The employee stocking the area came less than an inch away from touching me four repeated times. I think moved across the store to the towel section where two employees loudly blocked my exit from the aisle. I then saw the employee that I had moved away from. Then I moved to the art section where the man who I believe must of been the manager was lingering. I then moved to the blanket/throw section, I left my cart at the end of the row, to which a different employee moved my cart out into the aisle and left it. I shopped some more and encountered more employees. At check out the cashier stopped once she was almost done and told me that she needed to rescan my entire transaction. She then did not hand me my receipt at the end to which I had to take it. She then proceeded to shout all the way to the end of the checkout row to where she was. At the end of the checkout stand, as I went towards the door, two employees were blocking the exit. They were having a discussion with one of their friends at the exit. This is the most uncomfortable shopping experience I have had at a store. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and that due to the employees, I was unable to shop peacefully. They were highly unprof

Re-Bath Portland, OR Review…read more I'm sharing a comprehensive review of my experience with Re-Bath in Portland, Oregon, to help others considering a shower installation understand what to expect. Initial Consultation and Sales Representative: From my first contact with Anna at the office, through numerous interactions over the course of this project, I found her to be incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Our sales representative, Sam, was equally impressive. He patiently went over various options with us, even revisiting them as we had multiple questions. Sam's knowledge and explanations were top-notch. We purchased a shower, transforming our Tub/Shower into a shower-only setup. Installation Process: On the day of installation, Zac and Austin contacted us in advance. They explained the plan for the first day and were upfront about a scratched seat we had purchased. They promptly removed the old tub and tile, preparing it efficiently for the plumber. The plumber worked quickly, setting everything up in record time. After the base installation, we inspected it and realized that our 32-inch base was too narrow to comfortably accommodate our body frame with a door installed. Zac, understanding our concerns, promptly reached out to the Project Manager and Portland Manager, Matt. Matt proposed a cost-effective solution, but after consideration, we decided on a wider base without a door. Matt assured us that they would accommodate our request, and he stated that if they could not do so immediately, they would make the shower usable until they could return. I expressed my understanding to Matt that I knew there would be additional costs. Final Touches and Completion: The next day, Zac and Luis returned with good news--they had a wider standard base and a shower rod available. By early afternoon, our new shower was installed, except for the missing seat, which would be addressed later. A week later, Max came to install the seat, grab bar, and edge trim. He realized he had the wrong silicone, and the team promptly returned to rectify the issue. Zac returned the next day, taking just about five minutes to complete the job. I contacted Anna, and she connected me with Zory for a seamless final payment process over the phone. Zory was also very helpful. In conclusion, my experience with Re-Bath in Portland was exceptional. The cost was also notably competitive. If you are in the market for a shower, Re-Bath in Portland should be your first choice. Overall, your review is clear and informative, and these suggestions aim to make it even more concise and easy to read while retaining all the essential details.

Due to the cabinets also being white the white tile was just TOO much along with the stainless appliances. Their system of using digital cameras to measure the existing counters resulted in just 3 days to remove the ceramic tile and install new counters in the kitchen and dining room, which was a large square footage. The result was amazing and down time was minimal. When we bought an older home in Tigard in 2013 I gutted the kitchen down to studs and rearranged it. We installed all new cabinets and Crowleys supplied a type of stone that made the new kitchen a showpiece of the remodeled home. Again their work was amazing and still perfect and they supplied a stainless faucet as a convenience to us. I can recommend Crowleys for anytype of granite or kitchen stone heartily.

Crowleys fab'd all material for backsplash except they went thicker on my kitchen behind the sink pieces. Three 23 year olds came and installed. Nothing special on the work. Now it's too thick, all others look good but for some reason it seemed like they were too lazy to cut the kitchen backsplash correctly. And if they tell you it's because of the length, and it's fragile, then cut more pieces and bond them together! Duh. Also, when I called to buy back my remnant, was absolutely treated like garbage from the gal who answered. Apparently, I put extra work on her by asking her to run out to the back and give me a quote, then they wanted a delivery charge to make a special trip, oh BTW, they had to make a special trip anyway to give me my 24"x3" piece. Garbage company,, do your self a favor and look around, plenty more places of quality to choose from. Never again.

Totally on board. Except when you feel like you are paying a penalty in both time and finances by going that route. 2012 was the year we decided to upgrade multiple kitchen and bath fixtures in our house. There are several specialty shops in Portland with a wide range of items beyond what you can find at Lowe's and Home Depot, but I wanted to stick a little closer to home. I was very excited to find this showroom just blocks from I-5 and the store itself is lovely. I've never been an internet shopper and while I research the bejesus out of retail items [1], the actual purchase of anything significant only comes after the all important sniff test. Or in this case, the touch and see test. Especially when you are looking at various finishes, you really need to see these items in person. A good friend, who recently went through a kitchen and bath remodel, recommended ordering through an online site. But, I decided to be a good little local consumer and ordered roughly ten items over the course of six months here. And while some of the in person experiences were swell, the overall experience was not. First of all, they seem woefully out of date regarding communication. Any retail business not taking full advantage of the web in this day and age is really missing the boat. They do have a website, and it turns out there are eleven locations throughout the Pacific Northwest, but it is minimal at best. There is one link to an employee's email, but we had a series of miscommunications by email, phone and in person. Several employees work at the store, but rather than deal with just one person we had multiple contacts. Because we didn't have a simple order (multiple items, some were on back order, etc.), it never seemed like the person we talked to knew what was going on. And when I compared the price I paid to the on-line site, theirs wasn't as good. So throwing a few extra dollars their way ended up feeling like a really bad idea based on the poor customer service. By the end of the project, I was ordering from the other on-line website. A few clicks of the mouse and items would magically appear on my doorstep. Go figure! Because I will always feel the need to see before I buy, I'll still stop by here. But actually buy something from here... nope. [1] It took me roughly 18 mo. and two dozen test drives to select my latest car.
