Hopjacks is one of my favorite restaurants in Snohomish! The service here is great. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The drinks are awesome and there is a vast selection to pick from. The food is really good, it's easy to customize your order, and the kids' meals are awesome. It may not be the fanciest restaurant, but it's super yummy, perfect for bringing kids, and VERY reasonably priced. I hope it never changes! read more

Had a gluten free burger and everything was ok if you like eating off plastic dishes. Fries were good. Quality and price are not great. Some of the food is microwaved, like kids Mac and cheese. Service is ok. Ambiance is lame. Would rather go to Red Robin. read more

Overpriced and totally not worth it. After we got our menus it took forever to be waited on. The first waitress was off in lala land, asked for our drinks twice, forgot my grandmothers Pepsi, almost got her a diet, was replaced by another waitress shortly. Our salads were skimpy. I could get two real salads and 2 drinks way cheaper elsewhere. We didn't order any alcoholic drinks because for $10.25 a drink it's not even worth it for just drinking. read more

I will start by saying we love dinner at Hop Jack's. Today we came in for breakfast and it really missed the mark. My biscuits and gravy were cold and came with over cooked smashed potatoes. They were like rocks. My husband's breakfast had undercooked potatoes and lacked anything tasty. It was a blah breakfast. We also had to send back our fresh squeezed orange juice, they were odd tasting and we heard we weren't the only ones with that complaint. Hop Jack's, we will continue to enjoy your yummy burgers, but your breakfast could use some improvement. Pretty disappointing. read more

Food was no better than Blazing Onion. Went there during happy hour and had one drink each for three of us. They didn't give us happy hour prices and in fact charged more than the menu price. The food was not bad but not worth the price that each meal is there. Spent $78 on three meals with three drinks during happy hour. I won't go back. There are cheaper places that have more to offer than a boring industrial inside with high prices. read more

What a great place ! Stopped in on a whim, first noticed they are open late (which is a bonus!) Arrived just before Happy Hour (Double Bonus) Huge Variety of options on the menu, we chose the queso & chips for an appetizer, Hubby had the Jalepeño cream cheese burger with tots, I opted for the street tacos as my entree & we shared raspberry cheesecake for dessert! I absolutely love the BLTA and the fries are great. From the sandwich the bacon is very tasty, the lettuce nice and crisp, plenty of avocado and mayo. The fries are very tasty-they have some sort of seasoning on them that's great. This sandwich also has the least calories of any on the menu btw. My only problem today, and this has happened at this HopJacks before, is that the AC blower turned on halfway thru my meal and blew on me continuously for the rest of the meal. I'm still frozen! This is the reason for 3 stars instead of 4 or even 5. read more

My friend and I had lunch on the patio the Friday of Labor Day weekend. We were welcomed in with a smile and had the best server, Aliie, I think. She was attentive and so efficient and friendly. Top notch service, impeccable surroundings, awesome beverages and a wide ranging menu of well prepared, tasty, diverse and generous offerings. The 7 of us all had something different from all corners of the menu. Everything looked as good as it tasted. Wait staff is attentive, friendly and efficient. First time at Hop Jacks today and it was great! They have a great outside patio and the food was delicious. We have the western burger and triple threat chicken sandwich. Have stopped in 3-4 times in last month or two and ordered food to go. I always have a cocktail while I wait :). Good drinks, and usually good service. I have noticed some issues with consistent taste/quality. First time the food was great, ordered street tacos and French dip. But last 2 times I was a little disappointed. Had street tacos again and it was a totally different taco. It's nice to have an alternative to Blazing Onion, but BO has always been consistent. Will likely try again, but don't see it becoming a regular spot as I had initially thought. read more

Love this place! Everytime I go there my meal is amazing! The service is much faster than most! The staff is super friendly and very attentive! I love all the TV'S they have around the restaurant with all the different sports on so I can watch multiple games at a time! I highly recommend trying Hop Jack's out for a great meal, cold drink and a sports game! read more

Would do zero if I could. Just ordered myself and my wife dinner online. Took twice as long as it said and I got 2 texts saying it was ready and both times it wasnt. I ordered a SPICY SHRIMP PO BOY, NOT SPICY AT ALL. I've had corn flakes that were spicier, there was more breading then shrimp and it was so horrible I couldnt finish it. A nice relaxing atmosphere that's good for adults and kids alike. Their flavored lemonades are a family favorite, and their craft beer selection is appreciated as well with good standing brews and rotating taps as well. The food is not to be outshined - my daughter loves the chicken strips (I tried them too and they're good!), and the sandwiches we've had are great too. My boyfriend and I tried this restaurant today. The server said they change their specials menu every month, which is great. It adds more variety to customers. Service was nice and friendly. We tried their burgers, they were good. We had the option to choose a salad, fries, or tater tots. Hop Jack's offers bottomless lemonades and offer a variety of flavors to go with them. My family used to love this restaurant, we were regulars. We just went for lunch (and Bloody Mary's) yesterday and that will be our last visit ever! Do not go here if you value your health or that of your friends and family. A group of 5 or 6 teen boys walked in from the front door to a table with no masks, (weren't even holding masks) and sat in the booth directly behind us, nowhere near 6 feet away. They continued to get up and use the bathroom, run out to their cars, etc. on multiple occasions with NO MASKS. The owner and many waitresses were there and said absolutely nothing to them about it. I was horrified. My 5yo knows not to leave the table without her mask on but these morons couldn't have cared less and neither did the staff. When I brought it up to our waitress, she just said "okay" and that was the end of it, no attempt to enforce safety guidelines whatsoever. Very, very disappointed in an establishment I was trying to support during this pandemic. read more

At these prices you'd think the food would be better. The tater tots were hard as stones and obviously frozen. The waitress seemed to hate her job. Parking lot was very full, making a close parking spot hard to find. The only good thing that stood out was the hostess. I believe her name was Marisa. She was very helpful and nice. I just finished up date night with my hubby here a few minutes ago, and had an excellent experience! We've gone to Hops n Drops a few times now, and we've always had excellent service, but tonight was by far the best. We were welcomed in by having the door open for us by the manager, Gary, the second we walked up - which was super cool for just your everyday restaurant and were seated immediately- even with how busy it was. Then, we got the BEST server/waitress. We think her name was Kristen and she was above and beyond one of the best waitresses we've ever had. She was full of energy, super down to earth, and made our experience top notch. We had food and drinks and incredible service coming at us nonstop. Oh, and let's not forget to mention how incredible our food was. We got our appetizers and entrees in a timely manner while keeping them super fresh and warm! I would definitely recommend the buffalo chicken Mac n cheese. Definitely will be back to enjoy more of their amazing food and amazing service!! Holy Moly, the name to this place was never appealing to me but dang, I did it again, I judged the book by its cover. Finally we went in this place, 1 because we were looking for a different restaurant & 2, got told an awesome long time waitress (Brionna) from Patty's Eggnest 128th moved on to bigger & better things. This place is Live & so is there Monster French dip. Tv's EVERYWHERE, Family friendly forsure. This was our first trip to Hops n Drops. Started off EXCELLENT! The greeter saw us coming from inside and opened the door to welcome us. We sat immediately and was greeted by our sever within a few minutes. We ordered their nachos to start, 2 adult meals and beverages and 2 kids meals. Unfortunately there was a mix up with our nacho order and the table behind us received our order on accident. Because we were waiting for what ended up to be their nachos, our dinner arrived before it. We overheard the table behind us saying, "wow! We just ordered like 30 seconds ago this was so fast" so we had a feeling they were supposed to be ours. Shortly after we saw our waiter(Logan) who noticed the mix-up right away. He jumped into action, checked on the nachos and came right over to tell us what happened(which we kind of already knew). He said the nachos would be here in just a moment but we asked to just have it removed due to the mixup which he completely understood. Shortly after his explanation his manager stopped by to apologize and said the nachos were still coming but on the house. What we appreciate is they took the time to figure out the problem, approached us quickly and zero issues correcting the problem. Not only was Logan amazing but all of the Snohomish Hops n Drops staff were incredible. Great work guys! Keep up the good work. It's not often a family outing experience is this enjoyable. Not recommended. Walked to our booth and not only was the booth filthy but we had to ask the hostess to wipe it down ,she seemed ok to seat us there, until I mentioned something. The menu was sticky, had to ask for another one. Asked for a sprite was given a Sierra Mist, there's a difference she should have let us know. Waitressing 101. Had to ask for more napkins. Overall food was good, nothing spectacular, similar to eating at an Applebee's, which may have been cleaner than this place. I always give places the benefit of the doubt but for this area and the restaurants there is so much more better places I'd rather have spent my money. read more

Awful first experience. Food AMAZING! Drinks, pretty good! My waitress? Totally rude. Not to mention when I went to go the restroom after my meal there was an older lady and her teenage daughter in the men's bathroom. I opened the door and walked away thinking I went to the woman's but when I checked and it said men's I told my waitress and she didn't do anything about it she just laughed it off. I literally said can you please go tell them they are in the wrong bathroom. Very awkward first time and for sure not ever coming back here after that experience. read more

I know from going to the Lynnwood one the food is amazing. The service at this location is the worst though. I have gone 3 times now the first time was good. The second time the waitress was so horrible I had to get the hostess 3 times just to get are drinks filled. Many times the waitress was standing right next to our table talking to another waitress and would not acknowledge us at all. My son really loves the place so I we went yesterday and ended up walking out. The hostess was right there and sat us down, then we were ignored for over 10 minutes not even water put on the table. We walked out and ended up going over to Trails End and got amazing service. The sad part was my son really wanted so here and his fiance wanted us to bring her the barbecue Mac that she loves so much. read more
