The burgers are fresh and made to order. I got a double cheese burger and sloped on the shake. There was a lunch rush so feel the room and just get you food and get out. It makes it rude and inconvenient when you're trying to grab your order and be on your way instead of interrupting the flow of traffic inside of a restaurant especially if you're in a rush. I finally decided to eat my order when I noticed that the guacamole that people pay EXTRA MONEY for was NO GOOD. It wasn't bright at all it was almost brown which means that the guacamole wasn't fresh. It's a crazy concept to have people extra for food that is supposed to be presented as fresh and it's not fresh at all. I ordered two burrito bowls and they weren't warm at all.
