Worst phone repair place ever. My phone hasn't been working properly since the day I got it fixed. Go somewhere else! Very unprofessional

I have been going to the hotspot since Mary was in the gas station up the street. Mary is always efficient and throw in the work she has done on my daughters iPad and our phones. She is very friendly and always makes you feel welcome unlike those big chain stores who are unfriendly and overcharged. Disappointed with the customer service at this store.. I had my screen fixed at this location a three times. On the third time replacing my screen I also decided to replace the battery with a new battery. I went home everything seemed to work fine until I needed to use my flashlight on my phone. Come to find out my phone light does not work anymore... I also checked out my phone more thoroughly. Under closer inspection both cameras on my phone stoped working along with the flashlight (they worked just fine before I gave let hotspot work on my phone). I went back 6 weeks after replacing the batter to tell the store my new battery was not holding a charge and before I could explain the rest of the problems. The store manager Teressa was very hurtful telling my it was my fault the battery didn't hold charge. All because I should have not updated my phone. I told her I did not update my phone so it should be working fine. I requested a refund or a new battery and she denied both. She said I could have came back to return the battery with in the 30 day warranty. I told her she never gave me a time period nor did she explain about any kind of warranty when I paid for the services. You bet I will never ever recommend any one to go to this HotSpot. My phone is in worse condition than the day I brought it in. And now I need to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Zero stars!!! read more

Phenomenal customer service from Donald and Mary here! Had major LCD issues with my iPhone. Got it fixed here and was back in business in an hour. Problem came back later in the day. Went back in and Mary troubleshooted with new battery and such. She really took the time and didn't shove me out the door even though it was a headache. In the end she ended up fixing an old iphone of mine and giving me a deal for the time. Will return to give them business and will recommend to everyone. read more

I hate having a cracked screen. Who doesn't? But I've always hesitated to get it fixed. It's expensive and pain. I finally was fed up and decided to bite the bullet. I am so glad I did. I needed to get my iPhone 6 Plus fixed quickly as it is not only my personal phone but my work phone as well. I messaged Hot Spot Wireless to see how much ch it would cost and if they would be able to fix it today. They responded to my inquiry very quick. Around 2:30pm when I took my phone to the shop, I was greeted by Mary, who was very personable and friendly. My phone was ready for me when I w not to pick it up after work. My phone looks brand new. I called in and asked for a quote to fix my iPhone 7plus. Was told it would be $70. Came in about 15 minutes later. Was told it would be about 20 minutes if I waited around. I took my sons iPhone 7 in after he dropped it and broke the screen. The lady that helped me was super nice. She asked me if she could have an hour to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't going to take all day. When I picked it up she offered me a free screen protector. I also purchased a new protective phone case for only $14. The entire bill was right at $100. I thought that was reasonable for a new screen, screen cover and case. This place is super quick, the people are kind, and the prices are the best. Places in the area charge 100$ or more for a shattered screen, and usually take a few hours. These guys finished my phone in less than one hour, and my iPhone was only 77$ after tax. The guy who helped me even threw in a glass screen protector for free. Mary set time for me during my lunch break and now my phone is as good as new. she gave me advice on the proper cell phone case without trying to push any sales on me from her own store.
