I took my 2003 CLK in today for an estimate to fix top or tow bars. They were able to get the tow bars (headrests) to go down and get the top back down for a reasonable charge of $195.00. We have had the pleasure of relying upon Mike Hoover & his team for several years now, servicing our 2008 C and E Class Mercedes. Most recent example of their stellar service was today. After Schwab Tire incorrectly told us that the cause of one of our tires losing air was their claim that the wheel was damaged and was impinging upon the tire, we almost purchased a new wheel which would have cost several hundred dollars. Mike inspected the tire and discovered the cause of the slow leak, a small nail, removed it, & patched it all at no charge! Also whenever I 've had to take our cars into a dealership due to a recall, and they give us a 2 page long list of other alleged necessary repairs, I show it to Mike who laughs at the list and then tears it up. I am the second owner (since 1990) of 1981 380SL. 4 months ago, the car stopped while I was driving. My regular mechanic could not accomodate me for couple of weeks. I had my car towed to Linda and Michael at the recommendation of a friend. That event turned out to be a great thing for me and my car. Michael, not only fixed the problem, but looked over the vehicle and essentially fixed all the things which were not working properly. (even things like door lock, etc). I recently moved to Colorado and needed to get the battery changed in my Mercedes. I shopped around along with calling the local Mercedes Benz dealership. After receiving an outrageous price from the dealership I stumbled on Hoover Mercedes. From the first email I knew I was in good hands. Linda promptly replied and I decided to take my vehicle to the shop for the service. I've always been a dealership kind of gal but with everything going on I need to be conservative with my spending. The moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by Linda (who runs the office and is an owner). The waiting area is super clean and filled with treats-- such a nice touch! Linda did a brief intake and my car was scooted off to service, everything was incredibly fast and easy! Upon meeting Linda I knew I was in good hands and would not be taken advantage of. Hard working, honest and sincere. I brought my 2014 E350 Sports in because of annoying vibration noise between 1500-2000 rpm, and it gets pretty loud. I know that it is really hard to troubleshoot this kind of problem, because you can spend 10 hours in there and found nothing! Michael Jr had to call in everyone to listen, touch on parts, move things around for hours on the lift while he pushes in the gas and listen. They even had to review service bulletins on over a hundred of Mercedes noise issues. None of them helped. Finally he found the problem and fixed it. I tell you, these people are dedicated with their work and they sincerely wanted you to have your car fixed, while they are honest and try to save you money. They treat you like a family. I needed some work done to my brakes and I thought I needed a belt fixed so I went ahead and called Hoover after reading the reviews. Mike Sr. helped me and he could not have been kinder and more honest. He told me the belt didn't actually need to be done right now and recommended I get the brakes done. He got everything done quickly and my brakes have been great ever since! I will say it's a little confusing trying to find the lobby, but you just walk in the main door and immediately go left. Anyone looking for a great place for Mercedes repair? You can't beat the care and service you will get at Hoover Mercedes. The owner (Mike) is outstanding and I'm very picky. There is only one other person I've ever trusted to work on my cars and that's because he is a very close friend. My friend does not work on Mercedes so I was forced to find someone else. As a woman I have found so many repair places that will try to take advantage of that. Fortunately I had a dad who taught me the basics about cars and why I can spot a fake and avoid the shops that try to pull one over on me because of my gender. Mike is extremely genuine and will tell you straight up what needs to be done and won't try to oversell you on crap you don't need. He's one of the few truly honest repair guys out there. I have taken my car to Littleton Mercedes 3 times to get my headlight fixed and other than the benefit of driving a brand new Benz for an extended period of time there was not much good I could say about the service at the dealership. For a small fee, Mike tested several of the components of my headlights and was able to diagnose the problem in less than an hour. Highly recommend this business. I will use him from now on. Hoover Mercedes is a a absolutely the best place to go for Mercedes Repair in Parker and even Douglas County. Mike Hoover and his team are incredibly caring and took care of my wife's ML350 for around 40% less than the dealership and their actually honest. He advised me on what needed to be done and what we could watch and determine need repair in the future. I came back again to have my parking lights replaced and hitch wiring checked and his team spent a good 30 minutes working on it and got everything fixed. I went to go pay and he said don't worry about it. While their might not be the glitz and glamour or free breakfast pastries here, there in integrity and that's all that counts. read more

Stopped by to have the oil checked in our Mercedes as the dash light chimes telling us to check the oil at the next refueling. We stopped in today and one of Mike's guys checked the oil, added a little and said we were good to go.
