Stay away from this place - they are scammers. My father took our Lincoln here to fix the bent bumper and do some paint work. We agreed on $450 on Monday, and they said the car would be ready by Tuesday. But when we went to pick it up on Tuesday, they said it wasn't ready. It was finally done on Wednesday at 5 PM. When we picked up the car, they only did the paint. They didn't fix the bent part like they promised when we first talked to them. They were also very rude to us, and then asked for $50 more, making us pay $500 - which is completely unfair. They didn't do the work they promised and still charged extra. Don't work with these scammers. It's not about $50 or $100 - it's about honesty and trust. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I returned month after month in attempts to have them resolve their failed work yet was told time after time 'we are too busy' - yep, too busy to once they got my money. I went here for an estimate today and Mohammad helped me. He came out to look at the car and he asked if it was going to be paid out of pocket or through insurance and I don't see why that would matter. Then he asked what year the car is. Then when I told him that it would be paid out of pocket and that it was a 2003, he said I don't think the person would pay more than a thousand dollars. As if he knows! Then he said give him 10 min and 30 min later I find him in his office eating lunch like I'm not here! If he thought it was money in this deal I wouldn't have been treated like this! I went in for a quote and they refused because I did not have the registration. I was trying to give them over 4000 in business and they flat out refused to provide me a qoute on the repairs. Absolutely rediculous. I am in the automotive business and there is no law that states you had to have the registration to get pricing to repair or for work on a vehicle. But if it is being dropped off for work then. Yes j could see the asking for it but it is still not required by law. Horrible attitude very rude. read more

The Horizon Collision Center was extremely helpful when I took my car in to have 2 dents repaired (one on the right side of the bumper and one on the right side of the car by the passenger door). At first I was really worried because I know women, especially young women, can be taken advantage of when it comes to inquiries we have about our cars, but I got a more than fair price--the best price, actually--for the repairs that my car needed. If you want fast and affordable help, I recommend the Horizon Collision Center. The gentleman who helped me also took pictures of ALL of my car before I left it so that I could trust that nothing "fishy" would be done during its stay. (I dropped my car off on a Wednesday afternoon and was able to pick it up on Saturday morning.) For my damages (which could have cost me $700-$900--according to 2 other places I went to before HCC) I was only charged $525 Total. Malik was very helpful, so SHOUT OUT to Malik for helping me! God only knows how worried I was. -- I don't typically leave reviews, but the work the shop did on my car is well deserving of one. If you're hesitant, check THIS place out. read more
