This shop is NOT recommended to have them do any work on you car, I brought my car in to have CoilOver installed, they claim they can do it, next, I then get a call asking for the manual to install the CoilOver, I told them there's no manual, we went back and forth .. I am not a mechanic so if you say you can do a job, you should know how to do it. I then was told a day later the job was done. Let's just say it was not, the front of my car was high and the back end was very low.. something was definitely wrong with the setup.. so I told them that's not how it supposed to look, so they then kept the car for another day to correct it, instead they didn't correct it.. they loosen to coil to bring the car front end down, then told me it was ready. I came to pick up my car thinking it was safe to drive, not mind you but I had my 7yr old son in the car when we drove off, to find out they left my car in a dangerous setup.. the car was jumping all over the street like a rabbit .. definitely not what a CoilOver installed should feel like, there was no suspension for feedback going over bumps.. I didn't want to take the car back I just didn't trust them, so I took my car to another shop and they looked under the car to find all kind of nightmare, if that's how you install CoilOver then I have no idea. Because nothing was done right, the coil springs were reversed and dangling. They installed the coils from the front to the back and the coils from the back to the front and on top of that they were not secured in place. I am just happy I didn't drive my car home on the highway, not sure what kinda damage I would have done to my car and putting my son and my life in danger. The other shop corrected the all the problems, that they found including removing bushings that was installed in the wrong place which should have never been touched. I then requested for a refund, I was then denied the refund.. I am telling you, don't take your car there.. the horrible experience I received was not what I expected from a shop who said they can do the job. read more

I used this shop to have vertical door kits installed and a front spoiler lip. They screwed up both. My fender had to be replaced because they messed up the alignment so bad and the spoiler caused by front bumper to sag because again it wasn't installed right. This work was on a brand new vehicle. They cost me more money than I spent with them. The black gentleman who I think was the manager or owner actually told me " it's modifications, it won't be perfect". They also unnecessarily removed two engine bay trim pieces that didn't need to be removed, causing my another $300 cost. They also chipped paint doing the doors and put on some weak poor attempt paint patch. Maybe they are ok for tint and sound systems but DO NOT have them do any modifications on your car. In February, I got two front windows tinted on my SUV here on a Groupon special. Made an appointment; kind of hard to get an appointment initially because apparently they are not open on the weekend. They did take a little longer than they should have because someone brought their vehicle in during my appointment and suddenly became the priority. Tint was installed properly, not by a new guy as ive read in previous reviews(i also do tinting myself, so i knew what to look for immediately) As a customer, I was genuinely satisfied with a slight overjoy of the workmanship and service. Clean, professional, well done installation.(because there are other bad installers out there on the market) CONS -The tint color Hot Tint Speed & Sound installed (carbon fiber, never fades) did not match my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek factory tint. My factory tint/dye was pure black, their tint had a greenish hue(they have solarguard tints not 3M) Which i was able to catch with my eye quickly. I wanted to match the colors of my tint! Now have different color windows,(input sadden emotional words here) I had specifically asked to have my rear windows to match the front in terms of color and that level of satisfaction was not delievered or met. When I pointed to the varying color tint after installation they casually told me the window colors were different as if I shouldve known(But how would I have known?!) I wished i had known before, I truly do. Match the factory color tint: - I called them and they clarified that carbon fiber tint that they install will always have a green hue but to match it to your rear factory window u have to go darker(% wise) to match. And even if you match it as close as possible it will not look nearly the same. OR - Get 3M FILM. My toyota corolla and honda accord have 3m tint with a lifetime gurantee of color fading and its colors will match your factory tint. Summary: Service/installation was as it should be. But the color tint was off with my factory.(its very noticeable to me during the day, and now when i see other people with one color tint in all windows i get upset that i paid for 2 different colored windows) I would not recommend Hot tint speed &sound to people who want to match their factory tint(unless you went dye) HOWEVER if you have no tints and do a 5 window option, I would recommend Hot Tint Speed and Sound. Especially with their groupon. I Paid: 50$ for groupon, 20$ for the highest upgrade, 20$ for my 2 pocket windows 5.85$ for supplies. -5$ for my yelp review (Expect to pay more than the groupon you bought after mandatory supply expense, 5.85$ for 2 window/ $28 for 5 windows and tax on top) read more

I'm so f**king MAD! THEY DID A SH*T ASS JOB! The last place I went to, they tinted my windows with NO PROBLEM. I wanted them darker so I SADLY came to these mfs. I don't know how they eff'ed it up so bad. I have a Dodge Challenger so my windows automatically move down a tad bit when you open the door. Every time I open the door, the tint would peel OFF at the bottom! The first tint shop I went to, never had that problem. BUT THESE MFS ARE TRASH! Just to fix that little part, they booked me 3 weeks away! It's just going to get worse by then. I had to take it off. They only get 5 star ratings because you get $5 off for a 5 star review . I needed to get our 15 passenger full size van tinted, and the groupon would not cover that. I called and spoke to them and the price they quoted me was reasonable. William gave me a discount for going straight through them. I checked with other places and the full price they quoted me was fair. So I decided to take the discount and go with them. William was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the differences in the quality if the different tints and the laws in MD for tinting. They get really busy and I had to schedule my appointment 2 weeks out. The staff was real friendly and helpful with making me understand the tint type and what to expect once the tint job was completed.hi B The only complaint I would have is that they offer the groupon only for the cheaper tint. Upon arrival, the front desk ladies try to up sale for a better quality of tint. I paid $45 (Groupon for 53% off) for two front windows to be tinted, but realized it was for a cheaper type of tint. They should be more upfront with potential customers. I selected the $34 up sale (60% heat reduction) instead of the $99 up sale (90% heat reduction). I would not recommend because of the dishonesty.
