I added chili oil from the sauce bar as they don't have spice level options for their bone broth like most places
    Lisa D.

I came during their 50% off Sunday promotion so it was a really good deal! But otherwise, they have a pretty standard $14.99/lb original price consistent with most malatang places. Really nice customer service even though it's a self-serve style restaurant, they're always checking on you as you dine in. Clean space and lots of seating Pretty standard ingredient bar with lots of different options to choose from. Nothing that really stands out as unique but that's not a bad thing. It has all the staples, same with the sauce bar. All broths are really flavorful, we especially loved the signature bone broth and the hot & sour golden which they let you have samples of before choosing. My only gripe is that everything was kind of overcooked. Before even digging in I noticed my napa cabbage and bok choy were all soggy, wide yam noodles soft, fishcake bloated, and brisket already tough and dry. Otherwise there's a lot potential here if that was corrected!

Another hidden mala hot pot in Vegas! Quick service and lots of options to pick from! One of my favorite mala spots in town!

Hot Point in Chinatown is a solid option when you're craving something warm, customizable, and protein-forward without committing to a traditional seated hot pot experience. The setup is buffet-style ~ you pick your own vegetables, noodles, meats, and add-ins, and everything is weighed by the pound before being cooked in your chosen broth. It's straightforward and lets you control exactly how protein-heavy or vegetable-forward you want your bowl to be. We tried two broths: the Signature Bone Beef Broth with spice and the Sukiyaki soup. The bone beef broth was creamy with controlled heat: rich but not overwhelming. The sukiyaki broth leaned darker and slightly sweet-savory, giving the brisket and pork belly a deeper, almost braised flavor profile. Our selections included brisket, pork belly, lotus root, quail egg, spinach, and tofu. The tofu held its texture well and absorbed flavor nicely. The fish balls were decent, though not as memorable as the meats. They were running an $8 per pound deal, which made the portion size feel like strong value. There's also a self-serve sauce station with garlic, salt, sugar, satay sauce, chili oil, cilantro, vinegar, and more if you like adjusting flavors. The interior is fairly clean and, in the evening, not overtly packed which makes for a relaxed experience. Not necessarily a destination spot, but reliable, customizable, and satisfying; especially at that price point.

Service was great, I love their soup base choices. The soup base tastes just as good as mala town. They have a clean bathroom too since its newly opened. The sauce station I'm hoping they will add more options. They were doing a opening promotion price so I got a good deal for the stuff we paid for. The meats are fresh and ingredients are looking good too. Just hoping there will be more side dish options later. The location is not hard to find but parking might be a little challenging.

Very delicious noodle / hot pot place where you choose your fix-ins (noodles, veggies, meats) and broth (the bone broth is great) and they cook the very large bowl of goods for you. Great service that is prompt too. Also nice assortment of beverages like rare fruit flavored Chinese teas. Spacious interior with plenty of seats as well. Highly recommended and check it out on Spring Mountain Road (Chinatown) in Las Vegas!

The broth is so delicious. The ordering concept has potential, you can basically put what you want on your bowl. The service is very good, very inviting, allows you to try your broth option before you decide on your broth. Ambience is nice, very clean place, restroom. $14/ lbs. not ba

We have been to different Mala Town locations but this place has the freshest ingredients with the most flavorful broth. We were genuinely impressed with how well they maintained every single ingredient. The service was good as well. We will def come back next time.

One of my new favorite restaurant now. Their beef broth and golden soup is so good. Pick your own ingredients and weigh, based on $14.99/lb.

The interior felt very modern and traditional at the same time. We ordered the hot chrysanthemum tea and it came out in a piping hot kettle. Service was very friendly and attentive. It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

Even the vegetables had that strong sour punch, which I really liked with the steaming hot soup. I'm not big on a table full of side dishes, so I actually appreciated that they kept it simple. Not too many extras, just the essentials. The soup itself wasn't overly salty, which I liked. You can season it to your preference since they provide extra salt on the side. The gomtang stood out -- the beef was very tender, soft, and clearly simmered well. And honestly, the slightly indifferent service made it feel authentic. Not overly polite or trying too hard -- just straightforward and focused on the food. If you enjoy sour notes and comforting Korean soups, this place does it well.

The taste and value is really great, actually. If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back. But I feel fortunate to find a "go-to" for my korean cravings. Like walking into my auntie's house for some warm, deeply comforting, home-cooked k-meal. Craving the dogani bone broth soup now!! (Would have taken photos but it would have hard to judge based on photos alone. This is a place you have to go to just to taste it, not look at it).
