offered me some fresh but they were so bad I didn't want to risk it. Sometimes you can wait at the bar for 5 minutes before someone gets around to serving you. And 5 minutes sat a a bar with no drink is a looong time. Overall one of my least favorite Hooters I have visited but if you are in the Little Rock/NLR area and want to go to Hooters you have a choice. This one or not this one. read more

My brother and I had the opportunity to hit this Hooters while we were visiting my grandfather in Arkansas in early 2008. We ordered some chicken wings and the crab plate with my favorite: grilled cheese sandwich. I know what most people say about Hooters, "Sure, like you're really going there for the food!" But hey, their food is actually tasty and I don't care what anyone says, they have THE BEST chicken wings ever! Some how this Hooters location was out of ranch dressing and hamburger buns the night I went....Not sure how it's even possible for a restaurant known for their wings to be OUT OF RANCH DRESSING.
