I ordered the Sweet Chili Chicken Panini (seemed like a limited-time item), and it did not disappoint. It was packed with flavor and super satisfying. The only note I'd make is that I'd probably ask for light sauce next time. It was a bit messy, but honestly, still absolutely delicious. I also ordered a cup of mac and cheese. It was decent... nothing standout, but still filling. The flavor was okay, but the texture leaned a bit too soft and mushy for my preference. Portion size was great too. I ordered the medium size and ate the half for lunch and saved the rest for dinner, and both times it hit the spot. I was visiting Springfield and heard good things about this place! We went on a Saturday evening around 730 pm- there was a good amount of people here without it being too crowded and also plenty of parking. There's a pretty extensive menu and different items to choose. They are best known for their paninis, which you can get in a large or small size. Since i don't typically like paninis, I ordered a Mediterranean salad which was romaine lettuce, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, onions, olives, and balsamic dressing. The salad was good- nothing extraordinary, and tasted just as you'd expect. The ingredients were fresh but the salad did not fill me up at all, even though i ordered a large. My friend got the pepper steak panini which was delicious, according to him. It was steak + alot of different peppers + cheese, and looked delicious ! he says that the panini was super flavorful and filling as well. While my salad was pretty standard/average, I guess I would have to come back to give the paninis a try, since it seems like that's what this place makes best. The staff is really friendly and easygoing, and the environment in general is laid back/casual. What I enjoyed most about Hot Table was how filling my chicken pesto wrap was. Secondly how many delicious options they had to offer, I had a very hard time pick out the right combination of toppings to put in my wrap. I will probably make this a routine visit anytime I need to go next door to Freds Shoes and pick up some new footwear. I can only imagine how busy this place gets during the college school year. A few of my friends attended college close by and preach about the food endlessly (especially the buffalo chicken panini). I was able to stop by recently and they were right! Love Hot Table! I go to school right across the street and really tend spend my limited student dollars here (and at Peppas...see my review on them). I normally choose to go to Hot Table if I am looking for less heavy options than Peppas. I really enjoy their Classic Veggie panini. Pretty much anything with their pesto mayonnaise is delicious, including their breakfast sandwich, the Vegetarian one as well. I also love their latte and coffee selection and desserts. I have a mild (ok, large) obsession with the raspberry bars. SO delicious. I also like their cookies. If you're like me, you're going to need one of those card punchers that give you a free panini or coffee after so many purchases. They have free wifi too. Wrote to the company and they dutifully ignored my message to them. The restaurant wasn't as clean as it normally is and we were handed dirty/greasy salt and pepper shakers. I've lived in this neighborhood for a few years, and I am ashamed to say that the Hot Table was never visited... until this weekend. My mother was visiting from Littleton, MA and we were looking for a quick little place to grab a nice sandwich before she hit the road again - just not Subway or any other chains. The Hot Table is just a few blocks away, and I was so, so pleasantly surprised to see how large and inviting it was once we stepped inside. I had no idea this was in my neighborhood! It's so easy to miss! You'd never know such a gem is right there in that old plaza. I had the classic veggie on a ciabatta roll, and holy cow, it was so good! My mother visits Panera a lot, and she was pleased with the meal and the atmosphere. The sandwiches are reasonably priced for what you receive, and it will keep you full for a while. We didn't try the coffee as it was a little later in the day, but I look forward to returning and trying it. If you're in the area, check it out. I cannot BELIEVE we over-looked this place for so long! The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with us newbs. I had a really fantastic meal and I WILL be back! Safe to say two-punch Tuesday has become my favorite day of the week. Hot Table was the first place I had a panini. I have tried them other places and none have compared to Hot Table. The chicken pesto is my favorite and I usually make a combo out of it with a salad or macaroni and cheese. I'm a coffee drinker too! Big time! And they're coffee is amazing! I will order one from there over the Dunkin Donuts across the street. I recommend downloading their app and ordering to go from it. Makes life easier and more convenient. Been having a hankering to stop in here for awhile and today was the day. They weren't making the breakfast panini so the girl suggested the buffalo chicken one instead. Another girl made it for me and then a third checked me out and a fourth person got me my coffee. Every single person that waited on my was stellar and you can just tell that they all like their jobs. The panini was seriously kick S, probably the best one I've ever had, the coffee not so much it was luke warm and they didn't have cream just 2% milk or skim milk, bleh. I love this place! I work down the street, so I eat here quite often. The panini's are so good! They have a very large menu, so you never get bored. Plus you can customize them or build your own, which is fun! My favorite is the vegetarian, yum! If you want something on the lighter side, they also have a small salad menu. And just like the panini's, you can customize or build your own. They also serve up different soups everyday. I think I've had them all, and they are all delicious! I love the clam chowder on Friday's! Also, the coffee is great and their homemade cookies are amazing if you're looking to splurge! The restaurant itself, is very cozy and always clean. At lunch time it can get busy, but the lines move quickly. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The price aren't cheap, but reasonable. Hot Table is one of my favorite local places. I usually do a 'make your own panini' rather than make a ton of adjustments to the listed menu items (although the menu is extensive and has many great options) The quality is consistently excellent and I look forward to my trips. Oh really? Never heard of this place you say? Thats probably because its in a plaza next to a bar around the corner from WNEC college. Its easy to miss. The atmosphere is soothing, the aromas intoxicating and the FOOD!!! OH THE FOOD!!!! A panini is to be shared, and always delicious. Their coffee is incredible and decently priced (which is why I struggle to understand the long lines stretching around the dunkin donuts across the street who cant seem to even keep grounds out of theirs) and I've never tasted a dessert there I didnt like. If you feel hungry enough try the tomato soup or the rosemary chips on the side of that panini but for the sake of all thats good dont skip the sandwich! read more

Despite its unfortunately small storefront in a square located nearby the Western New England College campus, the inside of the restaurant is roomy and open with a very welcoming layout. When I entered for the first time, I was greeted with an array of tables, seats and couches arranged before a very nice faux fireplace. There is plenty of seating, free wifi, power receptacles for a number of tables and the staff is very friendly and professional. Though my first impression on entering the premises is that of a mere relaxing coffee shop, looking over the menu changed that impression for me immediately and suggested that the food menu is the main draw. Although my chai latte was cinnamon-on-tea heaven, the Sundried Tomato Chicken panini that I ordered was splendid! The chicken's texture was tender and light, as though it were never frozen, and tasted fresh. I would highly recommend any of my friends to eat here and I expect that I'll try telecommuting from here one of these days to try out their variety of tea and coffee. read more

Wish I could give this place zero stars.. I have ordered through their app three times and each time my order was either not made or it was wrong. The last time I ordered, giving them plenty of time to prepare my order, the girls working there never pulled the ticket off of the printer. (This was at 4 pm, with no one in the place ) And then proceeded to laugh about it. I could not wait for it to be made, I asked for a refund and they could not accommodate that. I called the manager and spoke with a manager Jarred, who promised a refund... and I still have not gotten a refund. Stopped in today for something different other than Dunkin Donuts. I stood there waiting to be served for a few minutes before I even acknowledged by the guy making the sandwiches. They seemed backed up with only about six customers in the place. I seen a new employee come in and start making a coffee in which he put a great deal of effort in. I was like cool, service should be faster now, until the guy took the coffee he made and walked away drinking it. I was like c'mon! After about 15 minutes I left aggravated. I was even more aggravated to find no napkins in the bag. I was even MORE aggravated to find my panini not cut all the way through, and having to try and rip it in half with no napkins made a complete mess. The service sucked, but the food was still good. This location unlike others offers breakfast sandwiches! They are extremely good and affordable. They're lunch/dinner are pricey but is a great spot to grab a bite with friends or on your own. Definitely worth trying and if you haven't get there breakfast they're don't get as crowded as Dunkin' Donuts and their coffee and food are much better. read more

This is my new favorite place to go for breakfast sandwiches (the Breckwood Blvd. location). My favorite is the California panini. It originally comes with bacon, cheddar cheese, pesto mayo and fresh spinach. I have them put in ham instead of bacon and it's out of this world. I recommend everyone try it! I love this place, just wish it was open Sundays. :( The environment is cute, homey and inviting. Their desserts are awesome. Hot chocolate is made with Ghirardelli chocolate- so good! Not a fan of the area it's in and the parking is kinda blah, but this place freaking rocks! :) read more
