My friend recommended Trico and I decided to go with them due to: 1. The very reasonable and affordable price; 2. The smooth communication with Mark and how considerate he is in helping us finding the best solution tailored for us. My move is a bit complicated due to a lot of uncertainties in my schedule, my move-in place and payment methods. Mark is always there to help and accommodate my various requests. The whole moving process is efficient and handled well. Our 108+ pieces of boxes arrived at New York safely and well kept. This nice process has prompted us to do another business with Mark later in May to ship our vehicle from the Bay Area to New York. Again we get a reasonable price quote and fast service. They even allow us to put stuff in trunk which helps us a lot! The only hiccup is when the driver was to pick up our car, the driver seemed to not knowing about the trunk luggage policy.
