So I came here to have a sweet treat and hot beverage today just to get out. I ordered a cinnamon roll and hot chocolate for DINE IN. I got a cold cinnamon roll in a paper to go box and a hot chocolate in a to go cup. Isn't it customary to get a pastry heated? Did I need to specify this? Why the paper crap for a dine in order?!? This is the second time I've been to this location, the first I ordered a bowl of soup and half sandwich and both were super small. You'd think for $17 if get a true bowl and half sandwich. Not sure what's going on with this location, the other on Memorial is better all the way around. May be the last visit here ‍

Fork it, this is how we are rolling with our soup tonight.

Although this location used to be awesome, the last few visits have just been weirdly disappointing (see the fork/soup pic to start). They were out of medium cups, mozzarella for the capresee salad, orange San Pellegrino ( which I only picked because it was on the menu), and I got a thick partial portion of rice soup that was the last of the batch. They also forgot to ask what side we wanted, and I forgot it is bread as a default, so I had to be irritating and ask for chips. I felt like "that person "at the counter trying to order. Nothing was working. If I wrote this review last year, it would've been a completely different story about well-trained, informative servers who are confident about their jobs. I don't know if it is a trend, but this year has been just a disaster for this chain as far as employees go.

This is the worst Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken Iv we ever gotten from Panera!!

Theirs the he worst chicken Cobb salad I've ever gotten from Panera so disappointing!!!

2.5 stars due to salt but 3 because manager fixed problem very nicely. Staff and environment are efficient but I've been in general unhappy with my recent Panera experiences. I love that they have become more transparent with calorie counts, etc. However, sodium and prices keep seeming to rise lately at Panera's. I recently stopped in before class (trying to avoid fast food) and spent $14.76 for one of my saltiest meals ever. It was their Thai noodle combination. For some reason Panera seems to think Asian food means salty sauces. Some of their clean eating bowls are fantastic, but again.....so very high in sodium. Lately Panera's seems to want to leave customers panting for water. I hope they consider tweaking some of these 'healthier' options.

Terrible service. Employees just standing around not helping customers . There are other food options in this plaza, try those instead.

Upon arrival, we first noticed that it was a very clean and well organized store. Plenty of places to sit and a buzzing vibe with all sort of activities (phone ringing, orders being taken, orders going out, kitchen activity and lots of customers eating in) We arrived about 1pm so it was part of the lunch time rush. We ordered a cucumber salad, chicken panini with onions (I didnt realize that caramelized onions was an option!), The Green Goddess was delicious....with fresh veggies (spinach, mozzarella, ricotta and spinich with avocado and pesto) and incredible taste! Little Havana was our last choice and that included roasted pork, shaved ham, swiss cheese, pickles and dijon mustard. Again a big hit...delicious and some to take for later! We sat down and one of the tables and enjoyed our lunch and the incredible lunch crowd! Lots of drinks to choose from, as well. I am so glad that we made it here. I am a fan, for sure! 5 stars Parking- easy Vibe- just that good food feeling Price- fair...going rate Will I be back? Of course, next time I go to Saratoga or am out in the Western part of Mass! My comment: when you come across these types of places, it is a great feeling...the quality, the service, the choices, price and good people! Fantastic!

No reservations, so get there early! An automatic bonus star for original craft cocktails and dinner specials. I abhor restaurants that rely on staple meal choices, forgetting that people need variety from the ho hum they make at home ( or can make at home- like Wood and Tap. Boo.). I love a place like this where you can look at the menu and see at least two or three things that make you think "WOW, what will I choose?". The restaurant is very bright with many high top tables. It would have felt conspicuously weird to take photos in the full-capacity situation we were in. There's also a gentleman playing acoustic guitar and singing Christmas music. Nicely done, with a professional voice and playing style. I would say, the only downside was that there didn't seem to be a consistency of how people were waiting on tables, so simple things like a set of silverware missed at our table, and then somebody brought a set and didn't bring napkins. Then one of us received the completely wrong meal and we had a delay in getting it corrected while we were already on a tight schedule with the other flubs to make the show on time. It was scattered issues like that all night that kept this from being a five star experience. It

I did feel that the presentation could have been a little cleaner and a little more rice but the dish still held our tastebuds satisfied. We are both gluten free which can be difficult . We ordered their price fix menu which included salad, main dish and desert. We decided that was a good choice. The salad came with a lot of unsavory dead end pieces in it which immediately affects the taste and look of the salad. I would give that a very poor presentation with just a small amount of taste. The deserts that came with it were all gluten deserts. That required us to order an extra dish, the bananas foster which should be good. The presentation was not good at all. The bananas were not caramelized which is part of this signature dish and the bananas were mushy and tasteless. It came topped with ice cream. All in all a disappointing addition we had to pay for. The service was very good and I did tell the waiter of our disappointment with the bananas foster and he said " I am sorry" , I guess I should have asked for the manager but the waiter did suggest to take home the two deserts that we were owed. My husband would probably enjoy them. The cheese cake was very disappointing. It was dull, heavy and tasteless, I took a taste of the cheese parts. The apple strudel passable. They can do better. I know they have a large volume clientele but taste and presentation are key to returning customers at least it is to this customer and her friend. It will be awhile until we venture there again. Maybe they will take this review seriously and make some changes. I would suggest adding a gluten free desert offering to the price fix desert menu like flourless chocolate cake or chocolate mousse something if you want to attract a larger more versatile clientele. The redfish novelle is a very nice dish that I do recommend.
