Brooklyn pizzas
William L.

Zesty, flavorful, thin-crust pizza that satisfied my family's evening cravings!!! Make sure you have a reservation for this place on a holiday weekend. I took my family there without a reservation and almost got turned away. But we got in and ordered the pizza and mozzarella sticks. It didn't disappoint a hangry family. The pizza is thin crust, which traditionally I'm not a fan of, but the sauce had flavorful seasoning, and the cheese wasn't greasy- even better. By the time we were done with the pizza, we were all delighted and had enjoyed it. The mozzarella sticks didn't disappoint either. The restaurant is located towards the back, away from the crowd. Which is great because it is not so noisy, and we can have a conversation without having to speak too loudly.

Diane and I arrived here for a late dinner intending to eat at Cafe Aquarius. But when we found out that the Cafe was already closed, we were directed here as the only restaurant still open at the Aquarius. The menu is not very extensive, but several pasta dishes and pizzas are available. We weren't keen on ordering a pizza because the images we saw depicted the Neopolitan variety which feature mounds of Ricotta Cheese which neither or us are fond of. A Cheese Bread Basket was very good, and my order of Bucatini Amatriciana with tomatoes and a lot of garlic good. And Diane was satisfied with her Penne with Shrimp Alfredo. Portions were adequate, although certainly less than the more plain "all you can eat" pasta that was also offered.

I believe this was called the Brooklyn Pizza.

I'm really surprised reading the reviews about poor service. I suppose we were just fortunate. We went two nights in a row and the service was friendly and timely. The pizza, the Brooklyn pizza was amazing. I forgot to take pictures of the chicken Parmesan. I think I liked a little bit of flavor, but the chicken cutlet was really good. The establishment is beautiful, very clean updated and modern and the ambience is very cool because they have a live singer. I would definitely come back.

This places closes at 11:00. I was incredibly disappointed by my experience here. I had reserved a room for $285 and arrived with a friend, expecting a welcoming stay. Instead, I was met with cold refusal. DEBORAH BYRD turned me away, and when I asked if she was certain about denying services, she confirmed with a "yes" and walked off, leaving me standing there. I was humiliated. The space itself looked beautiful, and I imagine the food might have been excellent. But I'll never get the chance to find out , I'm not a local and won't be returning anytime soon. Laughlin has plenty of great spots, and because of this experience, I'll be choosing a different hotel the next time I visit.

River Rock is a local favorite inside the Aquarius. I noticed quite a few folks placing pick-up orders (and with good reason). The wait was excruciatingly long, I think the staff underestimated the amount of orders they placed all in one shot. My issue with River Rock is that they allowed people who weren't even dining-in to place orders at the front and let them request they have their food delivered to them at the Splash Bar! This was unacceptable and a disservice. I'd understand if customers were picking up, but this was not the case. You could imagine dine-in customers being seated promptly, thinking they'll get their meal soon, only to realize the bar next door is FILLED with orders ahead of them. I was mad. My table and I waited 2+ hours to receive our food, we were seated immediately which makes this all the more shocking. Sadly, all the other dine-in patrons experienced this, including a woman who walked out and a family whose children fell asleep at the table waiting for their pizza. How was the PIZZA? I'm not going to lie I had high expectations given the wait time and I was not disappointed. This was the only saving grace, it was excellent. We ordered two delicious pizzas and an antipasto salad. I HIGHLY recommend the Margherita and Veggie pizzas. Both had authentic ingredients. The Margherita was my top pick but the Veggie wasn't far behind. The Veggie pizza had cheese that tasted like ravioli filling! I would eat them again. I also really enjoyed the live entertainment. We got to enjoy the last leg of this avant-garde singer with an amazing voice and kazoo skills. I could listen to him all night, he was so sweet! Very personable with the customers! Overall, the aesthetic of the restaurant was super cool, it was Italian meets rock concert. There's quotes from classic rock songs on the wall and trendy decor. I heard they had revamped it from its previous look, bravo! Service was meh, our server forgot to refill our drinks a couple times.

Here on a Sunday night.... Service is horrible and I asked for a margarita, pizza with spinach and artichokes. It wasn't the best....very bland and I expected it to come with margarita sauce which it didn't.... I actually had to ask for a server thingy to put it on my plate.... The server just dropped it there and ran. I get it you're busy but if you're catering to your buddies that's not good you should be serving all your customers.

Cheese bread forgot to take the picture when it arrived

Ordered cheese bread and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was awesome and the cheese bread was good. Service was good but our server forgot a few things. It's great to look out over the river. It's glass so the ambience was awesome.

The service was quick! I got a pink Cadillac it was really good! Brooklyn style, meatballs with garlic bread, which was fire! The pizza was okay! Very clean and open atmosphere. I'm only rating it 4 stars because the check took a very long time to come and the Brooklyn Pizza was all right. It wasn't what I thought it would be.

Went inside on a Tuesday night. Everyone seated. Noticed only 1 server the whole restraunt that ran out of space and denied people soon after us. Its not covid anymore hire more staff. You can afford it. This 1 guy was clearly struggling. Caesar salad was great. Pizza looked like someone dumped a whole tray of black pepper on it. I actually somewhat liked it but too peppery and never have seen that on a margarita pizza before.

They're still a little lacking with regards to consistency, but the pizzas are getting much better. That being said every time we've gone there to pick up a pie the restaurant inside smells like rotten eggs, or a sewer They need to contact the city or an environmental engineer to correct the issue so absolutely Patronize them by buying a pie, but get it to go.

The toppings were fresh and good and it actually would be a go to pizza place for us if the crust could handle the toppings. We will try it again and see if there's a choice in crust thickness. The pizza we got was not edible the next morning due to the thin crust burnt to the cardboard. See pics. The decor is equal to the restaurant and the service too. It was $30 and we only got to eat 1.5 pcs each.

We ordered a lot of food to go and sat waiting for it for more than 3 hours. We checked in a few times and the lady that took our order said they are working on it every time. Finally I went to ask where we are in the process bec I'd like a refund at this point. We hadn't eaten all day and had no idea they were working with one little pizza oven and an air fryer (the young man informed me when the food was finally done). We checked everything and noticed our desserts were missing so we went to get them and the young man had to go ask the woman that took my order. She came to me and I told her we are missing the 2 desserts. At this point I decide I better look thru the 2 bags to make sure I have everything. I discovered we were missing other items and informed them of this. The lady that took my order asked me to prove I ordered everything. Of coarse, I have no way of doing that. She took my order and gave me nothing, not even a number, stating I ordered. So I started rambling everything off that I ordered and the total amount and pulled up the charges on my phone. She then says oh yeah it's going to be a few minutes. The service was horrible. Most of the food was not edible. We would only return to drink, socialize, and play pool, but would not eat here if we ever return.

Plus, on more than one occasion Diane and I had previously arrived here around 8:30 p.m. and were warmly greeted, seated, and enjoyed our ordered meals. But this Sunday night two days after Halloween, after we had crossed the Colorado River on the Don Laughlin Bridge and had driven for half an hour from our home in Laughlin, we arrived at 8:25 p.m. only to find the restaurant dark and locked, with nobody inside. Granted this was the first day of a time change in California and Nevada from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time. But this circumstance should have had no effect on Arizona, whose time zone remained the same as the day before. Disappointed, we went in search of another place to eat dinner, and after encountering the kitchen staff of China Panda in the restaurant's parking lot about to leave for home half an hour earlier than its posted closing hour, finally wound up at reliable Black Bear Diner. We were the only patrons seated in the entire capacious restaurant until a few other people walked inside about 15 minutes later This spooky night felt like Halloween, but the tricks and added hunger we experienced occurred just a bit later.
