It started the night a veneer fell off, front and center of my smile, the night before flying out for an important event the next morning. Panicked, I reached out to Dr. Ohanesian and to my amazement, he texted me back (at 11PM!) and had me come in before normal working hours in order to squeeze me in. He completely saved the day! I just went back to take care of a couple of things and just can't say enough regarding how kind, patient, compassionate, funny, and what a great dentist he is. Making a living is of course important, but he is clearly not in it just for the money. This man clearly loves what he does. He has integrity. First thing Monday morning, I searched for dental offices open on holiday (Martin Luther King), and his office was the closest available. From the very first moment, I felt taken care of. Rosa at the front desk was incredibly kind and compassionate, she truly understood my situation and welcomed me in immediately. The entire experience was exceptional. I felt no pain from the injections and no pain during the extraction itself. I honestly couldn't believe it. At one point I even asked, "Is it all done?" -- and when he said "Yes," I was so relieved I started laughing. The tooth was severely infected, and extraction was the only option, but the process was completely smooth and stress-free. This office delivers professionalism, compassion, skill, and true patient care. I was under the impression that my appointment today was for my 6 month cleaning. Keep in mind, I also just got lectured about getting regular cleanings (because I rescheduled my appt by a few weeks), but now you're saying I'm not getting one today because you are short staffed? Make that make sense. After the Dr was done being rude to me and left the room, I got told by the hygienist that I can wait until 10:30 or 11:00 to get my cleaning if I wanted to do that. My appointment was at 8:00 am. I cannot sit here and wait for 3 hours for my cleaning. In summary Dr jaskeerat Kaur is very unprofessional and rude and I would not recommend Fig garden dental group to anyone.

On my first visit they could not verify my insurance, so I was unable to get my teeth cleaned. I called my insurance and my insurance couldn't understand why the office was not able to verify it. All the information was listed on my insurance card that I handed them. Anyhow, it got straightened out. The staff is great! Martin is very professional and most importantly it was a nearly painless procedure. When he numbed me for my old crown removal, I barely felt the needle inserted. I get a lot of anxiety from the drill and will often suddenly feel like I can't swallow or choke, but my anxiety was definitely low with Dr. Nahigian. My crown is a front tooth and it's so beautiful and natural looking. It honestly looks like my own tooth! I am very pleased. I am glad to have found a new dentist office that I trust and with great results.
