While walking around the farmers market, I noticed that most of the coffees from Rose & Lois had that same very light color, which made me wonder if I just caught an off day or if this is typical. My first time having Rose & Lois, it was definitely on the lighter side but I could still taste the flavors of espresso & syrups of my choosing.
