Chicken caprese sandwich.

I've avoided checking out Spada for literally YEARS because I thought they only brewed farmhouse-style beers (which I'm not a fan of); but recently we were at a nearby nursery in Snohomish and asked the owner for a lunch recommendation, and he highly recommended Spada. He also assured me they have all types of beers. So, we headed on over! The dude got a hazy IPA and I ordered their crisp blonde ale. Both were served cold and tasted so good on a hot day. We also split a delish chicken caprese sandwich and a caesar salad. All of the food was fresh and tasty; though the "crumb style" croutons on the caesar were not appealing to me texturally. What can I say? I like a big crouton! The service was super friendly and efficient for 95% of the meal. At the end, though, we had trouble getting our check. Not a huge deal, but seemed odd considering the service was so amazing for the rest of the experience. Note: parking here is sparse. We had to park a few blocks away; though later I noticed there's a pay lot just up the street.

Used to frequent this location as a young 20 something but happy to see it turned into a delicious family friendly restaurant. We came in a couple times last week. The salads, chicken sandwich and burgers/fries were great. Had an espresso martini one time and a wine flight the next. The menu has a little something for everyone and the prices were in line with everywhere else. We had really good service the first time and kind of slow service the second time (while watching our server on her phone hanging out). Other than that this place is a win and we will be back to try more of the menu soon. There were a ton of kids both times so if that's not your jam, I'd try somewhere else.

My girlfriend and I stopped into Spada after shopping the farmer's market. Free street parking can be found. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Spada offers outdoor, bar and family seating. Dogs are welcome outdoors. Spada serves their own crafted beer as well wine and a full bar for those who prefer cocktails. The food menu is small but well-rounded with choices sure to please everyone: appetizers, salads, bar food, dessert and kid's menu. During my visit, I slurped on a couple pint of Woods Creek IPA for $6 and a schooner (10oz) for $5. For my meal, I chose the Bruschetta for $16. Delicious and light on a warm summer evening. Service was friendly and efficient. Overall, Spada is a trendy brewery. Beer prices are standard. Food prices are on the high side. I look forward to returning to Spada to try different beer profiles and menu items.

We stumbled upon this wonderful place and were very impressed with the food, service as well as the ambiance.

Come for the beer, not for the food. We learned about Spada Farmhouse Brewery as we were volunteering at Kla Ha Ya Days, which is a community celebration in the city of Snohomish. We were at a park across the street from Spada Farmhouse Brewery and learned from the locals that this was a newish spot that was popular, so we decided to check it out for lunch. We wanted to sit outside as we had our dog with us, and were able to do that on a late afternoon on a Saturday. However, soon after we arrived, the place became super busy and all of the tables were occupied on the patio and mostly inside. Spada is popular, like the locals said! The food and beer menu aren't large, but there were enough options to choose from. My partner and I shared a flight of four four-ounce beers for $10 and we both had a burger. The drinks and food didn't take long to get, and the beers were definitely better than the food. Beer was solid, and that's really why you should visit Spada Farmhouse Brewery anyway since that's what it specializes in. They also had a lot of saisons and sours, which is hardly the case at most breweries, so my partner was a fan. I had two IPAs, a blonde ale and a guest blueberry cider, which all had something to offer. The food however was mediocre. On the menu the burger reads as wagyu beef, which is why my partner and I ordered the burger. When the server asked us how we wanted it prepared we both ordered it medium rare, but when we got our plates, there was absolutely no red at all. In fact, the beef was dry and did not taste like wagyu. Perhaps since it was so overcooked it was hard to taste the quality and juiciness that wagyu usually offers; therefore, you could not taste that with these burgers. That was the biggest complaint of our food. I will say though, the hand-cut fries were good. I like that they don't use standard fries from a bag. But if you want to substitute fries, it'll cost you an upcharge of $5 for a different side. And our burgers were nearly $20 already. Damn. All in all, Spada has a great space and atmosphere, with a dog-friendly patio in downtown Snohomish. I can see why peeps would have a good time here over beers. But I suggest eating elsewhere, especially with the many options around town.

Hey, I gotta lie: very impressed. Not too attractive brews or bites. This is yet another yuppie watering hole .. used to be a crusty biker bar. Either way, you're not missing a thing ..

Great lunch spot! Came here on an early Sunday morning and was sat immediately. Plenty of indoor seating available. Great beer options for a decent price! Food was just as great. Shared the artichoke dip and probably one of the best ones I've had. Service is quick, friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Great food and great service. Was able to seat our party of 7 on a fairly busy Saturday evening very quickly. The Cobb salad was excellent!

Food was good. The hamburger was cooked just the way I wanted a medium rare and the beer was good too.

What a novel idea and great presentation! The menu has SO many great options. It was hard to choose. I went with the Jalapeño Cream Cheese Burger. One thing you won't have to worry about coming to Hops N Drops is... parking. There is an extreme amount of parking around this shopping center and you'll be fine. Yeah, sometimes stuff is busy in the immediate place, but you never really need to park very far -- it overflows into a home depot parking lot. I usually order take out from this place, and they have a few dedicated spots right in front of their door, as well. Convenient! I've had a wide range of their burgers, fries, onion rings, tots, etc... and everything has been extremely good. One standout that SHOULD NOT be THIS GOOD is the "Black and Bleu" burger - blackening spices, bleu cheese, fried onions, and chipotle mayo (plus lettuce, onion, etc)... It is a great balance of different flavors you don't usually see, and it works. They also use clearly pretty good bleu cheese, because it's super flavorful. Other great burgers I've had are: jalapeno burger, western burger, bacon burger... all pretty standard, but the patty is always cooked nicely (juicy, not overdone, seasoned well). Their tots are super crispy. Onion rings and fries are solid (not amazing, not bad). Anyway, at the end of the day... this place gives me consistently tasty food -- really can't complain!

The manager was very nice and super helpful and what could have been a big problem on a very busy evening turned into a few minutes of waiting outside on a sunny day. The food was good (WOW - especially the Parmesan Artichoke dip. I expected it to be the usual, creamy dip you get everywhere but this had a hit of garlic that made it SPECTACULAR.) But the BEST part of the evening was our server, Brenton. He was funny, kind, very good at his job, checked in with us at exactly the right times and just generally made the evening a great one. Am rating 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: 1) They have no gluten free options. Not a GF bun, bread., pasta nor pizza dough. I understand not having many, but to have no GF choices is just not great these days. My husband with celiac disease had very few options. 2) Need more and reservable outside seating. Especially on the beautiful days (like this one was) - having to sit inside was a big bummer. They had more tables outdoors but we were told those were waiting areas and that we couldn't eat there. Anyway - a good spot and an even better one if they made just a couple changes.

I happened to visit on a Saturday afternoon with live music which added a ton to the experience. Plenty of easy parking, a food truck was present when I visited, there's a coffee stand in the parking lot, snacks/non alcoholic drinks available for sale inside. Lots of room both inside and out, a large outside area with a couple fire tables and an actual fire pit, some plastic axe throwing and other things, tons of room for dogs and children. Some of the outside area was covered for those days when you want to be outside at a fire table but the weather disagrees. Lots of beers to choose from but also a distillery on site with a separate room and cocktails available for purchase. This room has a fancier decor and is 21 plus if you want to be away from those with children. I guess Glory Bucha Kombucha is also being brewed on site. They were out of the blackberry pale beer when we visited, but plenty of other tasty options on tap. Sounds like they also have a connection with a winery and a cider company. Multiple people behind the bar is also a plus. My only complaint is that a place this large could use more than 2 bathrooms. I'll definitely be adding this to my Snohomish rotation and hope to be back again soon. Fingers crossed I can snag a fire table next time.
