This is my new favorite place to go for breakfast sandwiches (the Breckwood Blvd. location). My favorite is the California panini. It originally comes with bacon, cheddar cheese, pesto mayo and fresh spinach. I have them put in ham instead of bacon and it's out of this world. I recommend everyone try it! I love this place, just wish it was open Sundays. :( The environment is cute, homey and inviting. Their desserts are awesome. Hot chocolate is made with Ghirardelli chocolate- so good! I would almost give this place 2.5 stars if that was an option. I eat here a lot on business because there are only so many restaurants to go to for takeout lunch in Springfield and this one is in the rotation. It is like a more authentic panera bread. I would recommend the sandwich and salad combo. Their sandwiches are okay and their salads are pretty good. I would say try this place out and see what you think. Some love this place, but I think it is just okay. Also, if you make a big order, make sure you check it as they have forgotten items in the past. UPDATE 9-6-12: I've warmed up to the place. We went there for breakfast. It is a really nice clean restaurant. The sandwiches were a bit on the small size, but very good. I had the fireball sandwich which was very tasty. Coffee was good and comes with one free refill. read more

My absolute favorite place to go for lunch. I would not recommend the Enfield, CT location as the quality isn't nearly as good as this one. They always have enough staff to keep customers moving quickly, I will admit that during lunch it does get backed up but they are typically capable of handling it. Sandwiches are huge. I'm a big guy, and one sandwich filled me up. Very tasty. Little bit of a wait in the line, but I did go at prime lunchtime so can't hurt them too much. Seating was decent inside, service was good. Nothing to complain, great place and great food, but just shy of a perfect score in my book. read more

I've been coming to this place since it first opened. While through the years there have been some changes...smaller paninis, no more coffee cards, but they added breakfast sandwiches, soups...but one thing that has never changed is great customer service and good food. I just spent about $10 on a large veggie sandwich and bit into it to get a gross tuna taste. Nice. I told the person behind the counter and her response was "so sorry" and a blank stare. She gave me a plastic knife that wouldn't cut the bread so I could try and fix it myself. Fail. Whole thing ended up in the trash. Definitely don't go there if you have allergies or other concerns about food getting mixed. What really got me is I didn't see any way to complain on the website. So my choices are another conversation with counter help that does not care, or online reviews. I guess it's online reviews. read more

I usually love Hot Table and I'm hoping that this was just a fluke, but I'm very disappointed right now. I ordered a tuna panini which was very tasty, but my original craving was for broccoli and cheese soup. It was so gross. It was bland and didn't taste like they put any cheese in it. Panini's are huge! Should have gone with the small panini but eyes bigger than stomach ordered the large. For the price you get great value, fresh veggies and real chicken. No fake Subway chicken here! Super nice staff will customize any sandwich so service is a bit slow. There were a few staff members just standing around waiting for something to do while the line grows longer. Maybe help with a customer or grill a panini? The steak and cheese paninis are absolutely amazing. I love how you can add whatever you want for one price. However, that is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5-the price. I've been for breakfast and for lunch. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, the prices are great. Love the soups, and the sandwiches are to die for. I have taken business associates and met colleagues there several times, and it has always been a hit with them. HOWEVER, I think the staff could be just a wee bit more helpful and patient with newbies (like myself) who are not familiar with how to order and the whole process. read more

I love it here! It was a good place to go during the recent power outages to stay warm and have a cup of coffee. Ive heard and seen the regional store manager belittle and harass the female workers about their hair and have seen him order people around rudely and loudly while sitting there doing nothing. It is extremely unprofessional and sexist as only the female workers are attacked by management. The workers are extremely nice and clean, but when this regional manager is there I have heard multiple rude comments from him towards the females working. The food is great but the establishment appears to be run by sexist chauvinistic pigs. Its truly a shame because the food they have is great and every worker I've dealt with is extremely nice. read more

We live close by, and decided to take a walk with the intention of stopping in for lunch. It was our first visit, and we loved it. The set-up kind of struck us as a sophisticated Subway. The Chicken Pesto and the Chicken Cuban were delicious, and we'll definitely be back to try others. Also, I liked the crowd that they drew...my kind of people.
