I went there on Wednesday because I was craving wings and have never tried this restaurant out before. before I knew it, my amazing server (Tessa) recommended the honey Thai chili pepper sauce for the original wings. My God was this the flavor to satisfy my hunger! Every bit was like a taste of Valhalla. Not to mention the amazing service I received, it was like I was dining like a king in England in the 1500's!! I've told everyone I know (even my mother) they need to go try out this place. Just when I thought it was over, I was told about the buffalo shrimp. Landed on Hooters because there wasn't much else open in this area at lunch time. Our server was nice and friendly. Service was pretty quick but there weren't many other patrons. I was very surprised to see the majority of their wing flavors were crossed off the menu- most surprising was Teriyaki, who doesn't have Teriyaki wings?? I ordered a dry rub and it was super salty. I haven't been to hooters in years. Poor service at this location. Mary was our server and she seemed disengaged. Some people received drinks and the other people received their drinks 20 mins later. The floors were so slippery that they poured salt on them in order to keep you from falling. This was a safety hazard as you could barely walk through the restaurant without sliding around. Ambiance super casual. They accommodate large parties which is a plus. Sauced wings were soggy and had to be sent back. Shrimp platter was the best thing we ordered during our dinner at hooters. Also, the fried pickles were good and nice to share. I don't see me ever visiting this location again. Manager was nice and helpful as our server barely came to our table. read more

I visited this Hooter on March 9, 2026 at approximately 8:00pm. The place was about 1/4 full and there were three waitresses. We were sat and 20 minutes later no one came to our table. We walked out. It does not surprise me of the attitude of these employees and management because of their poor reviews. read more

Wings were very gnarly and full of tendons. I used to really like Hooter's wings but I think they have changed their product over the years and use a lesser quality while still charging a premium price. We went for lunch. Ordered Cheese Sticks and Fried Pickles as our starters. They were both good. We ordered regular style wings in medium, general tso, and Parmesan garlic. Naked style wings in lemon pepper and spicy garlic. Daytona style wings. The wings were all delicious, I loved the Daytona style because of how they are cooked and they were sweet and spicy. We had curly fries and onion rings as sides, these were a bit greasy and the onion rings were all batter. The service was lacking as our server wasn't attentive. The location could have been cleaner, the booth we sat in had dirt build up and the bathrooms were dirty. For those reasons I give them a 3 read more

A group of us stopped in for a quick lunch. The restaurant was busy but the kitchen seemed to keep up the pace. Our server was quick and friendly. There was not any seasoning on them at all. I presume the sauce is the only seasoning. I would not return. We were in the area and decided to stop in for something light and quick. The food was pretty good, all our wings were great! I would really recommend the original wings they taste amazing! (but they all did). The onion rings were a disappointment. They were soo thin and greasy you could barely tell they were any onions inside. The fries were also not that good. Fried pickles were really good! This was our first visit to this location and we were excited to get wings because our last experience at a different hooters was amazing, however, this visit turned into one of a foodie's nightmare. Our server was nonexistent. My drink came out wrong. Our food took almost 2 hours to come out from when we ordered. (There were only two other parties of 2 when we were there.) When the food did come out it was cold. There were no flats in the 50 wings we ordered and the pretzels were burnt. We're not sure what happened but we spoke to the manager on duty and he didn't do much but say he was new there. We just wanted to give him the opportunity to explain what happened in the kitchen and understand where we were coming from. As people who work in the service industry we understand times are tough, but this experience was unacceptable. We wanted to enjoy some delicious hooters wings to end our perfect last night in Orlando but it took a turn for sure. My family who lives out there won't be returning to this location. read more

Absolutely love Hooters. They still reign as my favorite wing. When we went in we had the Hooter Girl Rebecca and she was so delightful. Not only did she give great service with attention to detail towards our group she was equally friendly and fun to have as a server. Her knowledge of the product was impeccable and appreciated. I ordered the Daytona Style wings which I was really happy with because someone's in the past I've received them without the grilling but this time they were grilled at the end so that nice caramelization was there! Family night with our Niece's and Nephew was super sweet on this weekend trip for labor day. We all enjoyed the time together and the food was good. I particularly didn't really like the Shrimp Tacos I shared with my wife Olga because they serve three and it was a bit much. What I didn't like was the taste was bland and not enough shrimp more lettuce than anything. The chicken wings were very good and so were the french fries and the drinks. Our server was Gabi. We placed an order for drinks and our food. Wings, shrimp, pickles, loaded tots, boneless wings and a few salads. Our food was delivered janky. Meaning I ordered tots with my wings but the came out with the pickles so by the time I got my wings my tots were gone. I didn't get my steamed shrimp until the very last minute. Stopped by here today for lunch with the family. I've been going to hooters for years but not since they closed the one in Miami we used to always go to. The place was pretty empty at 3pm but given the fact it's pretty hidden from the main road that's understandable. Mari was our waitress and she was great. Very attentive with great customer service. The worst wings and worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've never had wings from Hooters, but everyone knows that Hooters is supposed to have delicious wings but these were a flop (and so was the service). I ordered wings for pick up at almost 10pm, with very few patrons in the restaurant, and nobody acknowledged me for several minutes. I decided to take myself to the pick up window because I saw my food and was told I needed to wait for one of the servers. I went back to the host stand and continued to wait, even though the manager saw me and still chose not to acknowledge me or send any of the 3 servers my way. One of the servers finally saw me and helped me and picked up the bag that I knew was mine. By the time I got to my resort, which was 5 minutes away, the wings were soggy and we weren't even sure there was any sauce on them. I am from out of town and wanted Hooters. The waitress is nice but the food came out cold and the ghost pepper tacos tasted weird. We told the manager and he said oh well people have been complaining too much about the ghost pepper so there was nothing he could do and if she sent the tacos back and the waitress brought a new one she would have to pay for it! We pre-paid $100 (including a handsome pre-paid tip) for Super Bowl wings nearly 2 weeks before the game with a pickup time of 5:30. Since this location was a 5 minute drive from our hotel, you'd think my husband would have had plenty of time to get back for kickoff. It was obviously packed because of the game, but he was concerned that there were people with 5:00 pickup times who still hadn't gotten their orders. Hooters excuse was that someone had suddenly placed a $700 UberEats order which was causing delays. Um ok, I guess the people who actually planned ahead don't matter at all? So tell the UberEats customer that HE has to wait! My husband finally made it back right at 6:30 after a half apology from the manager. The food order was correct except that the medium wings that he ordered extra crispy and extra wet were extra crispy but had barely any hot sauce on them. The sauce looked and tasted like it was all butter with maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce in it. He didn't even end up eating them so I felt extra bad that he waited all that time for inedible wings. I was able to eat some after drowning them in ranch. The pretzels and beer cheese, chips and queso and mild wings were all pretty good. The medium wings were so bad that he took a photo of them and filled out a complaint form through their corporate website the next day and of course never heard anything from them. A refund for those wings would have been appropriate or at least an apology. Really disappointing after wasting $100 to plan ahead when it didn't really matter anyway, and they clearly don't care since the $700 UberEats orders seem to be the top priorities there. read more

I am so sad to say the carry out food I ordered last night was horrible, literally everything was bad I offered chicken tenders which were soggy and under cooked alone with my curly fries and it only got worse from there the buffalo chicken sandwich & chicken wings were all equally disgusting I really wanted to just take everything back but we arrived so late in town and we were just exhausting at that point.
