This was bad, really bad. Broke new porcelain tile in kitchen when they moved the stove to paint behind it. Did not prepare the woodwork or walls, there are holes, bumps, runs everywhere, like it was take your kid to work and let them try their hand at painting day. There is paint on the carpet everywhere, even reiterated in writing that I needed to live with the carpet until the first few months of the new year; that isn't going to happen. I did a load of laundry, they had pulled the washer and dryer to paint behind and somewhat around it...they did not re-hook the dryer vent steamed the laundry nook before I realized it. Took all the door bumpers off, did not replace any. Broke my Blinds. Paint on furniture. Two different colors of paint on one wall, pointed it out, painter said:Oops I guess I missed that. My whole Condo is one BIG OOPS. They "finished" two days after he said he would be done and it still wasn't finished. The clean up people actually had no clean up equipment they were rooting through my closets looking for supplies. I finally found them some cleaning supplies to get the paint off the new tile. There is paint going up my kitchen wall where they washed out their paint and Buckets in my NEW KOHLER CAST IRON SINK!!!! Left a bucket on my bare dining room table. When the gentleman who was sent by Mike came back today to inspect and we walked through pointing things out..he kept saying he did not do this, he was not the prep guy, he could fix it. They would have to literally repaint the whole place to fix it. They had to paint a four inch line in one of the closets to cover the over hang. They didn't even tape it, when you open the door it is just random paint strokes going into the closet. We just stood there and went WOW this has been a disaster and Mike pushed my friend into handing over 3k in cash yesterday when she did not want to because the job was not complete and a lot needed to be done he bullied her (I was at her home sick) she came back in tears. I went up three hours later, still no where near done, not aware they had to push the furniture back. It is obvious that Mike hires random people to work for him that are not qualified painters. Mike himself appears not to work at the sight, just let's his crew in. He does not do quality control inspections or random walkthroughs to check work progress. When you point out something to him he says he will take care of it or see that it is done, but he doesn't. I am an honest person, and I am telling you sincerely...don't hire this guy...if you do...you better have the time to walk around behind his people and supervise.

Derek and Chris cleaned and prepped everything thoroughly, then selected the correct paint for the job. They worked tirelessly making sure the job was done to the highest of standards. They were wonderful with suggestions when asked about colors, knew exactly how to apply the paint to our many different surfaces, and, when done, went back to touch up and clean up. I came home from work and found my house exactly as it was prior to them showing up with the exception of a better looking exterior! The owner came by later that day, gave me a bid, and we agreed on a time when one of his crew would do the work. I was concerned about being able to get someone for such a small job but that wasn't a problem for them at all. We actually decided to ask them to patch and repaint a wall where the paint had cracked due to roof leakage (since repaired) and they gave us a really reasonable bid for all of that. They came and did it today and it took about 5 hours and everything looks just great! They did an excellent job taping everything off, cleaned up perfectly afterwards, both inside and out and John, Hernado and everyone else were friendly and professional.
