At approximately $20, it's essentially a steal. Diners get a slab of bovine that nearly takes up half the plate alongside vegetables and loaded mashed potatoes. I was very impressed how my steak came out just as I requested - medium rare - and I couldn't get over how super tender and juicy it was. Maybe it's just me, but when the meat easily melts in your mouth, you have to slowly enjoy it. The veggies were fresh and seasoned nicely and the mashed potatoes came alive flavor wise thanks to the shredded cheese and bacon bits. I just wished they were a bit bigger to match the steak portions wise. As for the establishment itself, a bit noisy, but it can be easily overlooked by the laidback vibe. I really dug the music that was blasting through the speakers. One minute, it was Luke Combs. The next, Pantera. I'd say this place can be a hangout for me when I want to catch the Astros, Texans, or Rockets.

Has 3 pool tables, 2 electronic dart boards, 2 golf games & 2 shuffle board games Only popped in for drinks. Didn't try the food. Prices were surprisingly low for top shelf liquor. Tanqueray gin & tonic, $5.50; Don Julio reposado margarita, $8.50, but the Don Julio anejo shot had more standard pricing at $17. So many sports bars no longer have the electronic (auto scoring) dart boards which I love so much. Thoroughly enjoyed playing. Machine takes cash only & costs $1.50 (6, 25 cent credits) for two players to play a game of cricket for example. I would definitely return to try their wings. They had a large variety of wing flavors. I was there during an Astros game. Pretty cool place to chill & catch a game.

The young man finally told us to seat ourself. The restaurant is nice inside, but very eclectic- we were laughing about all of the different themes going on inside-western country with loud country music playing), frilly antiques on some walls, ofd signs with wuotes like "welcome yonthe insane asylum", furniture with the modern sports bar style, menus look like they're for an Irish pub with all of the green color.-just alllll over the place like someone has no idea what they're doing. There was a wall behind us with what looked like the owner's family photos-one had an old photograph with people that were maybe his parents/grandparents-and it had a caption that said the last name? And then "family cookbook." ??! Like, what? There's probably 10 tvs on the walls but they were all turned to Divorce court looking at the menu, food choices are good, but PRICEY. Besides chicken strips for like $12.99, everything else is like $16 and UP. We were there at lunch, and there's no lunch menu. Food was good-but not $16+ good if you know what I mean. I ordered a BBQ cheese burger with onion rings, my daughter got brisket grilled cheese, and my son got wings-all tasty. But we can eat this style food elsewhere for cheaper, with a more fun casual atmosphere. I really wanted this to be a good place, somewhere where we could go often to get good casual, reasonably priced food -but this place ain't it. I give it 3 months.
