But after the last interaction yesterday, I will never consider buying anything here. Apparently it was too difficult to attempt to locate or order a 3-1/2" idler pulley for my 30 year old mower. I stopped in B/C I prefer face to face interaction and support of local businesses. The guy behind the counter, although he was nice, simply wouldn't even take 5 minutes to order a $30 pulley. The whole interaction was less than 45 seconds, barely looked at the part in my hand and told me to get it from Amazon and there was no way he could help, instead of pulling out the Oregon book he has behind the counter and flipping through some pages or trying to even see if they had anything close. Too bad, I was hoping to purchase a new machine this year from them with cash. Guess I'll find somewhere that isn't too lazy to help.

It was a simple fix, but had to load it back up, haul it back to Gresham. They promptly fixed the problem and we returned home. I called to see if I could be compensated some for our time, lost and not being able to get my garden in with the sunshine before it rained . I was told definitely not , think I'll take my business somewhere else next time.

I gave the shop guy all my information (cell-email). He told me it would be two weeks before anyone could even look at my equipment, REALLY!!!!! Every time I have gone in to this location there seems to be no one working in the shop that's why we as customers have to wait 3-4 and even 6 weeks for our equipment to be repaired. I have been a customer at this location over 10 years and the guy behind the shop desk didn't have a clue of what he was doing. He asked me for a $60.00 dollar deposit for each piece of equipment ($120.00) up front, WHY!! then he told me they would call me when ready. Well today in 8.21.2026 and when I stopped by on 8.20.2026 everything was ready. I asked to talk to the shop manager (John) about why I didn't get a call. His answer was " we left a voicemail on 8.17.2026 at 3:30pm. That's BS, I never got a call on 8.17.2026 letting me know my equipment was done. Then he decided to say " we don't lie" well you DID lie!! from reading other reviews about this location I guess you all are accustomed to give out faulty information and bad attitudes across the board. I them dropped off my power shears to have the blades sharpened on 8.15.2026 and the guy behind the shop desk said "these will be done in 2days" well yesterday 8.20.2026 was 5 days. Again no call, no communications. I picked up all my equipment yesterday 8.20.2026 after waiting 3 weeks for my blower-string trimmer and 5 days instead of what they told me 2 days for my power shears, which I then asked the shop manager " are you going to give some kind of refund", his answer was "NO but I will give you 10% off of what you owe" and he didn't give me the 10% off of what I owed after looking at my receipt. Over promising and underliving is bad business!!! I have never experienced this kind of customer service ever, they all didn't seem to give a crap about helping me or giving any kind of refund. I will never NEVER go to this location ever again. Oh, the shop guy John just slammed the door to his shop with the rudest attitude I have ever encountered. In my opinion all management in any industry should go up and beyond for there customers, this location has no customer service skills, why do you all work there? If I was in charge I would clean house and hire friendly and professional employees. I am surprised this store is still open. I have told all my friends about my experience and told them to go elsewhere if they want there equipment serviced and employees that actually care about them and there needs. These employees that work at this location should be ashamed of themselves for bad attitudes, bad customer service, I could go on but I don't want to waste anymore of my time. Don't shop here, don't drop your equipment off just don't go!!
