I live 15 miles away from this dealership and there are some closer but they can never get my business. I am consistently underwhelmed by most Dealerships and especially their service departments. It often feels like they either try to get you to fix things that don't need fixing because they think you know nothing of cars and know with so much advanced tech, even if you did, you won't be able to fix it yourself. You've got the other scenario where the dealership has to fix something under warranty so they do a minimal job of trying to figure out what's wrong so they don't have to do the fix or at least not the whole fix. From the get go, Landmark was professional and engaging. I have a fix that requires conversations with the warranty company. Landmark immediately submitted this and worked with them to investigate the area in need of repairs. During this time the company declined to pay for the fix but instead of Landmark washing their hands of it and asking me to pay the hefty price they recommended I reach back out and appeal the decision. Now, whether they accept this or not Landmark could have very easily pushed me to pay for the fix but instead chose to work with me to potentially get this paid for by the warranty company. I very much appreciate their engagement and time on this. read more

I brought my vehicle to Landmark Lincoln for a drivetrain noise and was told it was a wheel bearing, which they replaced. After the repair, the noise remained, but their technician assured me the vehicle was safe to drive. Days later, the transfer case failed -- a serious issue that could have been caught with a proper diagnosis. A second shop confirmed the issue was misdiagnosed, and that other safety concerns like a leaking brake caliper and a failing hub actuator were missed. When I raised these concerns, management refused to take accountability, and I was offered no resolution. I trusted their expertise and was left with a major, avoidable repair. I would not recommend this service department based on their poor communication, lack of thoroughness, and unwillingness to stand behind their work. read more

These hybrids are a bit confusing tbh because I already have solar panels on the house and that makes having the right charging situation at home paramount! I believe the man in charge (Mr. Daniels) spent his college years in Michigan and perhaps that contributed to his expertise with the classics. I have used the online appointment service to make an appointment for an oil change and for recall items. This was the second time I used this on their website page and had NO luck on either appts. The first time I was told I had no appt. When I showed my confirmation email, they squeezed me in and I was able to get out of there after 2 1/2 hours. The second was on Labor Day. When I made the appt, I kind of questioned them being open, but since it allowed me to make the appt, I was giving it a try. I received no less than three confirmations on this appt, to include my service reps personal confirmation. When I arrived, they were closed. I drove 40 mins each way to not get service. When I called the next morning, I was treated as though I was to blame and received not so much as an apology. He told me they called everyone on Friday to reschedule. I received no phone call but a confirmation message that very morning. I will be using Ford for my repair and oil changes from now on. read more

This dealership bills very expensively ($140 an hour) and diagnoses the problems incorrectly. I took my Aviator in for the air conditioning and misfiring in the engine. They told me that after the $140 diagnoses fee the Aviator needed a whole new air conditioning system and spark puts changed. The bill whole come to over $1200... I told them that is why too much for what they were proposing. I took it to my local mechanic and he test the air compressor. The air compressor tested working fine. Long story, the work was done for $440. Please beware if you take your car for repair or matinee. Got out of there with only a $140 for the incorrect diagnoses on the AC. Shame? We were referred to Landmark by the Nissan dealership where we purchased our car. There was body damage to driver's side of Nissan. When we called Landmark about obtaining an estimate, the man on the phone was abrupt and didn't seem to care about service. He didn't want us to bring vehicle down so they could view the damage. He told us to take pictures and email to him. That was on Monday 4/20/2020. Even after a follow up email, we have heard nothing back. We also had referral to Nylund's Body Shop. I brought my 2013 MKZ in for the "works" and it was so easy to schedule online. I was promptly greeted by my Service Attendant who took down any concerns or questions I had, then showed me to the waiting room. I expected to be there an hour, but he came and got me after 30 minutes! My car was washed and ready to go. I have owned my Mercury Mountaineer since 2003. (It's been a great car, by the way). During that entire time I have used Landmark to service the vehicle. I have always been extremely pleased with all experiences there. I have found them to be honest and thorough. One special touch I especially appreciate is that they wash the vehicle at no charge as part of the service. Today I went in for only an oil change. The car was quite dirty on the outside. Within 25 minutes of taking it in, they had the oil changed, performed some safety checks (all checked out ok) and washed the car and the price was just over $40. Amazing! read more

Staff was very polite and helpful The only thing I could be even remotely discouraged about (and I'm not!) is the soap film left on the windshield after my MKX was washed.
