Excellent Chicago Dog $6! All beef jumbo hot dog with Sport Pepper, Pickle Wedge, Raw Onions, Relish, Mustard, Tomato Wedge, Celery Salt. The rustic bun is slightly toasted and holds up all those toppings. Flavours all complimented each other. Remember don't add any ketchup! Service was fast and friendly. Found it on the of the Art Institute and the Millennium Park's Crown Fountain.

I wasn't happy. I ordered a chicken polish combo, which were accompanied by fries and a coke. After a bit of a wait my food was ready, and I dug in to find the fries were okay, but the chicken was dry and overcooked. It wasn't moist or fresh as all. I hesitated before ordering this because I don't eat like this any longer. I don't eat from food tracks often either. This is the third one I've tried in a year. I think I'll continue to prefer dining in a restaurant where food quality tends to better meet my expectations.

The most beautiful sight I've ever laid eyes on! Chicago styles veggie hot dog

There is something truly special about a Chicago style hot dog! It's the one thing I miss since going vegetarian. Thankfully, Hot Dog Fiend sells a veggie (soy) hotdog and you can even make it Chicago style! It was delicious and had all the proper fixings. Also had great service!

Ok. Let me start with, I'm not really even that fond of hot dogs! But I'm in Chicago so I have to eat a dog, right? I ordered the bacon and blue, it came out quickly and was hot! It also was AMAZING! It had tons of fresh spinach and homemade fried onions on it along with a blue cheese aioli sauce. YUM! It was so good! Service was friendly as well. I will be back next time I'm in Chicago!

Chicago dog and a regular ole dog with fries

Saw this food truck while walking through Millennium Park. Husband had the Chicago dog ($6) and I got the regular ole dog combo (hot dog, fries, and a can of soda- $6). The woman running it was by herself and crazy efficient. Hubs was disappointed in the Chicago dog- no poppyseed bun and no celery salt. The fries were good and each order was made when ordered- no cold fries there!

    Yummy Hot Dog!

The Angry Lobster had just the right kick (flavorful but not overpowering), and the Combo Basket was generous and delicious. You can taste the quality. We really like the variety on the menu. It makes it easy for everyone to find something they love, including options that work for different preferences and allergies. Fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. We highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!

Through my Facebook feed, I saw that the Happy Lobster Truck would be parked in downtown Highland…read morePark, IL, so the Hubby and I were excited to try something new. Since their website mentioned they could sell out, I preordered and prepaid online for a 5:30 PM pickup. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our order wasn't ready, which was disappointing because preordering is supposed to save time. There were only about four other people waiting and two employees working the truck. We ended up waiting close to 20 minutes for our food. As for the meal itself, the lobster was fresh, buttery, and flavorful. I wish the rolls had more of a toasted crispness, they were squished flat. We also weren't fans of the coleslaw because it tasted overly vinegary, maybe it was just an off day? We would have preferred some crunchy french fries versus the Cape Cod Chips. The highlight of the meal ended up being the chocolate whoopie pie for dessert -- absolutely delicious! Not sure if we would try it again?

WOW. This place absolutely blew me away!…read more As someone who loves both Korean BBQ and Mexican food, I figured I'd enjoy this spot, but I wasn't expecting to be this impressed. I ordered the bulgogi steak burrito, and let me tell you--this thing was massive. Seriously, it was HUGE. Not only was it massive, but it was packed with flavor. The bulgogi steak was tender, juicy, sweet, savory, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was loaded with deliciousness, and the Korean-Mexican fusion worked way better than I could have imagined. The burrito was so enormous that I ended up eating half for lunch and saving the other half for dinner. That's not me trying to be healthy...that's just how gigantic it was! And somehow it tasted just as amazing later in the evening when I stuffed my face with all that meat. I also have to give a special shoutout to the woman working there. After getting my order, I realized I had forgotten to buy a side because my brain automatically assumed the burrito came with chips like some other places do. She saw my disappointment and totally hooked me up with some chips anyway, which was incredibly kind and completely unexpected. Little gestures like that go a long way and made an already great experience even better! Between the monster-sized portions, incredible flavors, and friendly customer service, this place was a home run. Chicago has some amazing food, but this was easily one of the most memorable meals I had during my trip. If you're debating whether to order the bulgogi steak burrito, stop thinking and just do it. Come hungry, wear stretchy pants, and thank me later. For the record , Los Angeles does not have something like this. We have KOGI TRUCK, which alternates days/nights throughout the city and you have to follow them based on their schedule. But to have a storefront like this in LA where I can easily visit 7 days a week would be a dream come true.
