Painful bad experience with the 3 I had…read more All I wanted was a clean bathroom & clean kitchen & mopping with a Swiffer & all they wanted to do is not that but talk on the phone & ignoring my needs, steal ratings out of the bathroom & my financial paperwork, & lie. eg: my phone was temporarily broken sometimes working & some not, I explained this to the caregiver as she was at lunch & I called her when she didn't return excuse was she was going to call the Police becuz of my phone not working. I was completely okay & adv she's taking it too far, she didn't like cleaning bathtubs (which I thought was normal after usage & she enjoyed cleaning a fork by sections of prongs, Agency said calling Police was normal practice, medication reminders are not adhered to. Agency always says they'll send another & do this one enjoyed gaslighting you intentionally, & looks at you with a sneer making it very uncomfortable, the last one was the thief, & wanting to know your financial situation & giving medical advise I had to explain I only follow my Dr advice, here goes the phone usage continually when I talked to her about it she started wearing the watch & all attention was on that watch texting & reading texts, I have dislocated shoulder & asked for things on lower shelf but will put it on the top shelf on purpose, last episode she raised her voice at me I told her not to do that again her comment was I'll just drop you off at store & leave you I told her great because she's already fired, I called the Police, she came in the store later I told her to leave the Police are coming & I told you you're fired - don't need her she kept following me close behind me arms folded when she saw the Police she immediately turned into a 3 year old having a tantrum pulling on her nose to turn it red she called Agency & didn't want to talk to them to her excuses while she was lying to the Police saying I have Dementia real bad Rosie was a real psycho. I'll never try caregivers again all a while Angency telling Police I've had several caregivers So does that make it right to be yelled at things stolen financial papers missing intentionally putting things on top shelves I'm in a wheelchair & can't reach. It's Obvious Agency wants mo Accountability when it comes to emotional abuse. People Be Careful of Millennium Agency!!!!!

Staff come into rooms without knocking, with no regard for privacy or basic respect. The way they speak to patients is cold and rude, smart asses really, like people don't matter. It's disgusting how little care or compassion is shown. The facility is cold and stale. The staff's attitude is complete shit for a healthcare facility. Stafford should be ashamed of how they treat people.

Due to the fact that they are always understaffed we can easily say that It's not an easy turn around for this facility to be successful. I see that each and everyone that is working in this facility works really hard especially the rehab team and most importantly the nurses. If the rehab team and nurses can devide themselves just to meet their patient standard of care, they would. I would say give this facility a chance because inside this building is a great of team members that are working hard to give the care and support that our love one needs.

I'm taking the time to write a rather long review because I want to share with you the wonderful,…read morelife-changing support we've received from the care agency, With A Little Help. I was referred to With A Little Help by a friend of mine who is a hospice nurse. He actually gave me the names of three agencies, and I called them all. The first two had a corporate vibe, and sent me directly into a voicemail black hole. It was days before I heard back. When I called With A Little Help, within seconds, I was talking with Kacie, one of the owners, who was so kind and spent all of the time I needed talking with me about our situation and care needs. By the end of the phone call, we had a plan for an intake evaluation, and just a couple of days later, a new care team was in place...and just like that, the stress and worry that had been accumulating over many months lifted. This is just one example of the many, many I could share about the excellent care With A Little Help offers. They aren't a corporate-care behemoth. They are local, owner run, and some of the most caring people I've met in a long time. Kacie and Paul, the owners, worked with us to find the caregivers that are the best fit for our situation. The caregivers are highly skilled, professional, and compassionate. All of them have giant hearts. Some words that come to mind when talking about With A Little Help: Professional Flexible Kind Collaborative Communicative Compassionate Responsive Punctual Attuned For us, With a Little Help has been something of a miracle. I wholeheartedly recommend them to you for your care needs.

Both my husband and I work full time and needed to find someone to keep mom company and get her familiar with her PT/OT exercises, help with bathing and cooking. It took a couple different care givers until we found the right match but Pete personally introduced each one to my mom. They provided care to her for over 6 months until her husband could move here- they were a real blessing to our family. Sure we had a couple no shows and a few problems here and there but Pete was on it and dealt with everything professionally- Connie too (in the office) is wonderful. I think the key is great communication and being reasonable- and you have to ask for what you need! Pete was available evenings and weekends always to take a call- Where do you find that kind of service today? We also use Pete professionally through my job and he is a great vendor to work with and he and his staff go out of their way to be accommodating. Thanks Senior Helpers for all you do to help and assist the elderly and their families in our community.
