Overall, it was a "known quality" good experience, A-OKAY, and I'd endorse them and come back again. There are some pros and cons that can be debated. This is what they call a "Drive Through" service, so you come, and there's 3 service station lanes, you pick one and it takes 15 minutes for an oil change. So, you stay in your car and wait, you don't park and set an appointment or leave to do anything else. You sit and wait from waiting through process service and finish. If you come when it's empty, it's fast and convenient. If you came and there's 3 cars ahead of you in a lane, you can assume each car represents 15 minutes and your own car takes 15 minutes, and that equates to a minimum of a 1 hour processing time from the start of your wait 'til the completion of your oil change. Maybe more as they offer other services and have to check you out with payment processing. They do their multi-point car inspection for trivial things like windshield wiper blades inspection (with potential upselling replacement installation), Air Filters, Tires, etc. - - If you're good at declining/saying "no" and not being a fear factor impulse agreeing type, you're "safe" as they are not "high pressure" sales team that uses scare tactics and are just doing their job with safety inspections. It's a business model to upsell customers, no harm, no foul common with every garage/auto service. So, their pricing is where it comes subjective. Their rate card in 2025, I believe is $57 for a regular oil/filter change, $80 for a hybrid synthetic oil/filter change, and $107 for a full synthetic oil/filter change. You'll probably never pay rate card. They offer coupons online on their own site for discounts. They have FSI (Free Standing Insert) mailers they distribute coupons. You'll see $10 off, 20% off, and various discounts of you Google search for offers. They have/had a Groupon coupon for 40% off (although the Groupon offer doesn't include sales tax and a disposal fee, so you'll have an outstanding balance beyond what you paid for the Groupon as an FYI). The bottom line is you need to do your own research in your area for the best rates if you're just looking for the cheapest oil change. Generally, oil changes for standard oil is as low as $40 and synthetic oil can be $60 and up, but that might mean driving to Gardena or further. With that, Valvoline has a FMV (fair market value) rate based on convenience and expertise. They're not an indie garage; they're a known quality company. The staff is excellent here. I called and a lady answering was so super friendly, helpful and nice. The service crew were young and very professional and polite. I don't know about their experiences and skills, but it seems like a simple oil change these days where they don't even hoist your car up on a lift and drain the oil out, but seem to stick a vacuum tube from the top dipstick pipe and suck out the old oil and then use the same to refill the new oil. I'm not sure if that rids off of the sediment that settles at the bottom or not, but I imagine it's "good enough" as they also recommend oil changes every 3,000 miles and/or 3 months as a suggestion. I used to think (and still do) that with Synthetic Oil, you can easily go 7,000+ miles and maybe even 1 year without an oil change (check your dipstick to see if the golden oil is black and has any sediment as your own DIY judgement as possible determining evidence of necessity) Sure, you could get a cheaper oil change (much as you could also pay more). The experience of the service would be harder to compare and beat 'tho as the staff here were nice. I have read peer Yelp reviews that range from * one star to * * * * * five stars, so there's no guarantee on what your experience will be, but like everything else, "do your homework" and read all of the reviews to determine if this could be the place for you. The service is consistently excellent, and the team always goes above and beyond. This review is especially for Corey. I stopped to put air in my tires at the gas station next door, and a gust of wind blew my door shut just enough to lock it with my keys inside. Corey came over and helped me for more than 10 minutes, working with a coat hanger until we were able to get the door successfully open. He didn't have to stop what he was doing to help, but he did, and I really appreciate that. It's rare to come across people who genuinely go out of their way for customers. I've been coming here for years and my last few visits have been very disappointing. Seems like they are hiring kids right out of high school (No offense. It feels like toddlers working on my car) I pulled up here one afternoon and what it was supposed to be. A 15-minute oil change turned into 2 and 1/2 hours because they lost a cap in my engine compartment and had to get it out. They wouldn't let me leave. My kids are in the backseat starving!! It was supposed to be 15 minutes. One of the gentlemen was nice enough to walk to Chick-fil-A and grab kids meals for my children and come back until they were able to locate the part. To put it back on so I could drive away. 2 and 1/2 hours!!!! They were literally closing the garage doors around my vehicle. And nothing more than have a nice day after! To me that was a major screw up. And I didn't say anything at the time. Everyone has a bad day and it's not like they did it on purpose. And thank you to the gentleman who walked down the street to get food for my kids. I was stuck!!. After my last visit, after getting stuck, I noticed my caps for my tires were missing. I bought them online. I had all four of them before I came to get my oil changed and they never put everything back. This was my regular location I'm afraid to come back... It's just annoying!! I have a Prius which uses synthetic oil. With the discount of $16 it still cost $112 to change the oil. The service people put a sticker in my windshield saying I should come back in 3000 miles. I have been going here for years. So they raised the prices recently ... by $20.00 which I used a coupon for 20% off but then they started telling me to top off coolant is $8. I asked them why did they raise the prices but are now charging for " top offs " that use to be included. He said it's a " coolant shortage " okay... The mananger at this location tells me his " biast " opinion on what he thinks is best regarding the fact that my car burns oil quicker .... if your a mechanic why would you top off my oil If you showed me a black Stick instead of doing the oil change? he topped off my oil without asking my permission first which is crazy due to the fact our conversation went to finding a solution on making oil last longer ..... If i could give this place 0 stars i would. The mechanics here are terrible. Inconsiderate to the damage they cause on peoples cars and I would never go here again or recommend anyone waste their time or money in this establishment. The one mechanic with the long hair and beard is completely rude. Like anyone else i can do my own oil change but I was in a pinch so I came here and of course they try to upsell everything. Well when they removed my Air filter to show me the replacement they recommend, they damaged a house line and didnt say a word. After i denied the replacement because i just came for a quick oil change they proceeded with the oil change. When i got home and turned to car off and on again it sounded terrible. After further investigation I discovered this damage in the photo Added. This damage is crucial to the engine life and can allow dirt to enter the motor. Been going for years to this location, and although I had been warned, I never had an issue. This last time though, I had them "change the radiator fluid." Came to find out, the stripped out 3 of my 4 skid plate bolts underneath my Tahoe. Almost lost it after on freeway. Then I noticed my engine was overheating for the first time ever. I then learned that they had failed to fill up my radiator with new coolant. That is what made this a never again. Not sure if this new crew is on the Jazz Cabbage, or what? Brought my car here yesterday for an oil change. They said they would check tire pressure. At the end I specifically asked if they'd checked it as one tire looked low to me. They said they did. It's supposed to be 41 psi. I get home and check and it's 30. They simply lied. And because of this It makes me wonder if they actually did anything (did they change the filter? The oil? The rookie technician took it upon himself to start filling it up again after verifying it was full because he thought it wasn't at the fill line (it was). Manager won't honor Groupon (won't tell you upfront either) and charges extra for things not ordered and not explained. He was very shady talking nonsense to avoid explaining his bogus pricing. He said my services without a Groupon would be $188, but looking over the itemized invoice now a regular priced oil change would have been $228. His made up pricing story didn't even match the invoice. I couldn't see or get an itemized invoice before paying. He kept making a big show of typing in the code "Groupon" in front of me into the computer, but it didn't give the correct pricing. He only gave me a discount for the amount I paid for the Groupon voucher. That's not how it works. The Groupon voucher is for an oil change service - not a discount of $53. You only get a receipt emailed after you drive away. I understand there's extra fees in certain circumstances like European oils, but check out my pic, this is beyond that. I asked questions about the invoice and had him go over it several times because I knew it wasn't correct. But in the end they're blocking your car until you pay. Groupon already refunded me because they know the pricing is fraudulent. read more

This place is rad. The staff is very attentive and friendly. All of the employees present themselves in a professional manner. Iv brought both my vehicles over here and they've taken great care of them. They offer a wide range if services that I was unaware they performed on site. There is good communication amongst the staff. Connor was my technician and was very thorough and helpful. The manager on duty was Jennifer who I saw all over the shop both times I went. She clearly is a lead by example manager that I have a lot of respect for. Juan was my technician under the hood and was incredibly helpful as well. You could probably find the services cheaper somewhere else but they do give discounts and provide quality so in the end cost is probably worth it. read more
