Arrived around 5pm, one couple eating in the restaurant. Walked up to the counter to order, there's at least 5 people behind the counter. They look busy, probably online orders, so myself and my son wait. Every single one made eye contact and looked away. Five minutes later I try to get someone's attention, they look at me and say nothing and keep making online orders. I waved at a guy that finally looked at me for more than two seconds asked if I could order, he grabbed another online receipt and ignored me. So we left and gave our money to someone else. Went with the chiwawa with shrimp. It's a fried Pablo crusted rice bowl. Not much flavor on its own but the concept was pretty cool. Added my toppings and went with the queso cheese on the side. Food was good. Jalapeño peppers were actually hot! Pico was good. Shrimp were tiny but had some good flavor. From the time you order until you actually receive your food takes a little bit of time. The odd - This restaurant is very small but has an area with one table and four chairs that takes up a lot of room in this small restaurant. This area could easy fit at least two booths (maybe three) allowing for seating for another 8-12 people. Some of the tables but up against where people order. I will start by saying I love the food. My husband and I both do. We have been there twice now and have not been disappointed. Now the service is a different story. The first time wasn't as bad as the 2nd time but I was seriously annoyed both times. The first time we went the place was starting to pile up with customers. There was a kid standing at the door who was supposed to be directing patrons to the end of the line. This kid was mum the whole time. People were confused and cutting in front of others in line and this kid says nothing. Another customer and I started directing people because he wouldn't. It took 35 minutes to order and get our food but I chalked it up to being newly opened. The 2nd time was ridiculous. The place was not packed. We had 6 people in line in front of us and it still took 25 minutes to order and get our food. I ordered a quesadilla and like another reviewer here, after it was done, It was left sitting for almost 5 minutes on a tray waiting to be boxed up. My husband had to wait for his quesadilla to even be made after 2 of the workers just disappeared after we ordered. I heard the manager ask where they went. It honestly makes me sad. I really do like the food. Now when I drive by the place is not busy and it makes me worry that they are going to go out of business because our service is terrible. read more

Been driving by this place since they opened, finally had a chance to stop and grab lunch. It's a very similar set up to a Chipotle. The bowls they use for the burrito bowls are bigger than a Chipotle bowl though so that's nice. They also have more meat options here. Food was decent. Only downfall for me was it's pricier and I didn't even add guacamole because they had it tied up in this plastic bag and it just didn't look appetizing. Just wanted to say how dissapointed we are in the way our order was cancelled on Friday. I placed an order for the store on Colerain Ave in Cincinnati. It was placed through doordash at 10:00am for a delivery between 12-12:30. At 12:00 it showed the doordasher was there waiting on completion of order. At 12:08 I received an text stating my order was cancelled by the restaurant and was stating it was closed. I proceeded to go call the and NO it was not closed. Supposedly the restaurant was toooo busy for my order which was placed BEFORE the restaurant even opened. Ridiculous that we had to make plans at the last second for somewhere else to eat.
